Thornhill Academy. Chapter 104
Evander enters me slowly, his larger frame enveloping me completely. “Gods, pet,” he groans, his hips rolling in a rhythm that’s both powerful and gentle. “You feel like home.”
The words wrap around my heart, squeezing tight as his body fills mine. Evander is bigger than Kael, a stretch that borders on too much, but the heat in my veins turns it into pure bliss. I gasp, my hands flying to his shoulders, fingers digging into the hard planes of muscle that shift under my touch. His skin is fever-hot, scales faintly shimmering along his arms and chest like embers in the dim light of the room. The dragon within him is close to the surface, his eyes molten gold, pupils slit with primal need.
Kael, still beside us, recovering from his own release, reaches out to stroke my hair, his touch grounding me. “Breathe, Trouble,” he murmurs, his voice rough but tender. “Let him in. He’s got you.” His fingers trail down my arm, linking with mine, a reminder that this is us— all three of us, bound in this moment. Evander holds still once he’s fully seated inside me, giving me time to adjust. His forehead presses against mine, breaths mingling in short, heated pants.
“You’re everything,” he whispers, his voice cracking with raw vulnerability. “My mate. My light in the endless dark.” He begins to move then, slow at first, each thrust a deliberate claim that sends sparks dancing along my nerves. The angle is perfect, hitting deep and stirring the embers of heat back to life. I arch into him, my legs wrapping around his waist, pulling him closer, deeper. The hellhound in my mind stirs lazily, sated from Kael’s marking but still hungry for more. *Ours,* she purrs, her voice a contented rumble. My dragon roars in agreement. Evander’s hands roam my body with worshipful intent. One palm flattens against my stomach, feeling the way I clench around him, while the other cups my breast, thumb teasing the peaked nipple until I whimper. “Feel that?” he asks, his lips brushing my ear. “That’s us, pet. Connected. Whole.” His pace quickens slightly, hips snapping with controlled power, each movement building the pressure inside me like a gathering storm.
I turn my head, seeking Kael’s mouth. He kisses me softly, his tongue tangling with mine as Evander thrusts harder. The contrast is intoxicating, Kael’s gentle affection against Evander’s intense possession. Kael’s hand slips between us again, finding my clit, circling it with expert pressure that makes my vision blur. “Cum for him, trouble” Kael encourages, his amber eyes locked on where Evander and I join. “Let go.”
The heat surges, a wave of need that crashes over me, demanding release. Evander’s growls fill the room, low and draconic, vibrating through his chest into mine. Sweat slicks our skin, making every slide of bodies frictionless and electric. I claw at his back, feeling the faint ridges of scales under my nails, and he hisses in pleasure, his rhythm faltering for a moment.
“Evander,” I moan, my voice breaking. “More. Please, gods, more.”
He obliges, lifting my hips to change the angle, driving deeper. The bond floods with his emotions: awe at my trust, fear of losing control, and a love so profound it aches. “I’ve dreamed of this,” he confesses between thrusts, his voice strained. “Of claiming you. Of being claimed in return.” His golden eyes meet mine, holding me captive.
Tears spill down my cheeks, mingling with sweat. The emotional weight of his words hits harder than the physical pleasure, twisting the heat into something sacred. Kael squeezes my hand, his own eyes glistening. “She’s ours,” he says to Evander, voice thick. “And we’re hers.”
Evander nods, his thrusts growing erratic, the dragon’s fire building to an inferno. I’m close, so close, my body coiling tight around him. But he slows, just as Kael had, his body trembling with the effort of restraint. He leans down, his lips hovering over the unmarked side of my neck—the opposite shoulder, mirroring Kael’s claim. The symmetry feels right, balanced, like completing a circle.
“Allison,” he breathes, his voice a plea wrapped in thunder. “My love… may I mark you? Bind my soul to yours forever?”
The question undoes me. This ancient, powerful being, asking with such humility, as if I could ever deny him. The heat pulses, urging me onward, but it’s the love in his eyes that seals it. “Yes,” I sob, my hands framing his face. “Mark me, Evander. Make me yours.”
With a roar that shakes the bed, he surges forward, teeth sinking into my flesh. The pain is sharper this time, a dragon’s bite laced with fire, but it transforms instantly into euphoria. His climax hits like a blaze, filling me with liquid heat, pushing me over the edge. I cry out, shattering around him, waves of ecstasy ripping through me as the mark seals. The bond explodes with shared pleasure: Kael’s echoed satisfaction, Evander’s triumphant joy, my own overwhelming release. The heat finally breaks, receding like a tide, leaving behind a profound calm. Evander collapses over me, careful not to crush, his body shuddering as he licks the mark tenderly, soothing the sting.
“Mine,” he murmurs, echoing Kael’s earlier words, but with a dragon’s possessive rumble. “Ours.”
Kael pulls us both close, his arm draping over Evander’s back, enclosing me in their warmth. “Perfect,” he whispers, kissing my temple. “You’re perfect.”
I lie there, sandwiched between them, the marks on my shoulders throbbing in sync with our heartbeats. The inner voices hum contentedly, the hellhound curling up to sleep, the dragon nesting with satisfaction, the wraith retreating to his shadows with a rare sense of peace. The heat resides in me and I can finally breathe again.
“Is it over?” I whisper, my voice barely a tremor in the dark.
Kael’s hand slides down my arm, his fingers tracing lazy circles over my skin. Evander lets out a low laugh beside me, warm against the shell of my ear.
“No, Trouble,” Kael murmurs, his tone a mix of amusement and warning. “That was just the first wave.”
Evander’s chuckle rumbles through my back. “A heat can last days, pet. Sometimes longer.”
*Days.*
The word echoes through me, heavy and electric, the embers under my skin already beginning to stir again. I swallow hard, caught between panic and something else entirely.
“Days,” I breathe. “Oh gods.”
Kael grins against my neck. “Welcome to the fun part.”
