Getting my family Back!

"Son I'm so happy you're back and safe. I was so worried did you find out who is behind these attacks and what they are planning." My mother said pulling me down for a hug as my dad gave me a one arm hug. "Good to see you mom and I'm about to share all the information we found out about right now." I answered as I released my mom. I hesitated before asking. "Have you spoken to Ji’lahni?" I asked and I could immediately hear Summer snide and snort in disgust. My mom ignored her and nodded. "Yes, we talk to our girls every day. My grand pups are getting so big I really wish they were here, so we don't miss anything, but unfortunately some of our wolves' act like the rogues you have to kill, so they aren't safe here. Me and my mate went to visit last week and spent time with them. We were thinking about going to your uncles' pack for a while so we can be near our grand pups. We really don't have any duties that we can't delegate to the old Bata and his wife. If we needed to come back for anything we could do that." My mom finished.

I frowned at hearing that they planned to leave the pack for an unspecified amount of time like they had no faith that I could get Ji’lahni and our pups back. " Mom, you don't need to do that I'm going to get them as soon as I wrap up everything here. One thing we did find out was Alpha Zane was behind the random attacks that meant whatever he has planned includes Ji’lahni and my pups." I said as my mother's face immediately drained of color no doubt remembering everything Ji’lahni had been through while pregnant, and the fact that the babies are now here makes it even worse. "Son, should me and your mother go there and let your uncle know what's happening to help protect them until you can get there?" My dad said in a low growl his reaction to hearing his chocolate sundaes may be in danger. "No. Me Montego and Shadow are going there once I address the pack and makes some calls to let my uncle know we will be there by tonight." I said to my parents.

"Kahi you can't be serious. You really planning to leave me again to go chase behind those little humans and their pups... What about me and our pup I haven't seen you in more than a month and you plan to leave me in the same night?" Summer whined with her eyes watering. My mother gave a loud annoyed sigh rolling her eyes. I must admit she was now getting on my nerves but I didn't want to have to deal with her right now I needed to get this over with so I can hit the road to my pups and my woman. Turning to Summer. "We'll talk about this once I fill the pack members in on what's going on." I said not waiting for a reply. I turned and stepped to the front of the porch and began filling the pack members in on what happened and what we found out and the new security measures that we all will have to go by.

I always tell my pack members exactly what's going on so they will be more inclined to follow the new security protocol to make sure our pack is protected at all times. Once I finished the conference, we all filed in the dining hall to have a welcome home dinner my mother organized once she found out we were coming back. "Son I'm so happy you're back and safe. We have been so worried about you with all of those rogue attacks that has been happening. It seems as though there is something big that sick twisted monster Alpha Zane has planned, I'm truly worried about my girls and my grand pups being so far away." My mother said sadly echoing my own feelings. "I know mother I will make sure they are safe. They are my top priority now that we are back." I said, reassuringly. "Excuse me?" Summer asked angerly.

"How can you still be ignoring me and our pup. Why aren't we your top priority, I'm your Luna and I'm carrying you heir inside my belly. Why are you more concerned about those humans and their half breeds." I let out a low growl which caused Summer to gasp and leaned away from me." Summer, I know have been gone for a while, but I clearly remember me telling you that I will not allow you to disrespect my pups. That rule still stands and just so we're clear and you fully understand the next time you speak on them without acknowledging them by name or as my pups I will have you escorted to the cells for 1 week. Am I clear?" I growled my eyes glowing showing that Maka had also come forward." You can't possibly think to put your Luna in the dungeon?" I sneered.

"You disrespect my pups or their mother again and I will escort you there myself. Your uncle is after my pups and their mother, and I plan to bring them back here to keep them safe. And once they are here you will not go near them or even speak to them. I don't want any more drama where they're concern. They are a part of this pack and I’m not asking you to accept them, but you will respect them as a member of this pack, or you can reject me right here and right now it's your choice." I said using my Alpha's aura which had everyone baring their neck in submission and understanding what I just said isn't only for Summer but everyone. "Also, to my warriors you are no longer to protect your Luna if she provokes any of the human women. Unless you feel the attack isn't deserved. Are we clear?" I turn to my warriors. As they nodded their heads in agreement. Shadow and Montego seem to relax a bit. I knew they were worried about their women.

I wouldn't allow Summer to ruin their relationship with her antics. This would also help Montego convince Lynn to reconsider their relationship if she knows that he now didn't have to protect his Luna from her and yes, I'm stacking the deck in my favor when trying to convince Ji’lahni to come back if her family wanted to return back. But my biggest problem is trying get her to allow me to mate with her. I still don't know what it would do to me with her blood having wolfbane in it and also me having already marked someone else. But I have to try because losing her isn't an option for me nor my wolf.

Summer POV:

"I CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE MAKAHI IS DOING THIS TO ME!" I yelled throwing a chair across my living room floor. After Dinner Makahi went directly into his office with his Bata and first commander, I left the pack house and went over to my old house. I was livid I could feel myself trembling in anger. "Hey Summer, you need to calm down it's not good for the baby." Brit said trying to get me to calm down. I rubbed my small baby bump. It wasn't big but you can definitely tell I'm pregnant. Which Kahi didn't even acknowledge. Taking a deep breath. "I just can't believe that he threatened to throw me in the cells and order the men to not protect me. What the hell am I going to do now? He is literally trying to bring them back here.

I thought once he got back with them gone, we could finally be together be a family and run this pack together. But no, he has to try and bring those bitches back here with their half breeds." I said my anger returning my claws extending cutting into my flesh as my hand's balls into fist. " Summer, you have to get a grip getting angry isn't helping anything you just have to come up with a way to either prevent Kahi from going or find another way to make Kahi and the human be at odds with each other." "How brit? How do I do that with me not able to even provoke them?" I said angrily. "Well, how about killing them with niceness make them be the aggressor. Make Kahi think you're trying to make it work. They hate you enough to not even want to talk to you... One of them doesn't even know how to control themselves. It would make them look really bad if while you were trying to be nice to them, they slap you or worse." Brit said with a devilish shrug. I smiled at her idea.

"See this is why you're my best friend and gamma. You can come up with a plan at the drop of a hat. It's going to be hard as hell playing nice. But anything is better than allowing them to come back and ruin my position as Luna." "You're my Luna you know I got your back and once you have your alpha, I know I will have my beta so we both will win. But you look really bad Luna are you still have pain in your belly I hope nothing is wrong with your pup?" Brit said with a worried expression. I look at her like she's crazy."
