The Alpha's Hunt Chapter 151

To say that Darian and I had a wonderful night would be an understatement. My body was exhausted in the most beautiful way- a way that I hadn’t ever experienced before, my legs felt like led falling into the mattress and my head rested on Darian’s wet chest. My breasts were red from being squeezed, sucked, and nibbled on and love bites adorned my entire body. Actual love bites, not a nasty equivalent to one.

Heat waves rushed through me at the thought of where he touched me and how his tongue tasted everything that my body had to offer.

Every time I closed my eyes I saw the top of his head as he moved his tongue and his lips over every inch of my skin and I felt the pillow dip under my head as I pressed my head down harder with each thrust. My wrists were red and slightly wounded from how roughly I pulled when he picked up the speed and my heart fluttered from the painful torture of not being able to touch him. Darian’s chest would fall over my face every time he thrusted into me and I played with my fingers over the bite mark on his color bone. He growled when I bit him and picked up speed, the thrust became rougher and faster.

Once I climaxed three times he untied my wrists and pinned them behind my back while he turned me over. His tongue, his fingers, his lips, and his cock- all of it was forever imprinted on my mind, my heart, and my body.

Every reminder was one I would treasure, it was beautiful, gentle- at least as gentle as Darian was capable of- and he didn’t stop making new memories until my body was fully exhausted of pleasure and I couldn’t take another climax.

He lay down next to me and pulled me closer. He positioned my head on his chest and by the time I regained mobility in my legs and could lift my head, I had no clue what the time was.

I reached up and grabbed his hand that was massaging my scalp and I looked at his watch.

7.25 am. No wonder I was shaking.

Darian lifted his head and grabbed my chin as he leaned my head back to meet his eyes.

“Are you hungry?”

“Starving,” I said and smiled when I saw his lips pull in a soft delight.

We got up slowly and I watched his body completely relaxed for the first time and smiled like a little girl when he grabbed my ankles and pulled me to the side of the bed.

“I would hope so, you just had a major workout,” he grinned.

“How many calories do you think I lost?”

Darian bent down to pick up our clothes and his back muscles bulged, shaped like hills on a mountain on his broad form.

“To many, we need to fatten you up,”

Sounds good to me. I couldn’t take my eyes off his chiseled chest and the way his abs crunched together when he grabbed a shirt.

“Raise your arms,”

I lifted them and he slipped a shirt over my head but when I looked down I noticed that I wasn’t wearing my shirt. It was a T-shirt that was way too big and I put it to my nose and sniffed the scent.

“This is yours,” I said and dropped my hands.

He chuckled and put on his over-shirt.

“I know,”

He looked down at me and grinned but I hoped to the gods that he couldn’t sense the butterflies fluttering like maniacs in my belly.

On no food and after being exhausted of every ounce of energy, as well as the reserve, the butterflies were making me queasy.

“I have my own shirt,” I smiled and looked at the blouse on the floor.

“You don’t need it,”

“Why?”

When he buttoned the last part, hiding the red marks on his chest from where my nails had made their marks, he grabbed my hand and pulled me up so I slammed against him.

“Because I want you to wear mine,”

“You want others to see me wear yours,” I said as a matter of fact and lifted my eyebrow.

“I want the whole fucking world to see you wear it. How do you feel about a billboard?” His hands rested on my waist.

These butterflies were eating me up.

“First food,” I said and stepped up on my toes.

Our lips met and his hand came around the back of my head, his fingers entwined in my hair and he took my lip between his lips and pulled before he whispered.

“Anything you want,”

We walked downstairs about to head into the kitchen, I hadn’t felt hunger like this in forever and I had a hankering for everything. Waffles sounded especially good, with cranberries dipped in brown sugar and syrup.

My stomach growled and Darian pursed his lips to hide the smirk.

We walked down the last hallway, almost there, I could smell the delicious scents of everything the chef was making but before we made it Darian stopped and looked around with suspense.

He lowered his head an inch and his eyes shifted into that of a predator.

“Come on,” he pulled me behind him and every time I tried to step next to him he tensed his arm to hold me back. He Must have gotten a mind link but it was early morning, what was the rush?

“What’s wrong?”

“Gabe needs to see us,”

He walked with a straight back to the family room and just as we entered I saw them all gathered; Gabe, Nora, Lauren- one of the lead Guards, and Elise.

But if Elise was here then who was with the girls?

I looked around and then set my eyes on Elise.

“The girls, where are they?”

She raised a hand and offered a calming smile.

“The girls are alright, they are with Mrs. Smith,”

I chewed on my inner cheeks to keep from laughing. Who knew that Mrs. Smith was a babysitter?

I could see her sitting at the edge of a table with a whip in her hand in case Kiera drew outside the lines.

“Right,” I said, dragging the word and Darian nudged me.

“What is this about, Gabriel?”

Gabe looked at me and nodded to Darian.

“Have you told him?” Gabe asked me.

“Told him what?”

I could feel Darian’s intense gaze at the side of my face but I was bewildered, unclear of what I was supposed to have told him.

And it struck me like a rock and I closed my eyes.

“No, I haven’t had the time. We got…preoccupied,”

“I can see that,” Nora gleamed and sized up the shirt I was wearing.

I wanted to squeal and run over to her to share everything but the seriousness of the situation dimmed my joy in a heartbeat.

I looked up at Darian and licked my lips.

“After you left last night, Zade visited me. He told me something and then Gabe came and Zade disappeared,”

“Of course he did, disappearing is what he’s best at,” Darian groaned. “What did he tell you?”

My brows automatically furrowed when I thought about the secret Zade revealed.

“He said that you weren’t the key- that you were never the key,”

Darian’s eyes flickered over mine while the wheels in his brain took off spinning. Another riddle to be solved but that didn’t answer what everyone was doing gathered in here.

Then something shifted, from confusion to realization in a split second and his eyes took on a hard glare as he turned to face the others.

“Now you got it,” Gabe said proudly baring an evil grin, one that turned his eyes into something of a nightmare as he stared at his brother with a burning hatred.

The hatred couldn’t be directed at Darian though, that didn’t make sense.

Darian’s grip around my hand tightened to the point where it became painful and I put my hand on his arm where I noticed that he was stiff like a tree.

“They’re not coming for me,” he seethed and slowly turned his gaze to mine. My shoulders shook from the shiver that shot through me when I saw him and then he added,

“They’re coming for you,”
