"Harry, is this true?" Elena's dad asks me.

"Yes, I love her but ..."

He slapped me before i could even finish.

"I can't believe you, Harry. I treated you like a son. You were like a son to me but yet you betrayed me by taking advantage of my daughter." He says, disappointed.

"Sir, Please i would never hurt her."

"Then what is this?"

"Shawn lost control. It's all my fault. I accept the fact that all this happened because of me but.."

"Accepting the fact doesn't change anything! Leave before i do something I'd regret."

"But."

"Just leave."

Music flowed everywhere in the club. Everyone here was partying while i was getting myself drunk. I feel so useless. I don't know what to do.

"Hey baby." Some random drunk girl approaches me.

"Don't you want to have some fun?"

Even when I'm at the close of getting completely drunk, I could still tell the difference between a teen and someone more of my age. This girl should be sixteen.

"Aren't you supposed to be at school?"

"Well..you got me there. I guess my make-up couldn't conceal it enough. I just wanted to have some fun here you know but you don't seem like someone who came here to have fun. You look ... " She scans me carefully.

"Brokenhearted. Tell me, did you get dumped? I've been there."

"If that was the case right now, it would have been much more better than her..."

"Than what...tell me...It's alright. I'm just a stranger. You won't probably see me after tonight."

"Than her being on the hospital bed."

"Oh my god. Your girlfriend is dead."

"Then why are you so down?"

"First, she isn't my girlfriend. She's..."

"Hmm... you look like you about to lie."

"She's... she's more than a girlfriend." I open up. Elena was far much more than that. She was the one I wanted to spend my life with.

"You could have just been straight to the point, you know." She laughs, taking another glass of wine.

"You shouldn't drink that." I grab the glass away from her hands.

"I just want to get wasted. Give it back." She groans.

"Did you get dumped?"

She sighs, giving up from her fight of getting her drink back.

"Something like that."

"I thought we would be together you know. He was my... best friend. I thought there was no need to tell him how i felt. I thought he could see that i was in love with him."

"What happened? Did you tell him?"

"I was too late because now, he's dating a friend of mine."

"And you're fine with that?"

"What can i do?"

"Even if you're taking risk, you need to let him know. Who knows, maybe he feels the same way but he's also scared you might not feel the same way towards him. You need to fight this. Get him back."

"You speak like you've been in my shoes."

"Yes, that's true. Except I'm way past those stages."

"Is she the girl you were taking about?"

"Yes."

"Then why are you here? If you still love her you should be with her. A person once said, It doesn't matter those risk you've taken. You still need to keep fighting." She laughs.

"Thanks for the reminder. I shouldn't be here. I should be with her."

"Now, you're awake! Wish we could cheers to this but you're still holding my drink."

"You shouldn't come to such a place, stranger. There are bad boys here." I advised.

"You shouldn't worry, Stranger. I'll be alright.

I entered into the hospital. I could see Elena's mom holding onto Malcom. She was crying. What was going on?

"Please what's going on. Is Elena okay? I need to see her." I was about to enter into the room when her mom stopped me.

"It's rather too late, Harry. She has been cremated."

"What do you mean? That's not possible. She can't be...No."

"We lost her. She didn't survive. I couldn't look at her dead body. It was so shameful so i made sure she was cremated immediately." She busts out into tears.

"No, that can't be. She promised me. You're lying." I opened the surgery room but she wasn't there. No, this is not true. I saw a nurse in there. She should be one the nurses that attended to Elena during the surgery.

"Please, is it true?"

I held her shoulders tightly.

"Tell me she's alive!"

"I'm sorry. We lost her. We tried all our best."

"All your best?!" I fell unto my knees, tears flowing freely without a fight.

"Elena promised me she would fight this for me so clearly this all your fault! You let her die!"

"Sir, we're so sorry. I'll take my leave now."

"You let her die..."

"You let my poor El die after she promised me."

"I'm lost without you, El. Please tell me this is all a prank. Nothing more...Please.." I buried my head on the floor.

She's really gone....

And she left without saying good-bye....

I never gave her the world....

I gave her nothing....

All I did was hurt her...

All I did was bring her death....

I should have known I didn't deserve you....

Harry's pov

"Harry, Harry...wake up..." I hear whispering voices all around my head but i just couldn't pull myself out from this illusion. Elena left me.

"Harry...wake up...how long has he been out?" Elena asks the doctor.

"Almost sixteen hours. He probably drank too much." The doctor replies.

"Harry...please wake up. I'm right here. Please... Elena is here."

That voice sounded familiar. It was her but how? Where is that voice coming from? I try my best to draw myself out and i was finally able to open my eyes. I was surrounded by people but out of them all, I saw the one person i thought was gone.

"Elena?" I hugged her tightly like I had lost her.
