Mistake With The Alpha Chapter 64

Drey's POV

　　A voice called. So glad we told Kira the priestess to lock her door that what we wanted to show her mustn't be heard by anyone.

　　"Go through the back door," she said to us.

　　We then quickly went away through the back door. Since we didn't come with a vehicle, we walked home.

　　"How is Sam?" I asked.

　　"In a critical condition" he replied.

　　"And your Alpha?"

　　" He wouldn't wake up" .

　　" Well if you don't mind, I can help the two of them a bit" I said calmly.

　　I wasn't going to force my powers on anyone.

　　"No, let her heal. If her healing is too fast, people might want to believe Allison's story" he objected softly.

　　Well I saw reason in what he said so I didn't bother to dwell on it. We then just walked home silently. Each thinking about what we are going to do next.

　　Cleo's POV

　　I know my husband was falling so hard for their trick but I could see that they were all lying. Something doesn't feel so right with that Allison of a girl. She might be Jaylen's mate but she's too violent. Kira once told us that Jaylen's mate would be as calm as the still waters. She said she's his peace and calm to his rage. How come she's this violent.

　　I remembered everything Jaylen told me and with what was happening, I knew I needed to do something very fast. I've never had anything to do with priestesses except when she has a message for us but now I know I need to see her for this.

　　"I want to go see Kira," I said to my husband.

　　" That's good because I want to go see her too. She has to find a solution to what that girl did to my son" he said.

　　I got angry at how he believed them so we'll. We've known Allison since childhood but then she left our pack to another and we don't know if she had changed into a bad one.

　　"Don't believe those words Allison told you. It might be just to make up excuses for what she did" I said.

　　" No," my husband disagreed. " If she wasn't telling the truth, explain to me why all what is happening to Jaylen is happening".

　　I don't know what he meant by what is happening because the only issue here is that he loves two women.

　　"Nothing is happening to him aside from him loving two women but we have to be considerate here. Jaylen is a hybrid that we know nothing about. We can't then jump into conclusion" I said firmly.

　　" Don't take the side of that little witch. She has something to do with him. Let's get to Kira's. I know she would know something about it" he said.

　　He then didn't talk to me anymore till we got to Kira's place. I myself was in deep thought. I was so scared to hear the results. I pray in my heart that what Allison said about the poor girl lying in critical condition is nothing but a lie.

　　"Kira, Kira" my husband called.

　　I wondered where Kira went. She never closes her door, not even at night but now the door of her hut was shut.

　　"Are you there?" He asked.

　　"Yes I am".

　　Then Kira came outside. "Come in," she said.

　　"I thought you went out?" My husband said something more like a question.

　　" I was attending to something," she said blankly.

　　Kira sat down and looked at us to say what we came there to do. Since I've known Kira, even if she knows why you came she would never tell you. She would want you to say it with your mouth.

　　"There's a problem in our pack and I need a fast solution for it" my husband said.

　　Kira raised a brow, still looking at him.

　　"My son has been charmed and I want you to help me break it," he said hastily.

　　" You can't just conclude like that" I snapped.

　　" Don't tell me not to conclude. Is everything not glaring enough?" He retorted.

　　I looked at Kira for aid and she got it.

　　"Who charmed the Alpha?" She asked.

　　"That maid called Sam. She's the one that charmed him. Now my son is sick because she connected their souls together" he said sadly.

　　Not that I don't understand how my husband is feeling. Jaylen is our only son and if anything happens to him our pack will be doomed. We will have a lot of troubles and war. This he didn't want to face. I do understand him well.

　　"How did you know this?" Kira asked calmly.

　　" I had my suspicions when Jaylen wouldn't leave the girl for his mate and today, what happened at the pack house made me agree with my suspicion" he rushed out.

　　" It was Allison that told him," I said.
