Do you know what I’m tired of? This shit, I wish that I can get through one fight, without passing the fuck out or getting hurt. I thought as I slowly open my eyes. I ironically don’t feel any pain at the moment I remember my back hurting like a bitch and feeling lightheaded and then nothing. I opened my eyes, I was lying on my stomach, I didn’t see anything, but I could tell I was in the clinic by the hospital smell. I decided to test how much pain I’m in just to see what I’m dealing with because I know that If I’m hurt bad Makahi my try and stop me from going to get my kids. “Shit, how long have I been out I hope they haven’t left me. I will be pissed.” I said, as I hopped up in a panic than immediately regretted it, I felt dizzy.

“Hey, hey what are you doing trying to get up so fast.” I heard Makahi say as he hopped up from his chair in the corner of the room. “I thought you guys left me to go get the babies.” I said as I began to cry with relief. “Nonsense I wouldn’t leave without you at least knowing it. Now come on and sit back down.” He said guiding me back to the bed. “Why is it I’m not in pain? I remember being clawed by one of Zane’s warriors.” I asked, looking at him frowning as I moved my body and felt no pain. “Lynn and her grandmother made some type of herb concoction, and it healed your back, almost immediately. You should feel absolutely no pain and no scar.” He said as he pulled me into his arms and kissed me gently.

“I am still mad at you for putting yourself in danger. I know you are used to everyone relying on you, but you have me now and I need you to be safe and protected at all times because I can’t focus on fighting if I’m constantly worried about you. Me being the alpha means it could cost people their lives if I’m not focus.” “Fine, I understand that, and I will try my best to stay out of harm's way. But you can‘t keep trying to take me out of the game. Trust me to make the decision for myself if I need to sit out and I will promise to not put anyone in danger trying to be Billy badass. Deal?” I asked, holding my hands out for him to shake. He looked down at my hand. His eyebrow raised. “What are you doing?” He asked. “Duh this is how you seal a deal; you shake on it.” I said looking at him. “Nope any deal we make gets sealed like this.” He said before he picked me up and dropped both of us on the bed with him laying on top of me. I giggled as he kissed and nibbled on my neck. “Stop Makahi before you leave a mark on my neck.” I said blushing.

“That’s my plan baby. I want to make sure everyone knows you’re mine.” “But I’m really not. Not yet anyways. Your still bonded to Summer, you can’t even kiss or touch me without Maka being present. I see that you are feeling some kind of pain so I can only assume that it’s because wherever she is she is being hurt and you can feel it, right?” I said, looking at him. He Sighed and moved away from me. “I was trying to not worry you we already have a lot to worry about with the twins and my father. Right now, we need to focus on the twins then we can deal with me.” He said and pulled me into his arms. “But understand that although I am still bonded to Summer, it is you I want you are my Luna, and that goes for me and Maka.” He said and kissed me passionately. Look I know he loves me and wants me. But this mate bond is the unknown to me I don’t feel it the same way as they do. I won’t claim to fully understand it either. I can only go by what I have experienced and see. Just from those things alone I can’t say I’m confident on how this will end.

Summer’s POV:

I don’t know how many days it has been, or even if it has been days at all. How did my life come to this? I blame it all on those fucking fat ass humans. If they had never came to the pack. I would be married and carrying Kahi’s pup instead I’m stuck in this hellhole. “My pet, you’re so angry I can smell the scent of your anger from the other room. What has you so angry?” The foul-smelling demon asked. And I shiver at the sound of his deep mincing voice. He has been feeding off of me ever since I got here. I am so weak my wolf can barely keep us alive if it weren’t for her, I’m sure me and my pup would be dead by now. “You’re refusing to talk well I guess I can just have a little snack while I am here.” He said, I could feel him move across the floor getting closer and closer to me. “NO wait please don’t, you have fed from me already it’s too soon I don’t think I can take anymore. Please don’t I’ll tell you whatever you want to know just please don’t hurt me again.” I begged, as I cried.

“Well now since you put it that way. Urrale mentioned that a human woman and the Alpha birthed the alpha twins. They fascinate me tell me everything you know about them.” I demanded, I smiled because although I don’t want anything to happen Kahi but if there is a chance that I can get rid of them one and for all I will take my chance. “I will tell you everything I know. They are the evilest humans I have ever encountered. They are a danger to all shifters, even their blood poisons us. I don’t know who sent them, but they have brainwashed all the men in my pack including my mate the alpha. We were supposed to be mated, but as soon as those humans arrived everything changed. I lost everything because of them, even our council leaders put them in jail, but Kahi rescued them and somehow convinced everyone that they weren’t dangerous.” I told him everything about them and even some things that weren’t true. I just needed to make sure that he would want to bring them here and let me go. At this point I will try anything to get out of this hell hole.

The Dark one’s POV:

My dear sister, it seems that you have been busy these past few years. What do you have planned with these humans? There has to be another reason you chose them. I will find out what that reason is. I just have to get one of them and taste their blood and it will tell me everything I need to know. Turning to the she-wolf who has been surprisingly helpful and delicious may be more useful than I ever thought just in case the witch becomes a liability I may need a backup plan. To ensure that I will soon have my sister’s heart in my hand feasting on it as I watch the life drain from her eyes. “Get up my child may have a job for you after all. If you prove yourself to me, I will grant you your freedom and your alpha. You just have to do exactly what I say. First things first we have to get you cleaned and feed we can’t have you smelling and looking like a whore. Once I have the human your alpha will be all yours.” I said as I summoned one of my minions. To get the she wolf cleaned up. “Really? I will do anything I won’t let you down I promise.” She said eagerly, I smiled because I have always said shifters are the stupidest creatures ever created, and I was absolutely right. “Once you are done, I will summon the witch to take you back to her castle and wait for the wolves to attack. You will need to make sure that you are found and taken back to the pack house. Once I raise you will bring the human to me.” I said as I walked out of the chambers as I formulate my plans for the she wolf.

Urrale’s POV:

Where the hell could he be, We have been searching for hours. I was growing more and more nervous because the closer it gets to the full moon without the twins being prepped and ready to sacrifice at the exact moment I could lose everything I have worked so hard to get. Why would my mate do this to me? I thought as we continue to search. “Master, you have been summon by the dark one.” One of my servants said to me from behind. “Shit, shit, shit! I don’t have time for this. I need to find those babies. He can’t find out I have lost them he will kill us all.” Get everyone out of the castle and expand the search until I return, alert me immediately once you find them. I said, turning to head back to my castle. Everything will fall apart if I can’t find my mate and those damn pups.
