The Lycan King and His Mysterious Luna Chapter 81

The rest of the week flew by, and to our delight, we had almost everyone in a home with supplies and the construction on the castle grounds would be complete in two more weeks according to the contractor. Alex and I decided that we would fix everywhere else first and fix the grounds last since the people came first, and we didn’t sustain as much damage as everyone else. Renee and I were working on the last of the supplies to be sent out when a loud growl was heard echoing throughout the kingdom. Renee and I looked at each other and all I could do was roll my eyes and sigh. I stood up and started towards my mate’s office while hearing Renee giggle in the background. You see, this has been happening almost every day and we were no longer alarmed when it happened. He has been getting more and more frustrated by the day with the Bellevue situation. Other than Dylan’s lead we had no other information. We don’t know where the dark witches are, and we raided the bunker but found nobody there or even a hint of where they went.

“Everyone out!” I heard my mate shout as I neared his office door. The door quickly opened, and four men walk swiftly out as I approach. They all slightly bow to me as they scamper off and I just nod in acknowledgement and mouth the words “I’m sorry” as they passed by me.

“Baby, it is a good thing that we don’t get high blood pressure otherwise you’d be on medication by now. You have to stop blowing up so much.” I walk over to him and wrap my arms around his waist. He leans down and kisses me on my lips.

“Thank you for calming me down.” He sighs and pulls back sitting back down in his chair. I moved towards him and sat on his lap. “This is so frustrating thinking we’re so close to catching them just to end up being no closer to doing that in the end.”

“I know. Do you think we could use our powers to find them? I don’t know how that would work, but we could give it a try.”

“I’ve been trying to do that, but it is as though my powers are depleted though I can feel they are still there just beneath the surface.”

“How about tonight we go for a run and then try it on our way back? If it doesn’t work, then we can talk to the Coven of Light witches in the morning. Maybe they’ve made some kind of progress in finding Tabitha, or at least can find a spell to stop the dark witches from using your blood to control you.”

"That sounds like a great idea. I should get back to this paperwork. Thank you so much for coming to see me.” I giggle.

“You didn’t really give me a choice when you keep scaring the kingdom with your growls. I think they are starting to get used to it, but baby you have to control your emotions better. The last thing we need is to have everyone thinking their king is becoming unhinged.” He chuckles.

“We definitely don’t want them to think I am unhinged. I will try to be less emotional from now on my love.”

“Maybe you should look into soundproofing this room too.” He looks at me and then back at his papers.

“Umm it is soundproof.” I look at him with a shocked expression on my face.

“What do you mean it’s soundproof? There is no way this room is soundproof if we can all hear you growling.”

“My dear did you forget who your mate is? I am the most powerful Lycan King to ever exist. My growls far surpass any soundproofing that technology has yet to come up with so far. I do not mean it in a conceited way but in a factual one. Up until you told me what the Moon Goddess said about me being goddess blessed, we couldn’t understand why I am so powerful.”

“I guess I forget sometimes because I just see you as my mate and not as some badass Lycan God.” I wrap my arms around him and reach up to kiss him gently on the lips. “Now I must go but I will see you at dinner. Please try to remain calm my love. We will find them, and Bellevue will pay for his crimes, and we will do it all without losing you to the other side so stop worrying. I love you.”

“I love you too and I promise to try to stop worrying. What would I do without you, my Queen?”

“Possibly have high blood pressure and a permanent frown on that handsome face of yours.” I laugh and he leans down and kisses me before smacking me on the ass and I giggle. “I will see you later. I really must go.”

Hours pass and we are finally done getting everyone housed and settled into their homes. This weekend we will have a party to welcome the new people and to thank the others for their hard work in helping to rebuild and for their help during the battle. Many of them were not able to join us on the battlefield but they did a lot for us behind the scenes. They helped take care of the elderly and children, those that were already in the hospital and those that came back injured. They are just as important as those who fought and we appreciate them a great deal. Even those that constantly prepare our meals helped in keeping us nourished and so they will not be cooking for this party. They will be out front with the rest of us having fun. While we walk back to the palace accompanied by Ethan once again, I get an idea and quickly mind-link the cook to have our dinners and dessert sent to the room along with some chocolate covered strawberries and a bowl of whipped cream. She says that she will get right on that, and I thank her also telling her that I will send her a message when I am ready for the food to be delivered. I wanted to have a shower and dress before Alex got to the room. Then I mind-link David and have him try to keep Alex away from our bedroom for at least the next two hours while I set everything up. Thankfully I don’t have to explain anything to David. He usually follows my instructions without the need for an explanation. I told him to make Alex go for a run to get rid of some of that excess frustration and that was good enough for him. Now all that was left was for me to shower and set the room up.

Two hours pass and the room is decorated with candles, rose petals leading to the dinner table which holds the most mouth-watering food. She prepared us meat and cheese lasagna with cheesy garlic bread, salad, loaded potato soup, red velvet cake with butter cream icing for dessert, and also some bowls of fresh fruit. It didn’t go unnoticed that the main fruits were strawberries and cherries. I couldn’t help the little laugh that escaped me. “I guess she knows part of what I have planned for him tonight.”

David mind-links me and tells me that he is on his way up to the room. I thank him for keeping him out to get rid of his frustration and he tells me that he doesn’t think the run helped that much. A frown comes over my face at that knowledge. David even sounds tired in the mind-link. I thanked him again and told him that I will do what I can to help Alex tonight. “Thank you, Luna. He really needs to relax.”

The door to the room opens just as I am positioning myself on the sofa in the sitting room. I smelled him before he got to the room and wanted to be in a seductive yet subtle position on the sofa before he saw me. I picked up my book and pretended to be reading as he followed the trail of rose petals. He is naked and that is strange to me because we have clothes hidden in the forest plus he could have sent someone to bring him clothes. Now my curiosity is peeked and as he gets closer, I pick up on another smell. Who was with him other than David? Clearly, I can smell David on him as well, but who does the other scent belong to and why don’t I recognize the smell? I choose to ignore it for tonight. More than likely the smell is from one of the patrols or someone they met in the hallways.

Finally he spots me and his eyes light up. I smile back at him and stand up. His eyes roam up and down my body taking in the sight of me. My lingerie has spaghetti straps and see-through leaving nothing to the imagination. Honestly, I may as well be wearing nothing, but this is a good tease for him. Besides I love it when he rips my clothes off with his claws. The growls he emits make me even more ready for him. Slowly he walks closer to me, and that smell hits my nose again. I scrunch up my nose and he stops walking. “What’s wrong?” he asks me.

“Umm, there is a scent on you that I can’t place, and it is bothering my nose.”

“The only person I was with today was David. What does it smell like?”

“It kind of smells like something rotten but with a hint of something else. I don’t know how to describe it.”

“I’ll take a shower and get whatever it is off of me.”

“Okay. Then we can have dinner and some dessert.”

He showered and changed into a pair of black silk boxers, and we had dinner. We enjoyed each other’s company talking about everything except for work or anything related to Bellevue as those were the rules. The point of this was to get him to relax, and talking about that other stuff would only make him more tense and frustrated. Once dinner was done, I took him into the bedroom where there was a massage table set up with an assortment of oils. Taking his hand, I led him to the table and made him lie face down before going through the oils until I found the one I was looking for, then I poured some into my hand and began massaging from his shoulders down to his feet.

As I’m massaging him, I can hear the little moans escaping him, and I’m glad to know that he is relaxing. His back and shoulders were so taut and full of tension. They are much looser now, and I can see his body visually relaxed. When I’m done, he sits up and stretches and I can hear the bones cracking. He smiles down at me before getting off the table and pulling me towards him circling his arms around my waist.

“Where did you learn to do that? My little mate is full of surprises.”

“I am a woman of many talents my love.” I smile seductively at him.

“Oh, I know, and I plan on putting some of those talents to work tonight.”

“That’s funny, I had the exact same thoughts about you and your talents. First, I think we should start by eating some of those delicious chocolate covered strawberries.” I move from his arms and go into the bathroom to wash my hands. When I come out, he has put the strawberries, cherries, and bowl of whipped cream onto a tray that is now in the bed with him, and I can see his boxers on the floor. Smiling in my head I walk over to the bed and climb in next to him.

We take turns feeding each other the strawberries with chocolate and then things take a turn when the whipped cream and cherries get introduced. Our romance turns into a game of seduction that quickly turns into a burning need to be with the other. It began with kissing each other with so much passion that we hardly stopped for air, which at some point we did remember we needed, to the point that I hadn’t noticed when he tore my lingerie off, and climbed between my legs, but I felt when he entered me roughly. I screamed out in pleasure, and he pounded deep inside of me. Moving my hips I tried to match his pace but soon realized that was not going to happen with how fast his thrusts were coming. At this rate, I knew that I would reach my end soon. I could feel the explosion building as my walls clenched and my back arched. He was almost to his release, and I wrapped my legs tightly around his waist as he thrusted one last time and we both exploded with me screaming his name. He lays on top of me as we both try to catch our breaths. All I could think was, “I don’t know what got into him, but I liked it.”
