The protagonist was an absolutely unlucky soul surrounded by nothing but villains.

A murderer stalked her from outside, while neighbors in the building were willing to throw her under the bus to save themselves.

Even more ridiculous, she had a boyfriend whose humanity was questionable.

I had no idea how it ended.

I swear, if I can get out of this novel alive, I'm definitely giving this deranged author a one-star review!

Right now, the most important thing is to quickly renovate the apartment and turn it into a safe house.

I picked up my phone and called the renovation company.

All door locks would use high-grade electronic combination locks that only my fingerprint could open, and they could be remotely controlled through an app.

After all this, unless the killer brought a construction crew, he absolutely couldn't get in without my permission.
