Alpha Cameron's Vengeful Mate Chapter 50: Alpha Cameron's Vengeful Mate

Tiyanna’s POV 

The next morning, I woke up in my own bed not having a clue how I got there. The last thing I remembered was talking to Cameron about the proposal and then everything gets a bit hazy. My head is pounding, and my neck is sore for some reason. Maybe I had drinks with the girls last night or by myself. Shaking the thought away, I decided to just go take a shower and hopefully that will make me feel more like myself. When I walk into the ensuite bathroom, as I pass the mirror, something catches my eyes and makes me stop in my tracks. I turn to fully face the mirror and there on my neck is a black and silver wolf howling at the full moon on the right side of my neck in my marking spot. 

“What the hell?!” I shout at nobody in particular as I’m alone in my room. “That bastard marked me without my permission! I’m going to...” I start but am stopped by my wolf laughing in my head. “Silver, this isn’t funny. He took advantage of us.” I say to her. 

“No, he didn’t and this is very funny. You humans are silly.” she says and keeps laughing. 

“How are we silly? No, forget that this isn’t funny Silver. How could you let him do this to us? Did he drug us or get us drunk?” I fire questions at her. 

“Well, you were about to do something to cost us our mate and so Black and I decided to take matters into our own hands.” she said. 

“Silver, what did you do?” I say through clenched teeth. 

“He didn’t like that you were talking about going on a date with someone even though we both know you were bluffing. Personally, I didn’t like you upsetting our mate either, so I followed Blacks’ lead. He rejected your rejection and marked you, then I rescinded our rejection and marked him. There was some kissing in there too but that’s irrelevant at the moment.” she says. 

“So let me get this straight. You and Black took it upon yourselves to mark each other and to hell with how me and Cameron would feel or think about this? Do you understand fully what you’ve done to us? After this he may never trust me now. He’ll probably think that I put you up to this.” I shout at her before lowering my head. “He’s going to hate me even more now and when he rejects me it will hurt even worse because the bond is fully intact.” I say with tears in my eyes. 

“He won’t hate you. I don’t think he ever did hate you, but there is something going on with him. Black won’t tell me because he thinks that is something that Cameron should share with you. He’s hoping that he will.” 

I chuckle humorlessly to myself. “And if you and Black are wrong then you’ve just cost me a second mate.” I block her and get into the shower. 

Cameron’s POV 

I wake up and head straight to Tiyanna’s room, but when I’m getting ready to knock, I hear her talking to someone. Who does she have in there this early? I know for a fact that Caroline and my sister are not early risers, and my mother is busy with Luna duties. Maybe she really did have a date last night and brought him here. They both must have a death wish! Just as I’m about to break down the door, I realize that she keeps talking but nobody else is answering, at least not to where I can hear.  

“She’s speaking to Silver.” says my wolf. 

“Oh, look who decided to wake up after ruining my life yesterday. Why did you do that Black?” I scold him. 

“Because you two idiots were about to make the biggest mistake of our lives and Silver and I were not letting that happen. If the both of you would quit being so stubborn, you’d see that you’re good together and made for each other, but you’re too hell bent on not letting go of the past and she’s too focused on revenge to pay attention. It will only get worse the minute you tell her what you’ve learned about her parents.”  I hated to admit it, but he was right about everything. 

As I started to turn and walk away, I heard her say in a tearful voice that she thinks I hate her and after what was done that, I’d blame her. Well, I don’t blame her for what happened because I know who was behind it, and even I am not that cruel to blame her for something I know she didn’t do. This whole mate thing is getting more and more complicated as the days go on and I don’t have time to think about any of this with everything else going on right now. 

“Why don’t you ask her on a date? All you do is work or screw that whore, so how about actually being with our mate? Forget Trinity. You may as well because you’re marked now and if you even think of sticking that dick of yours inside another female, I’ll kill her before you can blink. Besides, if you are able to do it, the pain will hurt our mate, and she’ll probably kill you. I won’t help you either human, so I suggest you accept our mate fully and stop this nonsense!” Yells my wolf before he blocks me. 

“Well damn.” I say shaking my head as I head back to my room to get ready for the day.
