Alpha Aidan's Rejection Chapter 103
TARA
The otherwise perfect date had been ruined by Kayla's appearance, so me and Aidan called it a night early. Not that we couldn't continue with our evening, pretending to not have noticed her, or choosing to ignore her outrightly, and not that I was worried Kayla would go and find Nadia, but my evening had already been soured with not just the topic of the dangerous Stonewolves wreaking their havoc now, but also with seeing Kayla's face in Vermont Pack.
I needed to go back to Jenna's to be with Nadia and put her to bed, and Aidan understood this, as he drove me to her apartment, just fifteen minutes away from his inviting home.
"I need to go over some more details with Jace before I call it a night, but call on me when you're ready to leave, and I'll come pick you guys up, okay?" Aidan spoke once we reached Jenna's, and my mind broke away from the thoughts for a second, snapping back to the present.
"There's no need for that. We'll call for a ride, Aidan. Handle your business," I advised, but Aidan wasn't hearing it. Something also told me that Aidan's details to handle before the night's end involved our little visit from Kayla, but I said nothing of it.
Aidan shook his head. "It's late, Tara." I glanced down at the screen of my phone at his words to see that Aidan was right. It was almost nine PM already. "There's no way I'm letting you two get in a car with anyone other than me or Jace tonight, so call me when you're ready to come home, and I'll be here."
Ah, yes.
It has been weeks, but Nadia and I were still cozied up in Aidan's house, turning it into our makeshift home for the time being. Like I said, that house was huge, inviting, and Aidan was there. It was hard to be away from him when he had so much Alpha work to do, so we chose to stay a while longer with him.
As expected, Nadia was elated about the development too, having time to spend with her dad and getting to bond with him more.
What I couldn't accept though, was having Aidan do two more trips to and from Jenna's house just because of us, so I quickly thought of a solution.
"It's fine, Aidan. I guess…I guess we can spend the night here with Jenna. I should have some spare clothes and a toothbrush somewhere inside, so we'll be good. Nadia too. We'll find our way tomorrow, so don't worry about us," I said, taking in his worried hazel eyes through the soft light in between us on the rooftop of the car. "It's cute when you worry over us like that," I added, hoping that some of the tension would bleed away with that, and it did.
A ghost of a smile played on Aidan's charming face, lighting up his features that have been tense for half of the last hour, and I got sucked in.
"Whatever," he huffed, fighting his smile, and mine deepened, cheeks swelling up in a blush. I needed to go in now, so I leaned in closer, even though there was already only so much space between us, and I threaded my fingers through Aidan's beard. The stubble hadn't been given much special attention for a while now, it was beginning to grow out more.
"I think I like bearded Alpha Aidan more," I drawled, watching Aidan's eye drag me in, hook, line, and sinker, and said eyes getting darker as pupils grew outward.
It was always an enthralling sight to behold when Aidan's body responded to me the way mine did to him, and by everything holy on the goddesses' green earth, I never wanted this feeling to end.
"You don't say," Aidan replied, and my chuckle almost slipped past my lips as I nodded many times in acceptance. Aidan finally sealed his lips with mine in a slow, delicious, and irresistible kiss, bursting flames all over my body, drawing a moan filled with need from the back of my throat which Aidan swallowed up in his.
Christ.
I pulled away sharply, gasping, my body shuddering slightly on hearing Aidan's disapproving growl, but I had to.
"Five more seconds of that, and I would have climbed on your lap right in this car."
My chest heaved rapidly at how intensely Aidan's eyes held me captive, and without tearing his eyes from mine, he pressed a button by his side of the car, and the once half-rolled-down windows slid up, while I watched him in disbelief, but also in anticipation.
The light on the roof of the car went off, only the darkness of the night and the sexual tension permeating the air being left to surround us, and I swallowed. Hard.
"Come here," Aidan said in that deep bass that always resonated when he commanded me, and I could feel my insides clench as my thighs rubbed together. Abandoning all thoughts, I did as I was told, tossing my purse and phone to straddle Aidan on his side of the car.
It was surprising how much space we had to spare even after my heat was pressed directly on Aidan's thickness, but I had no time to revel in that luxury as his lips sealed with my neck, kissing lines down my throat and chest, drawing moans from me.
I snapped into overdrive, tearing at Aidan's clothes, and the buttons of my date shirt tore off with his manipulation, a few pieces popping out of the seams, but I couldn't care less. Not when my pussy throbbed with need to the point that it was almost painful.
My hands dug into his hair, and when my breasts fell free in front of Aidan's face and his signature soft growl rumbled in his chest as he latched on to the right one, I threw my head back to the steering wheel in bliss.
"I want to feel you, Aidan," I rasped out, not nearly as satisfied with his thick hands squeezing down on my ass as I knew I would be with his cock inside me.
Buckle clanged, zipper flew, clothes shrugged, and Aidan's cock sprang free within seconds. The high slit on my maxi silk skirt made me thankful for my choice of date outfit when all Aidan had to do was bunch the material out of the way, my soaked panties as well, and sink me onto his length.
Bliss.
Aidan slammed home, and although I would have desired to have it last for longer, it was only seconds in for my orgasm to clamp down on me, racking my body violently with soft cries, and for Aidan's own to hit him too.
As we lay there, panting through the aftermath, the chuckle fell from my lips.
"I swear to heaven, I had no idea that was going to happen just now," I confessed, and Aidan nodded against my chest, his still-loaded voice sounding now.
"You weren't coming home to me tonight," he said softly, and my head pulled back a little to drink his face in one last time as I nodded.
Aidan's right hand came up to my face, pushing the pile of hair that had fallen over, through the center of my head to the back, and I swallowed.
"I'll see you tomorrow," I offered, and Aidan nodded.
"I'll see you tomorrow, my love. Say goodnight to Onion for me," he said, and I shook my head lightly, still wondering what an interesting nickname "Onion", was.
