Darkness Chapter 29: Awakening

I woke up and the room was pitch black. The curtains had been pulled, and the only light I could see was coming from under the bedroom door from the hallway. I look down and I'm wearing a beautiful red dress. I sit up and remember I was stabbed. Tara! That fucking bítch! As I moved, I expected to feel pain as I got up, but I didn't. Odd because this wasn't the first time I had been severely injured. Maybe vampires have better healers than humans do. 

I walk down to Vincent’s study. The door is closed. I knocked. His deep voice says, “Come in.” His voice was laced with sadness, why? Did we lose some people?

“You know your face will freeze that way if you keep scowling.” He turns to me and quickly runs at me, scooping me up and twirling me around. He proceeded to tell me about what happened to me. Now I'm a vampire. I smile to myself, if my parents were alive, they would die. But fuck them! After he showed me how to feed, and that they were searching for Tara and Aaron. The only thing I want right now is Vincent. The only thing I want right now is him. Since we have finally stopped skirting the fact that we love each other, we can move forward in our relationship.

He picks me up and carries me to his room. Once inside, he sets me down. “I haven't made love to another vampire since Bianca. I'm blessed you came into my life,” he confesses.

“So is it different?” I ask.

He grins, “Yes, very.” I walk up to him and place my hands on his firm chest, looking up at him through my lashes.

“How so?” I purr. He's looking down at me and looks like he's ready to rip my dress off of me, and honestly, if he doesn't, I will. I want him that badly.

“It's rougher,” he says as lust fills his eyes.

“Really?” I step back from him and unzip my dress and slide the straps off my shoulders.

He licks his lips, staring at me as I stand before him completely naked. I saunter back to him, grab his shirt, and rip it down the middle. “So you were holding back when we were together?”

“Yes. I didn't want to hurt you,” Vincent admits.

“And now? Will you be gentle?” I ask as I am unzipping his pants, allowing them to fall to the ground. I move my hands to his erection, trying to break free of his boxers.

He lets out a hiss. “I will be whatever you want.”

“I want you. All of you. If it means you like it rough, then let's go, or I will take matters into my own hands.” I grip him not hard enough to hurt him, but enough to stimulate him.

“So I take it you are letting me be in control this time?” I ask.

“Consider it a birthday gift, my love,” Vincent replies. I take my finger and pull at the waistband band ripping his boxers. His cock springing joyfully free and at full attention. I press my body against his, leaning up and looking into his deep brown eyes.

“Kiss me, Vincent.” His hands wrapped around me and our bodies were melded to one another. His kiss was like wildfire. My body was instantly on fire. His touch was firm, pressing me further into him. He trailed kisses down my jaw over my neck and down to my shoulders. My god I almost couldn't stand it.

I moaned loudly. “Love, don't do that. I'll lose it,” Vincent hissed. I want him to lose it. I want him to go primal. I want to feel it all. I push him down on the bed and straddle him. I can feel him pressed to my thigh.

“Someone is excited,” I tease. I straddle him. I lean down and start to kiss his neck and trail my kisses down his body, teasing him with my fangs as I get to his chest.

“Shit!” he yells as his hands are at my hips trying to push me down onto him. I look up at him and smirk.

“Uh, no. Be a good boy and you'll be rewarded.”
