The Lycan King and His Mysterious Luna Chapter 119

After he let me go, we walked to the chairs on the throne and Alex sat down once again in his while I stood in front of the smaller version next to him. A crown was placed on my head and a royal robe was draped over my shoulders. The crown and robe both matched the ones Alex was wearing and then I was told to sit down, and we were both handed our scepters.

Photos were taken and the people were given a chance to all come up and greet or congratulate me. This part of the ceremony was kind of tiresome since there were well over 500 people in the hall. I was ready to go on the pack run and so were my wolf and Lycan, but they were ready for other reasons. After the pack run, we were going to go off on our own with our mates and complete the mating ceremony. Then we would come back and enjoy the reception.

We went to our room to change into some clothes that were comfortable to change back into after the pack run and mating. Everyone met at the tree line at the back of the palace, and we all got undressed and shifted together. Alex was in the front leading with me on his left flank, and David on his right flank. Shayla was on David’s left flank; Ethan was on my right and Renee was on his left flank. The rest of the pack were lined up behind us waiting on their leader to tell us when to start. Alex threw his big wolf head into the air and let out a loud howl and took off running with all of us answering with our own howls as we took off behind him.

The wind in my fur and ground underneath my paws felt great and liberating. We haven’t gone for a run in a while and running with our pack felt amazing. The pack ran the entire perimeter of the borders twice before Alex mind linked and told me to follow him. We veered off to the left while David and Ethan closed the ranks and led everyone back home. I heard Renee and Shayla in my mind telling me to have fun before they giggled and cut the link. I’ll get both of them later for that since the surprise intrusion made me stumble a bit.

We ran until we came to a lake, and I got a drink of water and laid down on the soft grass. The night was a beautiful one with clear skies so I could see the stars and the moon high in the sky. Alex came to lay beside me and nuzzled my fur. I leaned into him, and we just sat there enjoying the scenery.

“So, how does this work exactly?” I asked through our link.

“We don’t do anything. Just let your wolf and Lycan take control and they’ll handle the rest. Animal instincts and all. They’ll let us know when to come back.”

I simply nodded my head in agreement and started talking to my wolf and Lycan.

“Celestia. Seraphina. You ready for this?” I asked them.

“We’ve been ready.” They both say and laugh. I laugh and shake my head.

“Okay. You both enjoy your mates, but please try to also watch out for our surroundings. We should be safe though I don’t want to be caught off guard.” I say to them.

“Don’t worry so much Freya. Now go away so we can enjoy our mates.” I go to the corner of my mind and let them take over. My wolf took over first and thankfully she blocked me so that I couldn’t hear or see anything. I felt some pressure and realized Alex was trying to pull me into a dream walk so I let my mind wander there and met him in our favorite place.

“I figured this would be better than sitting in our own minds waiting for them to finish.” He smirked at me.

“This is a million times better.” I laughed.

“I missed coming here with you.” he said.

“I did too, but we’re here now and have a lifetime to make up for those lost months.” I wrap my arms around his waist and reach up to kiss his lips gently.
