Fiona's POV

Blake followed suit and gave me an encouraging smile before we made our way to the porch. It was then that I noticed my father's old truck sitting idly in front of Blake' car. So he was home, and the mere thought made my heart skip a beat

The porch's floorboards groaned under our weight and I was still shocked to see that they hadn't given way after all these years. We stopped in front of the door, standing side by side as I tried to even out my heavy breathing. Blake waited patiently, wrapping a secure arm around my waist and pulling me towards him. "Everything will be fine, love. I'm right beside you," he whispered reassuringly before planting a delicate kiss on my forehead that instantly caused the butterflies in my stomach to take flight. Curse this handsome man and the way he made me feel

A coldness rushed over me as he pulled away and took a step back. I looked at him questionably before he motioned towards the door.

"Go ahead"

Turning back around, I lifted my hand slowly up in the air and clamped my hand shut into a fist. Reaching out, I made my way to knock on the wooden door. It all felt like I was moving in slow motion, and I wouldn't be surprised if I was due to how violently my hand was currently shaking. I was mere inches away from the door before I turned around and nearly sprinted back towards the car. Unluckily for me, Blake caught me just in time and I was practically running on thin air as he pulled me up against him

He let out a bark of laughter as I struggled against his grasp before placing me back on the porch. He held me steadily, making sure I wouldn't make another run for it before glaring playfully at me.

"Now now, missy, you promised we were going to tell your father about everything," he said, his tone imitating a parent scolding a child

I huffed out a breath of air and folded my arms over my chest.

"It doesn't have to be today, you know," I muttered stubbornly

It was his turn to roll his eyes at my behavior as he moved me in front of him. Placing his hands on either side of my waist, he held me steady before pulling me against him, my back now pressed against his chest. I let out a soft gasp of surprise as he wrapped his arms around my waist, bringing me closer to him. A low growl vibrated along the length of his body as he pressed his lips against the nape of my neck. I shuddered under his touch and subconsciously tilted my held to the right to grant him more access. He traced his lips against my neck, hovering over the small area where my shoulder began before going back up and kissing the edge of my jawline

"You're a real tease when you wear these leggings, you know," he said huskily, the sound of his voice making me tremble in pleasure and let out a small giggle

Before I knew it, he was tracing his hands along the length of my hips before suddenly cupping my butt and causing me to yelp in surprise. I spun around quickly and stared at him in shock, but was only greeted with a smirk as his eyes turned a shade darker in response

"You dog," I whispered, taking a step back and trying hard not to have a heart attack

He chuckled, his voice deeper as his wolf stepped forward once more.

"You know you like it," he cooed, taking a small step forward, instantly causing me to step back again

I shook my head, crossing my arms over my chest and averting his intense gaze. If he only knew just how much I did, but I wasn't going to give him the satisfaction just yet.

"As if," I challenged, rolling my eyes for added effect

He let out a warning growl, startling me, before advancing and pressing himself against me. The mere action caused me to stumble backward and collide with the door. It groaned in protest, but I was more surprised to not find my dad rushing outside to see what the fuss on the porch was about. Odd man, I tell you.

I looked up at him in shock, his eyes shifting from black to their original dark brown quickly as he let out another soft growl. He placed one arm over my head to lean on, causing him to press himself harder against me. He leaned forward, brushing his lips against mine and pressing his hand against my hip before asking softly,

"You sure about that, beautiful?"

My breathing came out in broken gasps and he seemed to be enjoying the effect he had on me because I noticed a small smile play on his lips. As much as I heavily enjoyed the position we were in, I couldn't help but entertain the thought of challenging him. He may be the big bad Alpha of the Black Forest Pack, but that did not mean I couldn't sway the situation to my advantage

I smiled innocently up at him and nodded.

"Positive," I whispered sternly

Before he could even respond, I reached out and pulled his face towards me, pressing my lips hungrily against his. I couldn't help but smile at how he stood frozen beneath my grasp. I had caught him completely by surprise and I was happily enjoying this moment of victory until I felt him break free of the spell I had put him in. If I was eager to kiss my mate in front of my dad's house for fun, he was ten times worse

Pressing his body closer to mine, if that was even remotely possible at this point, I felt his hand move quickly down my leg before cupping the back of my knee and pulling my leg up against him. He held it steady as he deepened the kiss, his tongue tracing my lips before entering and I welcomed it blissfully. Pulling my leg higher, he pressed his lower region against mine and slowly began to grind himself against me. The sensation that shot throughout my body caused an involuntary moan to escape my lips as he broke away, earning a possessive growl in response as he captured my lips once more. His hand traveled up to my butt and he tightened his grasp, instantly causing me to arch my back towards him and diminish any space between us.

Here we were, passionately making out and grinding against each other like animals in front of my dad's porch where either he or anyone passing by could see us, and I didn't care. All I wanted, all I needed was my mate, and by the way he pulled me closer, tracing his talented fingers against my leg, proved he wanted me just as badly

I felt him adjust his body a bit, but I paid him no mind as I wove my fingers through his dark locks and tugged, just how I knew he liked it. He growled against my lips as I pulled him closer, matching his rhythm against me and not wanting to break free from his hold. That is, until I suddenly heard the sound of knocking against the wooden door behind me

My eyes widened in shock as I realized that the source of the knock was from Blake himself. Pulling away to look up at my mate, I noticed how his eyes were still dark and intense from our heated make out session, but he was still sending a sly smile in my direction. This bastard! He was fooling me from the very start just so we can finally get to my dad! I'm not going to lie, even though I was furious with what he had done, I was still rather impressed at how he managed to control his wolf long enough to knock and maintain his composure

I pushed hard against him, my leg falling back down on the floor as I managed to break free from his tight grasp. I wanted to run, embarrassed at the thought of my dad catching us in the act, and I was about to do just that until I felt Blake grab a hold of me once more, spin me around and place me behind him. I was now flushed against his back with his arm wrapped tightly around my waist to keep me from running away again. The position reminded me of how he had easily maneuvered me behind him so he could be the wall standing between Ben and I. A sudden lump in my stomach began to form as the memory flooded my mind, but it was instantly shut down as I heard the front door open. I let out a soft squeak as I hid behind my mate, not yet ready to face my dad. Blake traced small circles of reassurance on my back as I desperately grabbed a hold of his shirt. The lump that had grown before only doubled in size as the sound of my dad's voice reached my ears.
