Darkness Chapter 32: part 2

I really want to know who. Alec is my eyes in this place, he was even when Victor was my second in command. Alec grins mischievously, "Peter."

"Shut up. He wouldn't have..."

"He was here when we brought in the rebels, and you took Nelly. Remember?" Alec reminds me. But honestly, Nelly was all I could think about at the time, so I don't fully recall who else was around.

"Yeah, I vaguely remember him giving Tara a lot of attention. It must be his," I say with a shrug.

Alec smirks, "Care to find out?"

I chuckle, "Let's go pay her a visit."

As we enter, the doctor confirms it's a vampire's. She's sitting on the table, sobbing. When she sees Alec, she tries to beg for help. "Please, Alec, I don't know what I'm gonna do."

Alec glares at her. "Did you sleep with Peter that day you came in?"

"He said he'd kill me if I didn't," she stammers. We both burst out laughing. "W...what?"

Alec chuckles even louder. "You do realize it's not mine, right?"

Tara shakes her head stubbornly. "It has to be."

Alec asserts, "I'm telling you, it's not mine."

She starts to cry harder, "But...but..."

Alec nods in agreement, "Absolutely not mine."

I smirk, "Sorry, but looks like Peter will be the lucky one."

Tara pleads, "No, not him."

"So, you want me to make the call?" I ask sarcastically.

She nods, "Yes, what are you going to do with me?"

"Well, I have no plans to harm a pregnant woman," I reply.

Alec suggests, "I still think we should inform Peter. Let him figure out what to do. She's officially his problem now because I definitely don't want her."

"I don't want to be his. He's just so cruel," she whines.

Alec shrugs, “Yeah, I know.”

I glance at her. “You had a good thing here. You fucked it up the moment you betrayed Nelly. So enjoy what is left of your stay here. The guards will take you to your cell. I have a date with your boyfriend. We're gonna discuss what the process is like to change, and it's painful.”

I lied, but I wanted her to suffer. “No. Don't change him!” she pleads.

“Sorry. My mate wants him changed....”

Tara gasps, “Mate? Please she's just gonna use you like she did my brother. Once she gets what she wants she'll leave you.”

“And why should I believe you?”

Brandon walks in. “I wouldn't. Tara, give me one good reason not to kill you.”

I put my hand on his shoulder. “We can't, at least not for a little bit.” His devotion to my mate is why he's alive. I know that he would die for her. 

“Why? Why should we keep her alive? She tried to kill Nelly and almost succeeded!” he yells.

“I'm pregnant!” she exclaims.

Brandon growls, “Don't fuck with me.”

“Sadly, she is.”

Brandon gasps, “How?”

I shake my head. “Dude, seriously?”

Brandon says, “She's only been with Alec and Aaron.”

I try to explain, “It is a vampire’s, but she wasn't just with Alec.”

She hangs her head low. “It's Peter’s. He took me when we first arrived. They separated the females and males. Since it was so crazy when we came in, no one missed me.”

Brandon growls, “Danmit Tara! I hate that fucker. I hate how he looks at Nelly.”

I agree with Brandon. Peter might become a problem. Tara is led to a cell, and I go to see Aaron. “Hello, sunshine.”

Aaron spats, “Fuck you!”

I chuckle. “Mmm..nope. You aren't my type. I didn't know you swung both ways. I do know someone who can accommodate you, though. I might be merciful and allow you a conjugal before you die.”

“What do you want?” Aaron sneers.

“I wanted to let you know that I hope you enjoy your last night ‘alive’.”

Aaron yells, “You fucking bastárd! I'll kill you when you change me.”

I laugh. “Sure, you will. We will see you tomorrow, sunshine.” As I'm walking out, I turn back to him. “Oh yeah, we confirmed that Tara is pregnant.”

Aaron screams, “Don't you touch her, you bastârd!” I walk out laughing. I decided to check on Nelly. Who am I kidding? I need to be buried inside her. Ever since I have fucked Nelly, that’s all I want to do.
