The Alpha Of The Shadow Pack And His Mute Luna Chapter 86
Alfreds POV
After my brother left, we went to eat dinner. She began crying as soon as she walked into the kitchen. I had set up a romantic dinner for two. I was very concerned when she started crying because I thought I had done something wrong. But when she explained to me that she was happy, I was relieved. Then, when she started to kiss me the way she was, I was turned on. I told her that if she didn't stop doing that, dinner was going to get cold. She said we had a microwave. I knew this was my sign to take her to the bedroom. We then made love. She was always tight, no matter how many times we made love. It was like she was a virgin.
I truthfully think it is because I'm so big, and she is so little. But that is a topic for another day. Afterwards, we fell asleep. When I woke up next, she was sleeping on my chest. I carefully and quietly scooted out from under her. I'm hungry, and I'm sure she is too. I go into the kitchen and start heating up our dinner. While the steak is reheating in the microwave. I went into the living room and stoked up the fire in the fireplace. I then returned to the kitchen and started heating up the potatoes. I then get a sense that I'm being watched. I knew it was Vanessa. She was standing at the kitchen door.
She looked beautiful wearing one of my shirts. It came down to her knees. The neck of the shirt was huge, and it was falling off one of her shoulders. She walked over to me and kissed me. I then decided that instead of eating in the kitchen, we would eat in the living room in front of the fire. I laid a blanket on the floor and then returned to the kitchen. I carried our food out and placed it on the blanket. We ate our dinner in front of the fireplace. I kept forgetting to eat because of the way the fire lit up her skin. It glowed around her. She looked like a goddess. She was beautiful no matter what, but the firelight added to her beauty. I was so lost in staring at her that I forgot to eat. But that was alright. I gathered our dishes, then took them to the kitchen.
Earlier, while I was in the kitchen, I had set out the ingredients for hot cocoa. I made each of us a cup of cocoa. When I brought it to her, she acted like a kid in a candy store. It made me smile from ear to ear. I was so happy that she was happy. She is everything I have ever wanted in life. I was blessed by the moon goddess. She gave me everything that I prayed for. We finished our hot cocoa and then went back to bed. She was still wearing my shirt. She looked so sexy in it. I wanted to go for round two, but I knew we both had a long day and we both needed rest. Instead, I pulled her close to me and we fell asleep again. It was late in the day when I woke up again. I had nothing to do except lie here right next to her and hold her. I lay there gently stroking her hair.
She started to wake up.
" Good afternoon, Luna."
" Good afternoon, Alpha."
I know it sounded a bit corny to greet her like that, but I wanted to. I then kissed her, and she giggled at my silly actions.
" I'll go make us something to eat for lunch."
" Sounds good, I'll get dressed."
I got out of bed and went to the kitchen. I made us eggs, bacon, and toast. I also poured some orange juice for us. I was in the middle of putting the food on the table when there was a knock on the door. That is odd, who would be knocking on the door? The grocery delivery has already been made. I cautiously walked to the front door. Vanessa was coming out of the bedroom. She was dressed in a green dress that came down to her ankles. She looked gorgeous. I stopped her and whispered in her ear.
" Go into the bedroom and lock the door."
" Don't ask questions, just go."
She did as she was told. After that, I was sure she had locked the door. I went to the front door and grabbed the gun off the table that was by the door. The cabin is in human territory, so there was a chance a human could be at the door. The few people who knew that I had come to the cabin knew that I was a werewolf. I only come here two or three times a year. I looked out the window, and there was a package on the stairs. I let Leon come forward enough so I could use his eyes and his sense of smell. He saw and smelled nothing. I slowly unlocked the door and walked around just enough to look around. I picked up the package. I then walked back into the house.
I knocked on the bedroom door and let Vanessa know it was all right to come out. I took the package to the kitchen. I made Vanessa stand behind me. If it exploded, most of the debris would hit me, not her. I slowly opened it. Inside, there was a box, and when I opened it, I found a letter and a cake.
Alfred and Vanessa
Here is a cake for you from Brandon.
I let out a big sigh of relief. Brandon was the mayor of the town where the cabin was located. I had told him that we were going to be up here and not to be alarmed when smoke came from the chimney. I had a first aid kit sitting nearby. It contained an antidote for poison. I was going to taste the cake to ensure it was not poisoned. I made sure to have the antidote close by. I took a huge bite. It was not poisoned. I served Vanessa a piece of the cake. We enjoyed our cake and each other's company. I then made the eggs and bacon. There was no need to make toast. I had made a pot of coffee and I drank a cup. Vanessa did not like coffee. After lunch, we changed into bathing suits and went for a dip in the hot tub.
The day passed, and at dinner, I made tacos, and we put on some music and danced. It was a perfect day. Just the two of us. I looked forward to the rest of the week with her. We made love in the shower and then washed up. She put on a warm night gown. While she was getting dressed, I grabbed some marshmallows and chocolate so I could teach her how to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. That was always a favorite campout treat.
