The Blind Little Husband Chapter 4
When I brought Wyatt home, my parents were quite surprised to see the beast slave I'd chosen, their eyes full of smiles.
"Sophia, the beast slave you chose is excellent."
Seeing my parents again made my heart ache.
I still remembered in my previous life, when I'd brought Vincent home, my parents had taken one look and made their decision.
"This beast slave won't do. His eyes are full of ambition and calculation."
But unfortunately, I'd been infatuated with Vincent's beauty then, believing he'd just had some rough experiences and was defensive. A little ambition and calculation didn't matter.
I'd even gone against my parents' opposition, using my own resources and connections to pave the way for Vincent.
That's how Vincent had risen from a lowly bastard beast slave to be accepted back into the fox clan as the family heir.
Facts proved I'd been terribly wrong.
I'd thought Vincent was just unhappy about his shameful past, but he was clearly just an ungrateful wolf. I'd invited a wolf into my home.
I didn't know what had happened to my parents after I died in my past life, whether Charlotte had continued to deceive them.
Just as I thought of Charlotte, she arrived at our house with Vincent.
"Uncle, Aunt, this is the beast slave I chose. What do you think?"
The smiles on my parents' faces faded somewhat.
"Charlotte, as long as you like him."
Charlotte had always liked comparing herself to me since childhood. My parents had long been dissatisfied with her, but out of respect for family relations, they didn't interfere too much.
Charlotte brought Vincent over to me.
"Come, say hello to my cousin."
Compared to his earlier defiance when beaten, Vincent was much more docile now, following behind her to greet me.
"Yes, master."
Charlotte smiled smugly.
"Sister, you see? Animals are animals. One beating and they know who feeds them. After bonding, he'll obey me completely."
Vincent echoed obediently and harmlessly.
"Master worked hard. It's my honor to serve master."
In my past life, I'd treated Vincent like a person and never bonded with him.
Since he liked being a dog, I didn't mind kicking him while he was down.
I smiled and left with Wyatt.
"Then I wish you luck, my dear cousin."
I was contemplating my next move, how to deal with these two dogs, Vincent and Charlotte.
The bathroom door suddenly opened. Wyatt's tall figure stood there, a loose towel hanging on him, his bare upper body still steaming with droplets of water rolling down, strangely alluring.
Noticing my gaze, Wyatt looked away uncomfortably.
"Master, why did you choose me?"
Master... cough cough, how embarrassing.
Looking at his bare upper body, I couldn't help but run my hand over his water-beaded abs.
"Master? Just call me by my name. I chose you because you're worth it. You're younger than him, stronger than him, better than him..."
He caught my wandering hand, his ears turning red.
"Master, not there."
I deliberately teased him, my gaze traveling down to his lower body.
"Oh? Not there, or you can't perform? I heard wolf-people have two..."
Wyatt covered my mouth with his hand.
"I have them, and more than one. Master, would you like to try?"
Huh? Try?
Hearing that, I instantly flushed with embarrassment.
I forced myself to stay calm and changed the subject threateningly.
"Wyatt, since you're with me now, I'm your master. If you dare betray me, I definitely won't let you off easily!"
But Wyatt suddenly grabbed my hand and forced a bond.
"Wolf clan pledges loyalty to only one person for life. I'm willing to bond with master—live and die together, never betray!"
"You..."
His reaction was unexpected. I wanted to say something, but the wolf-man grabbed my waist and kissed me until my legs went weak.
In the rising intimacy, a seductive voice whispered, "Master, are you sure you don't want to try? I can make master feel good."
