The Lycan King and His Mysterious Luna Chapter 89

A week has passed since my mother told me what was going on with me, and I’ve been hiding in my room ever since. The pain has gotten less thankfully but he is still mating with Tabitha every night. How could he do this to me? How could he mate with that woman knowing it would cause me so much pain? I had been asking myself those questions for days now and I never get the answers. “Because you already know the answer. The one doing those things with her isn’t our mate. Still, that will not stop us from ripping her head from her shoulders next time we see her. He may not be in his right mind, but she knows that he is mated and yet she is still having sex with him.” says my Lycan.

“How are you two doing with all of this? I hadn’t heard from either of you until now. You scared me. I thought I was losing you guys.”

“We’re sorry but we had to go away and heal and also to mourn the loss of our mate. The fighting and using so much magic, then the added stress of feeling our mate being intimate with another was too much for us. We may have disappeared forever had we stayed.” says my wolf.

“I’m so sorry that you two have to go through this with me.”

“You are us, and we are you, so no matter what we would have to go through it also. Don’t blame yourself for any of this. Tobias set all of this in motion, and Bellevue took over from there. They are both gone now. Never thought the threat to our lives would be our own mate.” They say in unison.

“We’ll find a way to get our mate back. There has to be something we’re missing. This is black magic so we should be able to fight it with light magic which we have in spades between myself and the Coven of Light witches.”

“Yes, but Evil Alex has access to both light and dark magic. Normally they cancel each other out but we’ve never been in this situation so no telling what will happen once he learns to harness the light magic.” says my Lycan.

“You’re right.”

I started to think about what my wolf and Lycan said, and they are both right. There’s never been one vessel that carried light and dark magic before, at least not to our knowledge. Then again, I had never heard about Goddess Blessed and Goddess Kissed wolves or Lycans before either, so no telling what else there is that we don’t know. A knock came at my door, and I could tell it was Renee. I shouted, “come in” and kept my hand on my chin as I tried to think of ways to fix this mess. She walked in and sat in the chair at my desk. For a while she didn’t say anything but then she got up and moved to sit on my bed near my feet.

“How are you feeling today?” she asked me, and I just looked at her and rolled my eyes. “That good huh?” I knew that she was trying to cheer me up, but I wasn’t in the mood.

“When your mate turns evil and starts screwing another woman you tell me how you feel.”

“I’m sorry.” I sigh and shake my head.

“No, I’m sorry. This whole thing just made me so angry and frustrated. On one hand I know that it isn’t my mate that is cheating on me, but on the other hand, I know that it is still his body doing the act. How am I supposed to be able to be with him after this?”

“I don’t know, but I’m sure the two of you will work it out. It may take some time and therapy, but I’m sure it will all work out in the end.”

“I hope so.”

Evil Alex POV (After the battle)

Those witches thought they were so smart thinking they could actually control me. I’d laugh at their stupidity if I had the time or if I cared. I’m keeping them alive in a sort of stasis the same way they kept Tabitha. I figured eye for an eye and all that. Honestly, I don’t need them to boost my powers because I have Tabitha and this idiots God powers, the only problem is that I’ve been having trouble accessing them. Tabitha said she is working on something to help with that, so for now I am just enjoying using this dark magic. I love how it makes me feel, it is like it is a part of me. This idiot spent his whole life being a good person, but I’m going to change all of that. I don’t care who is the superior species or about their bigoted old-fashioned ways. The only reason I’m doing any of this is because I like chaos and destruction and I’m sick of being stuck inside his body. He never lets me out anymore.

They are all idiots. For years they have been wondering what happened to my great-great-great-great grandfather, and I wonder if I should finally tell them just to see the look on all of their faces. Oh, they will act shocked and heartbroken, but the truth is that none of them really cares what happened to him. They only want to know so that they can be prepared if he ever shows up. The man was heartless, ruthless, and a rapist. They should thank me for what I did to him, but they will all act high and mighty like they aren’t happy about what I did to that man. I should be praised for my services. I said I like chaos and destruction, but if people are killed in the process, then so be it. I am an Alpha, and those people that got killed challenged me. Never challenge an Alpha, especially the Alpha of all Alphas unless you can back it up.

“Alex, I think I have come up with a solution to unlocking your light magic. Give me another day to find an ingredient that I need for the potion.” says Tabitha.

“How long will it take after you have the ingredient?” I’m growing tired of waiting.

“I can have the potion ready a few hours after the ingredient is added to the mixture. Are you sure that you want to take it without testing it first?”

“And who will we test it on? Nobody else has light and dark magic inside of them.”

“You’re right. I mean it won’t harm you if it doesn’t work, you just will remain the same as you are now.”

“Just do whatever you have to do to make it work. They are somewhere gathered trying to figure out a way to stop me and I have too much more fun to have before that happens.”

“Wait. Are you saying that you are going to give the other Alex back control when you’re done with your plans?”

“Of course. Nothing could be more satisfying than causing all this chaos and have them clean up my mess as I just fade away. His mate will never take him back, the people will hate him and rebel against him after all of the lives he has taken, and his family will more than likely disown him. This is the perfect plan. He needs to learn not to shut me out. Spending all these years acting as if he is some goody goody when his past is less than innocent.”

“What do you mean?”

“Nothing for you to worry about. How about we go and consummate our partnership.” I move close to her and grab her by the waist pulling her against me. She is a very beautiful woman, but she has nothing on Freya. Alex chose well with that one, well he did in the looks department. She’s just as annoying as him in the morals and ethics department though. Always worrying and caring about others.

“How about we keep this strictly business between us.” she says as she pushes me away and takes a few steps back.

“You’re no fun, just like them.” I say with a frown.

“My mate is and was the only man to ever touch me and that will not change. Keep your mind on what we are doing and nothing more. I only acted as your mate, but I am not your mate. Remember that.” She turned and walked out of the room. That’s why I chose her for this job. She’s feisty and not a goody two shoes, and not to mention very powerful.

“Too bad I’m going to have to kill her.” I say to myself.

During the months that passed, we tried and failed with the potions to unlock my powers. The whole situation had me aggravated as hell and I went out to vent that aggravation. The result was me killing some rogues and some members of packs that refused to join my cause. Challenging and refusing me will end in death and there is no negotiation. Some were very reluctant in joining my side, but they did as soon as they realized that death was the only other option. When in doubt, use fear.

The potions failing was not the only thing frustrating me these days. Freya had been constantly trying to dream walk with her Alex and I was not allowing it to happen. He kept trying to break loose and meet her, but I shut that down quickly shoving him further to the back of my mind and blocking him along with his wolf and Lycan. Now that they were out of the way, I could concentrate on more important things, but every time I tried there was that meddlesome mate of mine trying to dream walk again. So, I figured I’d give her something to keep her busy at night while also helping to relieve some of my tension.

Every night since I realized what she was trying to do, I had been having a different Omega come to my room at the same time every night and I’d have sex with them. When they’d served their purpose, I’d kick them out of the room. In the beginning, I would only mess around with them for a couple of hours, but the more persistent she became the more aggressive I became with sleeping with them. Some nights I would have more than one in my bed and I enjoyed every minute of it knowing the pain I was causing her. She may have forgiven him for killing those people under the influence of dark magic, but I bet she will never forgive him for screwing all these females. “That’s what she gets for trying to fuck up my plans by trying to reach her weak mate.”

“Why are you doing this to her? If you’re mad at me for locking, you away then be mad at me. Why take it out on all those innocent people?”

“Because I’m going to get my revenge on you by hurting everyone you love and care about. You used me to end him and then locked me away like you had nothing to do with what happened. Walking around like your hands aren’t stained with the same blood as mine. Now you will know what it feels like to be locked away and watch me destroy everything you hold dear.”

“I’m sorry for locking you away, but you could have just talked to me about this instead of going crazy. You’ve never been crazy. Volatile, yes, but never crazy. We didn’t kill just to kill. It was necessary to get rid of him after all the atrocities he committed. No one deserved death more than that man.”

“Would you have listened to anything I said? Never mind. We both know the answer to that is no. So, here we are, and you will have to deal with the aftermath.”

“Could you at least stop hurting Freya? She is our mate after all.”

“She is not my mate! I don’t have a mate and if I did, I wouldn’t have accepted her. Now stop talking to me because I have work to do. I’m sick of your whining.” I blocked him again and went off to my room to shower and change.

Once again I had gone out to recruit more people for the army I am amassing to attack the kingdom, and again there were some who refused. I was covered in blood and starting to smell, so I headed straight into the shower in my room, well Alex’s room, and stripped before getting into the shower.
