Apocalypse Queen: My Space, My Rules Chapter 176: Blood Debt Collected
"Harvey... w-wah..." Roxanna shook all over, crying hard.
But no matter how badly she cried, it didn't stop what Mariella did next.
"Ahhh!" Roxanna screamed as she was cut three times. The pain made her roll on the ground.
Mariella moved fast. The blade flashed. It sliced through skin again and again, blood pouring out.
In moments, she had left more than a dozen wounds on both of them.
"You like this dagger? Fine. I'll use it on both of you," she said coldly.
Harvey and Roxanna screamed nonstop. Blood spread across the ground beneath them. Their faces twisted in pain.
Mariella showed off her blade skills without holding back. She handled the torment on both of them herself.
"That's enough," Chandler said from the side.
Mariella made three last cuts, then finally pulled the knife back. She wasn't fully happy with the result.
"Stick to the plan. Take them to Tigre. And make sure everyone hears what they did. Don't hide anything." She wiped the dagger clean, then took out a loudspeaker from her storage space and handed it to Chandler.
"I'll leave the rest to you. I'll clear out the supplies here." She blinked at him.
Chandler understood right away.
He took the speaker, dragged Harvey and Roxanna into a black sedan, then tossed the unconscious Viola and Jennifer into the back as well.
Then he drove off with the four of them.
Once Mariella saw no one else was left in the villa, she pulled out her gun and shot the only camera in the yard, destroying it.
After making sure no one had seen her, she stored the two helicopters—both loaded with supplies—into her storage space.
Then she went into full looting mode.
Villa No. 8 was clearly Harvey's private storage site. Besides the two loaded helicopters, there were many sealed supplies that hadn't been moved yet.
She shot the lock off the warehouse door and went inside.
Everything she could find went straight into her storage space.
Food, packaged meals, clothes, heavy-duty outdoor batteries, diesel generators, diesel fuel, gasoline, kayaks, deflated rafts, life jackets...
She didn't stop for a second. The more she collected, the more satisfied she felt.
Not long ago, she had traded away watercraft to get heavy weapons. Now, they were coming back to her like this.
Good thing she had acted fast back then. Trading supplies gave her the weapons she needed.
With those weapons, she had armed her team in time and caught the convict gang off guard.
Because they won, she now got even more weapons from them.
In the end, it was like all the ammo she had spent came right back to her.
A perfect cycle.
While collecting supplies, she stumbled upon a hidden stash of wealth—piles of gold bars, jewelry, and stacks of jade.
Harvey must have looted several villas and stored everything here, planning to move it to the official base. But Black Bear showed up too soon, and he never got the chance.
Mariella didn't hesitate. She took it all.
As the huge amount of wealth entered her storage space, it was instantly absorbed, expanding the space even more.
Time was tight. She didn't study it carefully. She just took a quick look at the newly expanded static zone.
And it shocked her.
The still storage space had increased by 1,350 cubic feet, bringing the total to about 18,000 cubic feet.
All the space taken up by the supplies she just collected—including the helicopters—had already been restored. And now she had nearly 1,500 cubic feet of free space left.
Before the apocalypse, she would have worried about how to fill such a giant space. It might have cost millions.
But now, she had the opposite problem. She had a feeling it still wouldn't be enough.
She needed to expand her storage space even more. Not just Harvey's supplies; she was going to take everything from Tigre's group too.
That gang had taken over the entire Elmgrove Estates and wiped out most of the homeowners there.
Those supplies had no owner now. And she wasn't about to be polite with Black Bear. All of it was hers.
...
Chandler drove to the entrance of Villa No. 11. He leaned out the window and shot the guards on watch.
He got out of the car and dragged Harvey and Roxanna out to the front door. Then he dumped Viola and Jennifer beside them.
Harvey's body was a mess. Not a single part of him was unharmed. The stitched gunshot wound on his shoulder had reopened. His right wrist had been shot through. One knee was nearly broken. He lay there like a broken doll, barely moving.
