Her Monster Chapter 29

Reya, Zora, Ishaan and Ansh were sitting in Ishaan's room.

"We have been hanging out with Vampires , Whoa!" Ansh said in shock.

"Yes and not just any Vampires, they are the Legends ." Ishaan said.

"I don't think , Big B is going to let him any near Reya" Ishaan said.

"There has been peace between us from a Century now. It shouldn't be a problem. Werewolves have problem with their human killing, but this family doesn't even do it. And you know that, we can't interfere in the decision of God. "Ansh said.

"You knew about them , didn't you ?" Reya said referring towards Ishaan, giving a sting eye to Zoya.

"Umm..." Zoya started looking here and there.

"You didn't tell me!!!" Reya screeched.

"Listen Reya, she also got to know on her Eighteenth birthday. It was too because she's my mate. I won't have tell her otherwise " Ishaan said.

"And about not telling you, your repulsion towards super natural stuff was enough to keep me quite. And you know how Mom is always worried about you. I didn't want to pull you in this world. Not that I knew, you will end up being a Vampire's mate " Zoya said the last part with a sigh.

"What is this mate ? "Reya said irritated.

"It means you are the other half of his soul. You complete each other. It's your choice if you want to stay with him "Ishaan explained.

"What.. what if I decide to leave him ?"Reya asked and silence fell over the room.

"You may be able to but it would make him crazy . " Ishaan said and Reya felt her heart stopping.

"This research is going to take some day atleast ." Raghav said.

"Let's set some rules, you won't interfere between Reya and Me . " Atharv said in a cold voice.

"What if she doesn't even want to see you after knowing your reality " Kiaan asked.

"That would be her decision " Meera said venomously, taking a step towards him. She didn't like the sadness which aloofed her son after hearing it.

"Until the matter with Adira , I won't stop her from meeting you, but remember that, don't even try to change her or even mark her "Kiaan said to Atharv. "I don't want her to be bound to you when you don't want it. She is human, she can survive staying away from you "he continued .

A sharp smile covered Atharv's lips "She can't, without even mate bond, denial of our bond can destroy her. She ended up in the hospital last time she thought about it "He said.

Kiaan went quite for a second, Atharv continued "Send her home, I will talk to her myself. You don't need to say anything to her ".

Kiaan nodded ,"I need to talk to her for a second "Atharv said remembering her scared face. He felt a tug on his dead heart.

Before Kiaan could say anything, Atharv moved upstairs. He entered the room and everyone stood up.

"I want to talk to Reya "Atharv said looking in her eyes ."Big B .." Ishaan asked.

"He already knows "Atharv said and everyone left the room except Reya.

He moved towards her and cupped her face. "Firefly look at me "Atharv said and she lifted her eyes. Tears were shining in them.

" Stay strong for me.I will talk to you at night "Atharv said kissing her head.

Reya hid her face in his chest not able to control herself "I am Scared " She said tears falling.

"Don't be. No one will harm you." Atharv said hugging her tightly.

"Go home and don't cry again " Atharv said wiping her face.

Reya nodded and they went down, she wasn't ready to think about what was happening yet.

After reaching home , Zoya tried to talk to Reya but the latter denied saying "I want to rest "and left for her room.

Zoya also decided to let her be for sometime. Reya changed her clothes and got ready for bed, she was trying to keep herself blank as much as she could.

Kiaan wanted to see Adira but knew that it wasn't possible at that time. He sighed and got himself a drink. A smile was covering his lips, but then a frown took place. He was happy about finding his mate but also worried knowing that his community wasn't going to accept her easily. He was also worried for Reya, the life of eternity wasn't easy, and knowing that how sensitive Reya was, he wasn't even sure if she would be able to accept being a vampire.

When Atharv entered the room, Reya was sitting on her bed, looking at her hands. She didn't look up even when he got into bed.

Atharv thanked God, atleast Reya wasn't screaming or running away from him. Atharv placed his finger under her chin and made her look at him. There were a lot of questions in her eyes.

"Everything is fine. I am still the same guy you know" Atharv said with a small smile.

"I am your Mate ?" Reya asked with a pounding heart.

"Yes, you are the part of my soul " Atharv said with love shining in his eyes.

"The change behavior.... was it because of it ?" Reya asked. When Atharv nodded, she said "Then why were you rude in the beginning ?"

"I hadn't recognized you then, but still I wasn't able to stay away" Atharv said caressing her cheek.

"What ... what if I don't want ...to be ..

With you "Reya asked brokenly, her eyes filling with tears on her own words. Atharv saw the pain in her eyes and pulled her in his lap.

"If you could live without me, I will leave. Even if it would kill me " Atharv said pulling her closer. Reya looked in her eyes for some seconds, seeing that he was saying the truth.

She clutched his shirt and hid her face in his neck, breathing him in. She knew that living without him wasn't possible for her as well.

She closed her eyes and started relaxing. She knew that Atharv would protect her from everything, even from himself if needed. Atharv had difficulty controlling himself. The lure of her blood, her closeness was getting heady.

The energy was pulsing around them. Atharv placed his lips on her neck, kissing her where he was supposed to leave her mark. A shiver ran through her body. She moved a bit back, looking at him with hooded eyes.

His eyes went to her lips. The thirst to taste them was strong. He bit his lower lip, trying to control himself. But it seemed like his action broke her control.

Reya moved forward and placed her lips on his softly. Atharv closed his eyes and started caressing her hair with one hand, his other hand tightened the grip on her waist.

Atharv's lips started moving over hers. He was savoring her flavor using his tongue. He wanted to cross all the space between them, whether it was physical or physiological.

Reya was losing herself, she didn't have control like Atharv. She pulled Atharv closer, holding his neck, she tried to fasten the pace of the kiss but Atharv controlled her movements.

When she saw that he wasn't planning to go any fast, she moaned in protest. Atharv bit her lower lip lightly and moved back. "Relax, My Firefly !" Atharv said pulling her into his chest. Reya was breathing heavily, it took her sometime to regulate her breathing. She had noticed that Atharv's breathing was calm, he didn't look like he even kissed her.

Atharv saw the questioning look in her eyes and smiled "Vampires don't need air to survive. We would be able to kiss for hours, without having to break away for air, when you will also be like me " Atharv told her and Reya hid her face in his chest. She didn't give much thought to his last words.

Atharv pulled her down and made her lay, Reya wanted to ask a lot of questions about his powers, his diet and his life. "I will answer all your questions. but sleep now " Atharv said running his hand through her hair. Reya fell asleep soon .
