Once I finished my shower and put on a pair of boxers, I sat and thought about my plans. The army I had was large but not large enough to defeat Alex’s army but that isn’t the point of gathering followers for my army. The more people I have turned against him the better when I finally decide to give him control again. He deserves all that I am giving him and then some, but my time is limited. Lying in bed, I turn on the television and find a crime show to watch. I love the ones where they catch the criminals, and they end up cracking under the interrogation process. Couldn’t be me, because I’d just kill them all well before we even made it to the precinct. Silly humans. Shifter justice is what they need. We have trials, but we also have ways of telling if someone is lying, therefore we don’t have to go through weeks and months of gathering evidence and all that nonsense.

After about two hours of watching the shows there is a knock on my door. I know that I did not send for anyone and am not in the mood for entertainment. This one, Cindy I think her name is, has been persistent. Dumb Omega doesn’t know her place. She thinks that she can win my favor and replace Freya. Ha! She’ll never replace Freya even if she used magic. Woah! Where the hell did that thought come from? I shake my head to clear it before getting up and going to the door.

“WHAT IS IT!?” I scream at her. She immediately bows her head in submission. Fear is pouring out of her in waves, and I love it. “SPEAK!”

“I just thought you’d like some company tonight Alpha.”

“And who pays you to think? How is it that you thought that I would need company? Did I send for you? No. Did I tell you through the mind-link to come to me? No. Yet you thought that I wanted your company.”

“I’m sorry Alpha. I just thought...” I cut her off.

“There you go thinking again. Let me think for you so that it saves you from the trouble of humiliating yourself and angering me. I will tell you when I want to see you otherwise you are never to come to this wing or be in my presence. Thinking is not your strong suit. Now go to bed before I change my mind about killing you.”

“Y-y-y-yes Alpha.” She bows and turns to leave but I stop her.

“On second thought, come here.” She walks slowly to me, and I pull her towards me with an evil smirk on my face.

“How can I be of service Alpha?” Stupid girl has a slight smile on her face, well that will change soon.

“Strip and get on the bed. Do not speak or touch me without my permission.” She does as I say while I close and lock my door. I head to the balcony doors and open them wide. “Tonight, we are going to do something special.”

I could hear Freya trying to contact Alex again for a dream walk and she was getting annoying, so I had to do something to make her stop. A part of me hesitated in hurting her again, but that soon faded away and I proceeded to have sex with the Omega. She moaned and screamed as I pounded inside of her and smiled to myself as she came hard. I never finish with them, and they never say anything about that fact. This time I kept the session short because this was a double punishment. One punishment for Freya and the other for the Omega.

“Come with me on the balcony.” Quickly I jumped out of the bed and walked out onto the balcony. She puts on her clothes and follows. I chuckled to myself. Standing there naked, I look out over the kingdom and take in the beauty. Too bad Tabitha and I destroyed a good chunk of it, but they’ll rebuild with the help of those witches I’m sure when I’m gone.

She stands next to me, and I look down at her for a moment before returning my attention to the scenery.

“You will have to be punished for coming to me without my permission. I hope you enjoyed your time tonight because it will be your last time coming to my room.”

“I understand Alpha, and I’m sorry for what I’ve done.”

“Are you ready to receive your punishment?” She starts to shake with fear but still she holds her head high when she answers me.

“Yes Alpha. I am ready.”

“Okay.”

I grab her and pull her towards me so fast that she can’t register my movements and I break her neck before tossing her lifeless body over the balcony. Calmly I walk back into my room locking the balcony doors before heading back into the bathroom for another shower. When I’m done, I put on another pair of boxers and get into bed with a grin on my face.

The next morning I wake up to knocking on my door. Getting up I open the door a bit rougher than intended and standing before me is a male servant shaking.

“Well, what is it?”

“Miss Tabitha is asking to see you in the lounge, and I was to inform you that there was the body of an omega found on the castle grounds below your balcony Alpha.”

“Yes, I know. I put the body there. Have someone take it and bury it somewhere and tell Tabitha that I will be there after I shower and dress.”

“Yes Alpha.” He quickly scurries away leaving a trail of fear behind him.

“I don’t know how Alex deals with these people on a daily basis.” I say to myself as I strip and head to the shower.

An hour later I am dressed and heading downstairs to the lounge for breakfast and whatever it is that Tabitha wants to discuss with me. I’m not ready to hear about any more failed attempts, so if that is what she has to tell me both of our mornings will not be good. My patience is wearing thin with all the failures especially since I know that my enemies are working just as hard to stop me. I cannot let anyone stop me before I carry out my plans. Walking into the lounge, I see Tabitha sitting on one of the long white couches sipping tea. She looks way too calm so that better mean that she has made some sort of progress in helping me unlock my other powers.

“Tabitha, I’m told you wanted to see me.” I take a seat on the couch opposite her. A servant comes in a few seconds later with a tray of food and coffee for me that he sets on the coffee table before quickly leaving.

“Yes. I wanted to talk to you about your powers but also about the dead girl that was found. You aren’t winning anyone over by killing them.”

“I don’t need to win them over. Having them fear me is a better motivator for them to do what I tell them without question. If I have to kill a few to get that point across then so be it, but in her case, that isn’t why I killed her. Now, what about my powers?”

“Why did you kill her?”

“That is not up for discussion. I have my reasons and that is all you need to know. My powers. What have you found out?” She lets out an exasperated sigh.

“Well, I have acquired the final ingredient, and I will be mixing the potion as soon as I’m done talking to you. I will need a drop of your blood and hopefully this will be the last time we have to go through this.”

“It better be. I am losing precious time to carry out my plan.”

“I understand. And will you still keep your end of the bargain? Will you still set me free when this is all over?”

“Yes. I won’t go back on my promise of freedom to you.”

“Thank you. I’m done with my tea, so I’ll go and get started on your potion. I’ll send someone to let you know when I need you for the blood. After the blood is added you’ll drink it right after.”

“Sounds good. I’ll see you later.”

She walks out of the room and I proceed to eat my food in silence. This day is turning out to be pretty good so far. Hopefully nobody spoils my good mood. As luck would have it, I spoke too soon. Inside my head I could feel Freya trying to dream walk with Alex yet again. Normally this is something she does at night but now she is ruining my morning with this crap. Maybe I was too easy on her last night. That will change tonight, but for right now, I think I’ll have a little fun with our mate.
