Druid in the Marvel Universe Chapter 46: Gaze

The community school's gymnasium was built twenty years ago, and it was usually not very lively.

Due to the outdated equipment, there wasn't even a decent basketball hoop, and the community school's basketball team couldn't even recruit enough players.

But today, the gymnasium was completely taken over by restless students. Alvin sat on a chair by the court, with Ginny holding a basketball and playing on the ground next to him. Mrs. Wilson had taken Ginny away as soon as she arrived and only brought her back now.

This kind old lady really liked little Ginny. At this moment, she was like an American grandma, accompanying her little granddaughter, holding a cup of juice and occasionally bringing it to Ginny's mouth.

Alvin was annoyed. The restaurant was closed again today, and he rarely came to the school, only to encounter so many things. When would his bank account balance break six figures?

The three gang leaders causing trouble had already been marked by Alvin. When Frank arrived, he would have him beat them up hard. Let them know that the disciplinary office didn't just target students.

JJ's move completely ignited the atmosphere in the gym. The energetic boys and girls went wild cheering for Frank. Although they originally came to see Frank get beaten up, who cared? Frank was one of their own, and having such a cool disciplinary director was something to brag about.

In contrast, the three gang leaders seemed very ordinary. Even the best-looking Gerard, compared to Frank, looked like a greasy black meatball.

Alvin was very annoyed seeing Frank's flashy entrance. He thought, when did that bastard JJ come up with such an idea? How come he, as the boss, never enjoyed such treatment? He'd dock JJ's pay when they got back!

He never considered his usual attire—almost always jeans, a plaid shirt, and a gray jacket. Would Alvin's entrance to a fight be accompanied by country music?

Frank, who had already won the momentum with his entrance, walked up to the three.

Casually, as if discussing where to eat with his girlfriend, he said, "Hurry up, I'm in a rush!"

The fate of the three gang leaders didn't need much elaboration; it was extremely tragic. Frank's methods were extremely brutal.

The three of them combined didn't last more than five minutes. Amidst the cheers of the crowd, the three gang leaders were sent to the ambulance.

Disciplinary Director Frank even walked up to the three kids who were about to wet their pants and gently told them to remember to come to school tomorrow, or he would go to their homes to fetch them.

Then Frank raised his hand to the teachers and students on the sidelines, making a victory gesture, like a superstar at a concert. Several female teachers clutched their hearts and screamed at Frank.

Alvin had no time to pay attention to the already boiling scene. His eyes were completely drawn to a slender figure.

A girl with brown hair, wearing a white shirt and khaki pencil skirt, was facing away from Alvin, picking up trash and paper scraps from the ground and putting them into a bag.

She seemed completely out of place in this atmosphere, a bit at a loss.

It seemed Alvin's gaze made her sense something. The brown-haired girl turned her head and shyly smiled at Alvin.

The girl wasn't particularly beautiful, but her smile was especially warm, like an April breeze, making Alvin want to linger in it.
