Darkness Chapter 33: part 4

I watched her sleep until her eyes fluttered open. Nelly asks, “So what's the plan for Aaron?”

“Well.....I did like the idea of changing him because he hates vampires so much, and it would be hilarious to make him into what he hates.  But at the same time, he doesn't deserve to live. He doesn't deserve a second life. So I was thinking....” She sits up and looks at me like a giddy school child waiting for their present. “I was thinking of pumping him with blood, letting him think it was vampire blood, but also injecting it with a dose of poison that would slowly kill him.”

She chews her lip. “So he would die thinking that his body rejected the blood?” I nod. “Hmmm. I like it.”

“I'm glad you approve. The other was to change him and not give him the blood with the sunblock and then let him burn. It is very painful.”

“Oohhh. That's evil. I really like that idea,” she replies.

“Yeah, being a lab rat gives you all sorts of ideas and the means to make them happen.” She leans down and kisses me. She lies down, cuddled next to me, shaking again. “Baby, how are you feeling?”

“Just a little cold. Is it normal,” she says.

“I know everyone is different in how they react. So yeah, I guess. I'm gonna call a friend, though.”

She nodded before she asked, “What are we doing with Tara?”

I could hear the hurt in her voice. She was betrayed by her best friend. It couldn't be easy. “She's pregnant with...you'll love this…” I pause for dramatic effect. “Peter’s child.”

Nelly gasps, “Wait....how? Her and Alec where fucking each other constantly.”

“Alec apparently can't have kids. I asked him why, but he wouldn't say.”

“Hmmm. Has anyone told Peter?” she asks.

“Not yet. Wanted to deal with Aaron first. We have time with Tara.” She nodded. We eventually got up, showered, and changed. We went down to the lab and laying on the floor was Aaron.

Aww...he looked so peaceful. Yep... time to wakey, wakey you little shit. I have two of my men open the cell and pull him from his slumber. He's startled and tries to get away. I mean, seriously, we could snap him and not break a sweat. “Calm down, pretty boy. We have a surprise gift for you.”

“Time to become one of us. Are you ready?” Nelly asks.

Aaron glares at her. “Sure. Bring it on. When I'm one of you. It'll just be easier to kill you.” He laughs.

I laugh. “You really are delusional. A new vampire will become ash faster than I could.” I look at my woman and ask, “Baby, which way are we doing this? Plan A or Plan B?”

She pretends to think. I love how sadistic she is. “Hmmm. Not sure baby they are equally good. Plus, I like options C and Wing-it too.”
