The Lycan Kings and the White Wolf. Chapter 28
Trinity's POV
How dare that worthless omega? That fucking bitch. When I get out of here, that bitch is dead.
They literally dragged me to the dungeon. The dungeon. They had the nerve to actually throw me, Trinity, Alpha Melvins' daughter, in the dungeons. I'm an Alpha's daughter. Ugh
Over what. I didn't do anything wrong. That worthless omega is the one who didn't do her job. She should be in here, not me.
We had the right to know where that slut Trixie was.
To make matters worse, they put a silver bracelet on my ankle. I can't even talk to my wolf, Trish. I can't mindlink my father. I can't mindlink to anyone. Dont get me started with these worthless guards. UGH, they don't come around at all. If I could just mindlink with my father, I know he could get me out of here. These guards don't even do their jobs. They don't even "guard me."
This is abuse. Torture. When are they going to bring me food? Damn it, I'm starved. They didn't even bring me dinner yesterday.
"Where's my breakfast?" I scream.
"You worthless pieces of shit get in here and do your job." I continue to scream.
"I'm going to be the Queen. Is this how you treat the future Queen?" I yell.
Melvin's POV
Well, that's just great. Nothing is going to plan so far. Trinity is in the dungeon because of that damn worthless omega and the slut Trixie.
They changed the tournament. Hell, that worthless bitch can't even chew gum and walk straight at the same time. How the hell is she going to get through that obstacle course? There's no way.
And who the hell did she spread her legs for to get them to hide her? To help her. Those stupid kings are buying right into her lies as well. What else can go wrong?
They won't even let me in to see my daughter. I can't even mindlink her. The link is blocked. They had to have used silver or wolfsbane. How dare they use that on Trinity? Don't they know that shit can cause permanent damage to her wolf? I can't wait until we take those arrogant kings down. They call themselves kings. HA. What a joke. I'll tell you what they are—their damn ignorant wannabes.
I have to make sure nothing else goes wrong. Everything else has to go right as planned.
A knock on the door snaps me out of my thoughts.
"Beta Richard, just the man I need to see," I say to him as we walk into the sitting room and take a seat.
"Beta, have you found out where they are hiding Trixie?" I ask him.
"No alpha. I have warriors snooping around and still nothing," he responds.
"Beta, did you do as I ordered yesterday?" I asked.
"Yes, Alpha. It was placed," he says as he looks a little embarrassed.
"And. What did you find out? If it was placed in their office, it had to have picked up something. "What did King Coban want with Calvin?" I say as I'm getting more pissed than I was.
"I want to know what they talked about. I want every single fucking word." I scream.
What is up with Richard today? He's just sitting there with a dumb look on his face. Is he going to answer me?
"Alpha, sir. The office was bugged. But we didn't get their conversation," he says sheepishly. His face turned beet red.
"I thought you had it placed in there before Calvin met up with the king," I scream.
"I did alpha. They were placed even before the king left the banquet hall," he tells me.
"If they were placed in his office before they had their meeting, and it was confirmed that they met in that room, then what's the problem. It should have picked up the entire conversation." I scream at him. "So tell me, beta," I say sarcastically, "What the hell did it pick up then?"
"It picked up moaning and screaming, sir," he says quietly. "Speak up, beta," I scream.
"It picked up fucking. You know people getting it on. Moaning. A lot of moaning. Then it picked up someone grunting. They were taking a shit, sir," he says very loudly, almost screaming.
How the hell? What the hell. They are fucking with us. How did they find them? How did they know we bugged the room? Damn. Damn. Damn.
"Beta, keep looking for her. She has to be somewhere. She can't hide forever." I say.
"Beta, at least tell me you got more information on the changes to the tournament," I say, rolling my eyes.
He takes a deep breath, exhales, and pauses for a minute before he responds.
"Alpha, evidently, they sent out an email to all pack alphas two weeks ago notifying everyone of the upcoming changes. They explained in detail," he says all in one breath.
"NO, THEY DID NOT. I didn't receive anything." I scream. I couldn't have overlooked it. I notice everything. Nothing gets by me. Isn't that why I even have a beta? Can't he do his damn job? Can't anyone do their damn job anymore? Worthless people, I swear.
"Beta, did you receive any emails from the palace?" I say, trying to calm down.
"No alpha. I was told that the emails were sent personally to the alphas of every pack attending the tournament," he says hesitantly.
"I didn't receive shit," I scream.
"My alpha," my mate walks in, interrupting us. "What is it. Can't you see we're busy?" I scream at her. "Leave NOW!" My mate storms out of the room, cursing and mumbling under her breath.
Damn, does everyone have to piss me off already today?
"Beta, contact Benjamin. Tell him to move up the attack. Since we can't guarantee Trixie will even finish the course, let alone get to fight his warrior, we need her taken out as well as the kings. Update him on what happened. Let him know his Queen is in the dungeon." I ordered my beta. "Also," I smirk, "contact alpha Blake. Let him know there has been a change of plans."
