Three is a crowd!

Makahi’s POV:

“Damn it! When I get to those girls, I’m going to wring their necks.” I mind linked. When we got close to Zane’s pack, we heard the alarm blared knowing it meant that the girls were in trouble. So, we ditched the car, shifted into our wolves, and headed in the direction of our mates. We all wore vest that Lynn made for us to wear, it didn’t get destroyed when we shifted it because it stretches with us so the girls will only need to hop and snap the waist belt on. “Sorry alpha you will have to get in line behind me because Lynn’s ass will be hurting once I’m done with her. When we reached the girls, they were surrounded but at least 2 dozen wolves. Ji’lahni, Mina and Lynn were fighting off wolves while surrounding Shawna who was firing shot after shot at anyone who got to close. That is until a wolf manages to get behind her and attacked her from the back, he grabbed her by the throat and was about to snap her neck. Rane roared in anger and picked up speed.

All the wolves paused their fighting allowing the girls to catch a few off guards. Shawna was struggling in the wolfs grip trying to pry his hands from around his neck then all of a sudden, her eyes started to glow, and she released a scream and blew fire that turned the wolf’s head into ash instantly and she dropped hitting her head on the ground. Her cousin raced to her and helped her up as we started ripping head off with all the pent-up anger we have been holding back for the past couple of days. Zane must have sense that it wasn’t worth the battle and fled to his pack house along with his beta and first commander following him. The girls quickly ran to help us jumping on our wolf’s back snapping in shooting and throwing knives as we ripped off the heads of the rest of the wolves that didn’t flea.

Once we killed the last of the wolves, we took the girls back to their abandon car where Razor sat looking worriedly once he saw us coming, he hopped out of the car racing towards Mina and Shawna who scooped him up and hugged him tightly. We shifted and put on shorts that we had in all our vehicles. Shadow immediately went to Shawna pulling her into his arms assuring that she was ok she allowed him that because he was truly scared by what he saw when we got to them. After he released her, he shifted and ran back to our vehicle. “You go and ride with Shadow and I will drive this vehicle back.” I said to Montego, he nodded and grabbed Lynn by the hand, she began to protest but the look he gave her shut her ass right up.

I looked over at Ji’lahni and Shawna who was in the backseat with Razor doting on him like he was a baby and Mina was upfront with me without a care in the world, but she had a big surprise waiting for her when she returned as well, and his name is Blaze. He had grown fond of the littlest human of the group. She was the shortest of them all, but her personality was big. But I wouldn’t say anything about this, now I will wait until we got back to the pack house. We needed to have a one-on-one conversation. As soon as I calmed me and Maka down. He wanted to make Ji’lahni submit to him and understand that she doesn’t put herself in danger.

Ji’lahni’s POV: 2 hours and five pee breaks later

Back at the pack at the girl's house.

“OOOOHHHH shit, yall are in trouble. Them men is super mad. They didn’t even say one word to any of yall.” I’m glad I don’t have that problem.” Mina said laughing and we all sat down once we got back to the house. We had put Razz to bed after a bath and a sandwich. I was already super late, so he was out before he even finished eating. “I would cuss your ass out Mina but I a little light scared of Makahi right now he has giving me the silent treatment. Shawna, I feel like the only reason Shadow may not do anything to you is because you’re pregnant.” I said to Shawna. “Well, I’m glad I got this little munchkin to protect his momma. Did yall see me light that damn wolf head on fire I have no idea how I did that shit I think the baby did it.” Shawna said in excitedly.

“Hell, yea I saw it. We need to have a little talk with our baby he should have done that before the fighting even started.” Mina said coming to sit next to Shawna putting her head near her stomach talking to our baby. “I guess we now know what the dragon left with you and our baby. It’s good to know that when we go get the girls you will have be even more protected.” Lynn said as we heard pounding footsteps that made our hearts raced. “Oh, shit I guess one of yall about to get yall asses spanked.” Mina said laughing just as the door banged out and an Angry Blaze stood in the doorway his eyes Glowing Mina had told us his wolf's name was Dax and right now Dax was clearly very angry.

Especially if him grabbing Mina throwing her over his shoulders carrying her ass kicking and screaming out the door. The screaming stop when we heard a loud smack which we assumed was on her ass. We all looked at each other and burst out laughing. “That’s what her ass gets she thought it was so funny that we were gonna get our asses beat by our men and she was the first one to get hers beat I can’t wait to see her ass tomorrow because I know for damn sure we not seeing her ass no more tonight.” Lynn said as we cried laughing at how Mina faced looked when she saw Blaze at the door instead of one of our men.

“Well, I’m about to go and soak my tired bones in some hot water.” I said as there was a light knock on the door. We looked at each other and shrugged at least they knocked that let us know that whoever it was this time had a chance to cool down. Lynn went to the door, opened it, and frowned. “Doc what are you doing here.” She asked as she let him into the house. “Hello ladies how is everyone doing? The commander asked if I could come over and check on Miss Shawna and the baby to make sure everything is fine. So here I am. I thought you knew about it.” The Doc said confused.

“No, he didn’t I don’t think we are his favorite people at the moment. But come on in doc.” I said as Shawna seat down on the couch. “I feel fine doc. I didn’t get hit or thrown anywhere. Besides peeing like crazy and breathing fire I have been fine.” Shawna said with a shrug. The doc’s mouth dropped open in shock at her words. “Well, that is certainly new, I still have the Ultrasound machine here so we can take another look at the little pup.” The doc said pulling out his medical bag grabbing everything he needed. He checked Shawna thoroughly before plugging up the ultrasound machine. We were all excited to see our little munchkin again even if we just saw him earlier.

Squirting the blue gel on her stomach he moved the machine to the spot he found the baby at the last time. He found the baby on the first try. But something was weird. “Hey doc what is that?” I said pointing at the screen. “Well, that would be the proof that you my dear are carrying a little male pup, but what you didn’t see, and wasn’t there the first time was two other little somethings behind him. I think somehow when the Dragon’s essence left behind was activated, it must have split the egg into three identical pups. Because there absolutely wasn’t three embryos’ when we checked the first time, and it must have accelerated their growth as well because we shouldn’t be able to tell the sex as of yet.” The doc said as he stared at the screen in wonder, and we all were looking at the screen in utter shock.

“Did this man just say I’m having 3 fucking babies please tell me he didn’t say that shit, somebody please say something damn it.” Shawna said, breathing heavily. “Shit cuz, I can’t even lie to you right now that man sure did say three fucking babies. Now you know why was threatening his ass all the damn time. He don’t never come in and act right, he always got to be on some bullshit. If he not digging in your cookie jar while you’re being ripped apart, he is telling you that you have more than the standard size carry on in your stomach.” I said shaking my head. Anyone that knows Shawna knows she doesn’t do pain at all so this pregnancy is about to kill us all by the time those babies get here.

But on top of all that it was only us three was all the family we had since our family died. But now we not only have Lynn, but we now have two girls and soon to be three boys to add to our family and knowing that we are creating a new legacy of our bloodline it isn’t just us anymore our bloodline won't end with us. Which is what truly matters. I thought as I went to hug a still shocked Shawna. “Damn Shadow about to pass the fuck out when he hears about this.” Lynn said with a smile.

“Yup and he is also about to be way more protective now that it’s not just one but now three babies in there. You might as well just accept his overbearing and protectiveness, so you won’t be stressed out. It doesn’t mean you have to get back together with him but allow him to help you through this whole thing. Doing it by myself with two babies sucked ass so I already know three will be even worse.” I said as after the doc left excitedly going to research everything he can about dragons and try to find Lynn’s Grandmother to ask her question which Lynn informed us will not go well. But she didn’t have the heart to hurt the Doc’s feelings because he was just too excited.

We all decided to call it a night after checking on Razz. I entered my room and went directly to the bathroom to turn on the water in the tub and walked back out to my closet to get a towel and a nightgown I decided to get undress while in there and put my dirty clothes in the hamper walking out of the closet minding my business when all of a sudden, I hear. “It’s about time you got here. I have been waiting for the pass thirty minutes.” A deep voice said from the rocketing chair in the corner. I screamed “SHIT! Who the hell?” I said as damn near fell back in the damn closet.
