Fighting Spirit Series Chapter 78: Active Labor

Cold prickly needles along my body pulled me from the dark veil of unconsciousness. Slowly pushing the heavy pieces of skin open, instantly blinded by the bright illuminated room, feeling as warmth touched my ice-laden cheek. Fresh linen and honey lofted through my nostrils realizing it was Amelia.

“Mei?” Amelia spoke softly running her thumb gently across my cheek feeling the rush of warmth.

“Yeah.” I huskily hissed as I slowly sat up, feeling a dull stabbing pain in my lower abdomen, gently rubbing my stomach to ease the pain.

“Are you okay?” Amelia asked placing her hand on mine feeling the strong rhythmic heartbeats of the twins. I nodded my head smiling, looking around the ice-covered walls of a holding cell.

“Great! Another fucking cell.” I hissed annoyed as I leaned back against the frozen enclosure. Feeling another stabbing pain in my abdomen.

“How long have I been out?” I asked looking at Amelia studying the cell, then looking at me with soft eyes.

“I think maybe a few hours, not entirely sure. I woke-up not too long ago, freezing my fucking ass off.” Amelia smiled rubbing her ass cheeks, smiling as we laughed softly.

“I wouldn’t be laughing, if I were you.” A voice echoed eerily in the cell as a shadow caught our attention to the left, slithering forward. The tall dark-haired creature with glowing red eyes.

Aeros! Moon and Kyou growled weakly, still under the effects of whatever Victor injected us with. “Great! Another fucking asshole to deal with.” I laughed sarcastically throwing my hands in the air.

“Mei, I don’t think that is wise.” Amelia linked shaky.

“Let me handle these idiots. I will be fine. Do not give up.” I linked back flashing her a stern look.

A more intense stabbing pain had me snapping my eyes to my stomach.

What the hell was that?

“I do not think you are in a position to speak like that “DOG”.” Aeros hissed drawing out “dog” smiling darkly with a sinister flash in his eyes. Standing up raging with anger, pacing slowly.

“Why don’t you step in here and say that to my FUCKING FACE?” I hissed in pain at the same time, feeling the pain growing more intense.

“How about after you pop them “MUTTS” out, then I will say it to your FACE?” Aeros arrogantly hissed smiling with bright sinister eyes.

Moon and Kyou became enraged, snarling, growling at the mention of our pups. The pain growing more intense, now heavy pressure pushed against my stomach as a loud fluid like rushing echoed against the icy walls. Warm liquid running down my thighs, coating the floor as a monstrous growl filled the room.

“Over my dead body, will you or Victor touch one hair on them. DO YOU HEAR ME?” I roared like a demon was emerging as the next rush of searing stabbing ripped through my stomach.

“Hah. You are in no position to do anything.” Victor laughed darkly walking slowly behind Aeros like a slithering snake.

“Mei you are in active labor.” Amelia linked sounding worried.

“They cannot have the pups. They’re the last of our bloodlines.” I hissed in link feeling the next surge of searing pain rip through my hips and back.

“NO!” Amelia yelled rushing up to me, blocking my body with hers as she stared at me with emotion-filled eyes.

Izzy has those same eyes whenever she is with Lexi and me.

“A mother’s love.” Moon howled as Kyou paced violently.

“I understand you want to protect me but right now we need to protect the pups.” I linked giving her a stern look.

Amelia turned on her heel staring down Victor and Aeros with a murderous motherly stare.

“Right, if you want these pups, then you will supply warm-water, blankets, clean sheets, and possibly some heat.”

She stated crossing her arms sternly, not breaking eye contact.

“Fine. Let her have whatever she thinks might help this situation. Damn women.” Victor hissed turning on his heel laughing as he slipped back into the shadows.

A hard kick to my kidney, then a thunderous searing pain shot up my back into my head, back down into my toes as I dropped to the ground growling, howling snarls. My core tightening, then relaxing as pressure started to form in my vagina.

Damn Kyou and her explanations.

“Amelia.” I huffed lowly as I watched two hybrids emerge from the shadows with the supplies Amelia requested. Opening the cell door enough to hand over the supplies and lock up securely.

“Here, cover up as I setup.” Amelia said handing me a blanket to keep my body heat in.

Kind of admit having a blanket was nice. Amelia turned her eyes towards Aeros as he pulled up a chair, watching the two hybrids start a small fire to the right of the cell.

“I need to check how dilated you are.” Amelia looked at me with soft eyes.

“I’m fine. Do what you need to do.” I said dropping my head back against the cold wall, while Amelia slid a finger into me feeling like it was a hot poker running across my flesh as another rush of searing pain shot through my body, digging my nails into the stone floor.

“Shit!” Amelia hissed as she pulled her finger back, grabbing my eyes with hers.

“That close?” I asked in link watching as she smiled mockingly then sliding her eyes towards Aeros resting his head against the wall.

“You’re pushing nine centimeters and I can feel him right there.” Amelia said grabbing my hands as my face contorted in discomfort as the next wave of pain hit me like a ton of bricks.

“I would rather be tortured than feel this.” I laughed rolling my head side-to-side slowly as Amelia laughed lowly.

“Definitely dark humor.” Amelia laughed as we sat next to each other sharing body heat that was flowing freely from my body.

“How long is this going to take?” Aeros asked annoyingly not looking at us. Amelia shifted slightly next to me.

“As long as it takes asshole.” Amelia hissed watching as Aeros’ jaw flinched in anger.

“Watch your tone Red?” Aeros huffed as he turned his head slightly revealing deep red eyes of murderous intent.

He slowly leaned forward, clapping his hands together, lacing his fingers.

“Question? Seeing how you are not leaving anytime soon, what has Victor promised?” I asked side glancing Aeros tilt his head slightly, smiling evilly.

“You.” Aeros laughed standing up slowly, stalking over to the cell wall, crouching down so he could meet my eyes.

A hard lump formed in my throat at the tone in which he spoke.

“See, I could give two shits about ultimate power, although the thought has crossed my mind a few times, but “you” my sweet Mei will belong to me.” Aeros pointed his slender finger at me as he eye-raped my body.

“Covering up will not stop me from having that delicious “womb” of yours.” Aeros laughed as he stood up running his hands down his thighs watching as the bulge grew in his tight stone washed jeans.

“Great a personal pup machine.” I laughed rolling my eyes as another wave of searing pain rushed through my core, gripping the blanket with my fists, gritting my teeth to keep from scream roaring.

“Think about it. A pure Vampire and the Spirit Wolf, producing the next generation of emotionless killers. Fucking Glorious!” Aeros laughed darkly as he disappeared into the shadows.

Moon and Kyou stirred angrily at the thought of another man touching us.

“Amelia, listen to me closely. I know we will not make it out of here before these two come. We need to figure out something to get us out of this cell.” I linked her while we sat there leaning our heads back against the wall.

Another wave of searing pain shot through my body as the pressure increased in my uterus.

“What do you have in mind?” Amelia asked nudging my arm lightly snickering.

“Now that I know I am what Aeros wants and Victor wants the twins, how about we play a little game in the meantime.” I laughed out loud sounding cold.

“Let me check you really quick, then try and rest.” Amelia linked as she quietly slid a finger in to check my dilation.

Yep! A fucking hot poker I hissed silently. Patting my leg gently as I leaned against the wall feeling the coldness mix with the raging inferno inside of my body.

“Almost there.” She linked as she leaned against the wall next to me humming lightly into the darkening cell.
