When My Fiancé Carved Out My Crystal Core Chapter 4
Under Ethan's energy escort, the crystal slowly entered Madison's body.
Instantly, brilliant green light radiated around Madison. Her entire being began transforming until the crystal fully merged with her body, and she suddenly coughed up blood.
"Madison, are you alright?"
Seeing her cough blood, Ethan panicked and quickly continued channeling energy into her.
I watched this ridiculous scene, almost laughing aloud.
Madison had no powers to begin with. Now the virus in this crystal had infiltrated her internal organs.
And because the virus crystal was removed, my body was being healed by the healing crystal, my energy gradually recovering.
Madison leaned softly against Ethan, arms around his neck, looking at me with contempt.
"Now that I have your crystal, the world will worship me as the new generation healer. And you're the useless one."
She looked at Ethan with seductive eyes.
"Ethan, she humiliated me before. Now that I have her power, I can help you with anything. Kill her for me, won't you?"
Hearing Madison's words, Ethan followed her gaze to me.
His eyes filled with disdain and mockery, his smile taking on a malicious edge.
"Madison, why take her life? Now that she's lost her healing energy, let's just watch her become a stray dog in this settlement."
Madison laughed brightly in his arms, and Ethan held her like a victor.
Watching their smug faces made me nauseous. I mocked them, "You think getting my crystal means you get everything I had?"
Seeing Madison's face darken, I continued, "You're just a clown. You really think you can transform from trash to treasure?"
"You!" Madison sputtered angrily but was too weak to do anything except glare at me from Ethan's arms.
Ethan patted her back comfortingly. "She's just being stubborn. Look at her now—besides barking a few times, she's powerless."
With that, he stopped looking at me, and the two left embracing.
Watching them leave, I sneered coldly.
Faint purple light emanated from Madison—the virus energy.
Too bad these two idiots were so focused on trampling me that they didn't notice at all.
