The Biker's Fate Chapter 526
Flash
I woke up earlier than my alarm, my dick hard as a rock, probably due to the dream I'd had starring Tate Burke and her glorious tits. Jesus, I needed more from her, and I needed it quick, but I also knew I'd wait for as long as she needed me to.
After taking a long shower and giving myself some much-needed relief, I dressed quickly and decided to head over to my parents' place who always had an open-door policy. We were welcome any time for any reason, no questions asked, and if they weren't going to be home, they'd text us all. Jamie was the only one still living at home while he finished up school, but Poppy and I dropped home at least four days a week, even if it was just for a few minutes.
I walked in and found my mother in the kitchen, frying bacon.
"Hi, Mama." I wrapped an arm around her and kissed her cheek.
"Hi, love," she said, hugging me back. "You hungry?"
"For bacon? Always." I released her and headed to the full coffee pot.
She chuckled. "Just like your dad."
"Where is he?" I asked.
"He was at the club late, so he's probably still asleep."
"Coffee?" I asked.
"No, I'm good." She smiled up at me. "Do you want hash browns and eggs as well?"
"Are you already making them?"
"Honey, your father is home, what do you think?"
I chuckled. "Then, yeah, I'd love some. Thanks."
Dad walked in a few minutes later, pulling his hair back as he walked. My mother bit her lip and smiled up at him as he approached her, leaning down to kiss her deeply before giving her ass a pat. "Hey, Sunshine."
"Hi. How'd you sleep?"
"Good, baby. Sorry I woke you last night."
"No complaints, love."
"Um, parentals." I raised my hand. "Child here. Keep that talk to a minimum."
Dad dropped his head back and laughed, kissing my mother again, closer to an R-rating than the earlier PG, obviously to dig at me.
"You comin' to the club tomorrow night?" Dad asked, pouring himself a cup of coffee.
"Wasn't plannin' on it. Do you need me to?"
"Not necessarily."
"I'm takin' Tate out after my flight, but if you need me, I'll move things around. I'll also be there tonight for church."
"It can keep," Dad said.
"You sure?"
"Yeah." He slid the coffee pot back onto the warmer, then sat at the table.
Mom slid plates filled with food in front of us, just as Jamie limped in looking a little rough.
"What happened to you?" I asked.
"Cheap tequila."
I smirked. "Amateur."
He grinned, hugging Mom before pouring a cup of coffee. "Indeed."
Dad looked up from his phone. "Learned your lesson?"
"Yeah, Pops, I absolutely did."
He gave him a chin lift, then went back to his phone until Mom tugged it out of his hand. "No phones at the table, love. Nice try."
Dad wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her onto his lap. "Wasn't plannin' on family breakfast, Sunshine."
She tugged on his beard. "And yet, here we are, and there are no phones at the table."
Dad smiled adoringly at her before kissing her quickly and letting her up. She promptly leaned toward Jamie, holding her hand out. "You too, love. Give it over."
Jamie handed it to her, and she turned to me.
I shook my head. "Mine's on silent and in my pocket."
She gripped my chin. "If that changes, it's mine."
I chuckled. "Yes, ma'am."
"Anyone want pancakes?" she asked.
"No, baby, you've done enough," Dad said. "Sit down and eat. I'll start another pot of coffee real quick."
"Okay, love." She took her seat and we passed platters around, filling our plates while we waited for more coffee to brew.
"How'd it go with Tate the other night?" Mom asked.
I grinned. "Good."
"Aw, honey, I'm so glad." She reached over and squeezed my arm. "I have always adored her. You're good together."
Before I could comment, the beep of the alarm sounded, and the front door closed. "Family," Poppy called out. "Anyone home?"
"Kitchen," Mom called back.
My sister appeared in the doorway, pulling off her sunglasses, and dropping them and her keys on the counter. "Good morning, everyone."
Mom stood, making her way to Poppy, and hugging her. "What a lovely surprise. Come and eat. To what do we owe the pleasure?"
"My children are at school and daycare, Devon's doing something with his dad, and I have a day off. I came to see if you were up for mani pedis."
"I'm in," Mom said, pouring another cup of coffee.
Poppy grabbed a plate and kissed Dad's cheek before sitting beside me at the table. "Did you grovel at Tate's feet yet?"
"Sure did."
"Did she accept your apology?" Poppy asked, scooping eggs onto her plate.
"Sure did."
"Hmm," she murmured. "I thought she was smarter than that."
I chucked a piece of toast at her head, and she deflected, then burst out laughing because I'd missed her and landed a direct shot to Dad's nose.
"Boy!" he growled, dropping the bread back on my plate…after he licked it. "You're gonna eat that entire piece."
"Hatch," Mom admonished, snatching the bread away. "Our child is not eating that."
Dad raised an eyebrow. "Baby, you realize he's no longer a child, right?"
She mean-mugged him. "And you realize he'll always be my baby, right?"
Dad shook his head, then focused on me. "Be nice to your sister."
I frowned. "Wha—?"
"Yeah," Poppy retorted. "Be nice to me."
"You always fucking win," I grumbled.
"I'm the favorite," she retorted, popping a piece of bacon into her mouth.
"You're all our favorites," Mom countered.
"Not with Dad," Poppy said.
"Baby girl, you need to quit pokin' the bear," Dad warned.
Poppy grinned. "You're no fun."
"Well, this has been a blast," I said, pushing away from the table. "But I have shit to do."
"Love you Parker," Poppy said.
I leaned down and kissed her cheek, whispering, "Love you too, asshole."
She laughed and I took care of my dishes before hugging my mother and heading out to my bike. I had just swung my leg over when I saw Tate calling. I had a few minutes, so I answered. "Hey."
"Hi," she breathed out. "Are you in the middle of something?"
"Just heading to the office," I said. "You okay?"
"Yep."
I frowned. "What's wrong?"
"It's so stupid."
"What's stupid?" I demanded.
"I just missed you and wanted to hear your voice."
I relaxed, smiling. "That's not stupid, Tate. It's sweet."
"It's so, fucking female."
I laughed. "Newsflash, baby, you are female. It's one of my favorite things about you."
"I had really sexy dreams about you last night and it kind of annoyed me."
"You and me both, baby."
"I need to stop replaying those dreams," she said. "I'm going to let you go to work and try to get some study time in."
I chuckled. "I'll call you when I'm done with my meeting."
"Okay. Have a good day and be safe."
"I will. Love you."
"Love you, too," she said, then hung up.
