Alpha Cameron's Vengeful Mate Chapter 51: Alpha Cameron's Vengeful Mate

After going back to my room and showering, I change into a pair of jeans and a black t-shirt with running shoes because I plan on going for a run after working. Hours pass as I work on different projects for the pack and on how to move forward incorporating Tiyanna’s business with mine, but for some reason I can’t get the kiss and marking off of my mind. I don’t notice how deep I am in my thoughts about her and what my wolf said about taking her on a date until I hear my name being yelled and i look up into the eyes of Trinity. My wolf instantly growls in my head and for once we’re in agreement about seeing her. She knows that no one is to enter my office without an appointment unless they are my Beta or Gamma. “She has been seriously overstepping lately, and you’ve been allowing it to happen.” says my wolf with a low growl. 

“Trinity, what are you doing here?” I say through clenched teeth.  

“Babe, I was wondering if I could get your card to go shopping? My friends and I want some new dresses for the party I’m throwing next week.” she says in a sickly-sweet voice. What the hell is she talking about? There’s nothing scheduled for next week that constitutes having a party.  

“What the hell are you talking about? What party? My mother is acting Luna, so if there was a social event planned, I would know about them, and she wouldn’t need permission.” I say angrily. Has she always been this way or have I just been ignoring her behavior like everyone says? 

“Well, no there’s nothing planned and that’s why I feel we should have a party. All everyone does around here is work or train and I think we could use some fun for a change especially you. You haven’t been coming to visit me at night anymore and you’ve even punished me. You never did that until that bitch showed up. I’ve always gotten jealous and beaten those women, but you’ve never hurt me because of them.” I stopped reading and looked back up at her. What did she just say? She’s hurt other women in my pack for liking me. Now I’m seeing red. I mind-link Talon. 

“Talon!” I yell through the mind-link. 

“Yes, alpha?” he says sounding startled and scared. 

“Get in my office NOW!” I yell. 

“On my way Alpha.” he says before I close the link. 

“Have a seat, Trinity. There are some things I believe we should discuss about this party. First, you will not be getting my card ever again and there will be no party. Two, you will be getting a job and work off all the money that you’ve been using frivolously and will start going to training. Do I make myself clear?” I say with authority in my voice leaving no room for her to think there is room for negotiation. 

“Yes Alpha.” she says. 

“Good. Now after Talon gets here, you’ll be able to leave once both of you have answered my questions.” I say sitting back in my chair. 

A few minutes later, Talon comes bursting through the door looking around for any sign of a threat, but when he sees none, his hand goes to his heart that I notice has been racing since he entered. My friend may need a vacation or some time off soon. He is wound way too tight. 

“Damnit Cameron, I thought you were in trouble the way you were yelling. What’s going on?” he says before finally noticing Trinity. “Well never mind, if she’s here then there must be trouble brewing. What the hell have you done now Trinity? I’m getting so tired of cleaning up your messes.” he yells angrily at her. 

“I haven’t done anything. I only came in here to get his card to go showing and now I have to get a job and train and can’t have any parties. This is probably all your doing. I am going to be the future Luna, and you just don’t like the fact that he chose me over your mates’ new little friend. Well too bad. You and the rest of this pack need to just get over it! That bit...” she started to say and before I can blink, I have her up against the wall with my hand against her throat. 

“Now get something straight. I let slide the first time but never again.” I growl. “If you ever call her anything but Luna or Tiyanna again, I will personally rip your tongue from your mouth and feed it to you, do you understand?” I growl loudly shaking the walls. Talon covers his ears while showing his neck in submission under the weight of my Alpha command. I slowly release her neck enough for her to answer me.
