Fiona's POV

Shaking my head, I pushed him with the little strength that I obtained in this small body of mine before mimicking his earlier actions.

"In your dreams. And besides, I wouldn't want my neighbors to be scarred for life you know," I said while leaning down to look into the refrigerator once more

"I wouldn't exactly call it that," he said with a broad smirk on his lips

"Then what would you call it then?" I asked, never once facing him as I grabbed a hold of the milk and eggs on the top shelf.

"Let's just say I would be doing them a favor in giving them a glance....at this," he said, motioning to his body with his hand.

I rolled my eyes as I placed the contents on the counter.

"Since when did you become so cocky?" I muttered

He opened his mouth to reply, but the sound of heavy knocking at my door stopped him from doing so. Without a second thought, he walked over to the door and opened it with ease, a small smile filling his face as he opened the door a bit wider for our guests to enter. I didn't bother looking up as I went back to get more food from the fridge

"Morning guys," I greeted from behind the fridge door

"Good morning," Marcus said and I could easily hear his footsteps make their way to the couch before the switching of the TV was heard

"Morning," Anthonio sound and from above the fridge, in a rather horrible tone might I add. I looked up to notice him leaning against the door with a goofy smile on his face. I was surprised to see him in this manner since he wasn't at all a morning person.

"What's for breakfast?" He asked in a British accent. Or was it Australian? It was hard to tell since he failed so miserably at it.

"Omelets," I announced as I put the rest of the ingredients on the counter beside the milk and eggs

"Ooh, what kind?" Anthonio asked, never once turning around to face me as he continued to surf the channels.

"It's a surprise," I said with a smile on my face as I began to prepare the ingredients in front of me

"Oh," Anthonio said suddenly, spinning around and tossing something in Blake's direction. He caught it with ease before looking down at the object. Or should I say, clothing.

"We brought some clothes for you, as well as your toothbrush. Wouldn't want to be inhaling your morning breath all day long," he said with look of disgust on his face.

Blake glared playfully in his direction before making his way to the room. The second that he shut the door behind him, Anthonio walked (or should I say skipped) his way to me before stopping at my side.

"How may I be of assistance, captain?" He asked with a mocked salute

I rolled my eyes at his childish behavior but gave him a set of instructions that would help speed the process of making them breakfast. Within 20 minutes, surprisingly enough, there were four omelets on a set of plates with a glass of orange juice on the counter. Both Marcus and Anthonio grabbed theirs and set them on the coffee table in front of the couch, their eyes glued to the TV. I had no idea what they were watching, but I paid it no mind as I began to eat my own

The sound of the bedroom door opening caught my attention and out came Blake, looking more attractive than ever before. He wore similar jeans as yesterday, but with a dark blue collard shirt instead. It was a bit more loose than the black one, but one could see his athletic physique nonetheless. The one thing that caught my attention wasn't even his attire, but rather how his hair looked. It clung to his forehead as droplets of water glistened under the sunlight that entered through the cracks of the window beside the front door as he passed by it. All in all, he was a figure of absolute perfection.

A smirk suddenly spread across his lips as he stopped beside me, his hand reaching for the fork beside his plate on the counter.

"As appetizing as this omelet looks, I would rather much see it on my plate rather than your mouth, beautiful."

I raised my eyebrow in question as he placed a forkful of the omelet into his mouth until I realized that I had been gawking at him this entire time. Seriously Fiona? Can you seriously make yourself look more of an idiot in front of him? I'm pretty sure I've had incidents that had been ten times worse than this, but the usual blush of red filling my cheeks never failed to appear whenever these things happened.

"Let's just say I would be doing them a favor in giving them a glance....at this," he said, motioning to his body with his hand.

I rolled my eyes as I placed the contents on the counter.

"Since when did you become so cocky?" I muttered

Mentally kicking myself in the butt, I turned back to my food and proceeded to finish. I was about to take a sip of my orange juice until Marcus's voice grabbed my attention

"Whoa! This is amazing! What the heck is this green stuff that you have here?" He exclaimed, turning around in his seat to look at me. If I thought I looked ridiculous with my mouth open, I think Marcus surpassed me.

A low chuckle escaped my throat before answering,

"It's spinach."

A look of disgust overtook his features before looking down at his plate. He gazed down at his food for a few seconds before turning back to me.

"Are you serious?" I simply nodded in response as I took the last bite of my breakfast.

"But I thought spinach was a disgusting vegetable, though."

I let out a soft laugh as I placed my plate in the sink.

"That's what everyone thinks. But it's all about the way you make it. Believe me, eating raw spinach isn't the greatest thing in the world. But if you combine it with the right ingredients, it has to be one of the best vegetables one could ever eat."

Taking another bite, he chewed slowly, savoring the food as his blue eyes stared down at the floor as if deep in thought. I smiled at his expression as I proceeded to place Anthonio's plate and cup in the sink. I hadn't noticed him walk up to me until I felt a tall presence to my right.

"That was delicious, Fiona. You truly have a gift at this cooking stuff. Despite the fact that you're a vegetarian and all," he said with a small smile. Blake simply grunted in agreement as he ate another bite.

"Alright, I have come to a conclusion," Marcus suddenly exclaimed, making us all jump in unison

"And what conclusion is that?" Blake asked with raised eyebrows as he took a drink of orange juice

"Here we go again," Anthonio muttered with a shake of his head as he placed both hands in his jean pockets, waiting for Marcus to continue

Spinning around, Marcus leaned his elbows on the back of the couch like a little kid as a large grin spread across his face.

"First of all, I heard that," Marcus said with a glare in Anthonio's direction. Anthonio simply rolled his eyes in response.

"Second of all, from here on out, you're going to cook for me," he said with a pointed finger my way

I raised my eyebrow as I placed a hand on my hip for emphasis.

"Do I look like a maid to you?"

He merely shrugged before grabbing his plate and making his way over to where we all now stood. Reaching over me, he placed the plate on the sink before his usual, goofy smile filled his lips once more.

"What? That's what women are supposed to do, you know. Cook, clean, take care of the kids, stuff like that." Anthonio openly face palmed himself, the sound echoing across the room.

"I feel so bad for your mate," he muttered under his breath, but we were all able to hear it easily

"Let me tell you something, mister," I said, taking a threatening step towards him and inwardly smiling when I noticed Marcus take a hesitant step away from me in the process.

"Women weren't made to just cook, clean, and take care of the kids. Yes, we do all of those things, but that's because we want to. We are more than capable to do anything a man can do, and you should personally know that since you are a werewolf and there are female warriors in your pack who can easily keep up with you. I have witnessed that myself. Not to mention how Sara was able to kick your *ss when you were training her." As I said those words, I heard a set of low chuckles behind me, no doubt the boys remembering that day perfectly like I was. And boy, was that a sight to see.

"We cook, we clean, we give birth to the kids and raise them most of the time by ourselves, as well as get our period every month. We go to work for more than eight hours a day, do the grocery shopping, and have to put up with your lazy *sses all day! And wearing heels through it all!"

By the time I was finished ranting, Marcus was practically pinned against the couch with no gap for him to break away from my intense gaze. He raised his hands in surrender, his eyes wide with fear as the boys behind me continued to crack up, probably at his expression. Had I not been this angry with what he had said earlier, I would've been laughing along with them. His face was priceless! He looked like a little puppy caught in the act of doing something wrong (no pun intended)

"Okay, okay. How about we make a compromise?" Despite his fearful expression, his voice still held the playfulness he always seemed to have around his friends and family

"And what would that be?" I asked, crossing my arms but never once backing down

He straightened his stance in front of me to his full height but I never once felt intimidated. It seemed that's what he wanted to do, but after noticing that he had no effect on me, he slumped his shoulders and let out a heavy sigh

"How about you cook for me, and in return, I protect you?" He asked with a hopeful smile

I raised my eyebrow at his choice of words, but didn't bother questioning what he meant by protecting.

"Deal, but protecting me isn't exactly enough to repay me for my excellent cooking skills."

His mouth fell open as he stared at me in shock.

"What? What else do I have to do?" He practically sounded like a whining five year old

With a sly smile spreading across my lips slowly, I took a step back, my gaze never breaking from his as I said,

"You could start by washing the dishes for me."

"That's it, right?" He asked, widening his eyes and looking like a dog begging for food (again, no pun intended).I couldn't help but smirk at his words. If he only knew exactly what I had in store for him. "We'll see," I murmured before pointing at the sink behind Blake and Anthonio who were looking at us with clear amusement in their eyes

Slumping his shoulders, he dragged his feet across the beat up wooden floor and roughly pushed aside Blake and Anthonio who were laughing rather loudly on either side of him. I heard him mutter some incoherent words, but I paid them no mind as I walked around the couch and sat down, grabbing the remote and looking for a channel to watch. It was extremely impossible at this hour since nothing good comes on in the mornings. It might be Saturday, but the good shows don't come on until after three
