Druid in the Marvel Universe Chapter 64: The Final Advice

6 min 59.3K views

Facing the furious Alvin, Chief George could only choose to step aside. He knew how terrifying a mad Alvin could be, and he genuinely believed Alvin was doing a great thing and shouldn't be treated this way.

Since that was the case, Chief George felt it was inappropriate for him to stay any longer. He left the school with his daughter Gwen, giving a glare to the silly boy next to her as they walked away.

Walking down the road, Gwen happily asked Chief George, "Dad, this school is too dangerous, and the principal is really scary. Can I stop coming to school?"

Gwen looked at her dad with hopeful eyes. She desperately wanted to leave so she could escape the terrifying disciplinary director and the school uniform that drove her crazy.

Chief George glanced back at the intimidating Alvin standing there, then looked down at his daughter and smiled, "I have a feeling this place will become a great school. It's growing, Gwen. Promise me you won't miss it. Be a part of its history. You'll be proud of it in the future."

The pretty Gwen pouted, tugging at her school uniform in frustration. She thought that if a school's uniform looked like this, it couldn't possibly be great.

...

Alvin stood in the middle of the playground, unwilling to return to his office to await the inevitably unpleasant news.

Ginny had been taken home by Jessica, reluctantly. She knew her dad was angry and wanted to stay to help him teach those bad guys a lesson.

When Kingpin left, he seemed like he wanted to say something but didn't in the end.

Alvin knew Kingpin must know something. But Alvin didn't press him because it wasn't necessary; they were never friends.

Anything Kingpin could say, he would have already said. Forcing him would only create an enemy, even if you got the answer.

It didn't take long for JJ to arrive at the playground. Seeing the mess and remembering the lively scene an hour ago, he looked at the once high-spirited but now disheartened Alvin. JJ understood him and knew how disappointed and angry he was.

JJ walked up to Alvin and cautiously said, "Those two kids still won't talk. Frank doesn't want to use any methods on them. I think we might have to wait a while. I just called Old Kent; he's going to their homes and neighborhoods to ask around. We should have news soon."

Alvin nodded without speaking. Today's events had hit him hard, and he was determined to make those who used his students pay.

Besides sending them to hell, Alvin couldn't think of any other way to deal with them.

Seeing that Alvin had no intention of leaving, JJ regretfully pounded his own head. He felt largely responsible for today's events. He should have been more careful and not let the kids bring guns to school.

Alvin looked at the remorseful JJ, smiled bitterly, and said, "I don't blame you. Without today's events, those two kids would still go on to kill and commit crimes.

I just feel sad and angry. I thought the school was doing enough. An hour ago, I was proud, thinking I could decide these kids' futures. But now I know I was wrong, terribly wrong.

JJ, step it up. I need your help to correct my mistakes. Let's send the source of this evil to hell."

The nearly seven-foot-tall man, eyes red with anger, stomped his foot and left the school with half the security team. Those two kids couldn't be touched, so he had to find another way around their lives. Relying on Old Kent alone wouldn't be fast enough.

He didn't want to see Alvin standing foolishly on this damned playground waiting. It made him feel humiliated, as he bore some responsibility for this.

After JJ left, Old Parker quietly came to the playground. The kind old man walked up to Alvin and softly said, "It's not your fault, Principal Alvin. You're the kindest person I've ever met. Those who use these kids should be punished, but can you spare those two kids? They're already terrified!"

Alvin looked at Old Parker and bitterly smiled, "What are you worried about, Old Parker? Worried I'll kill them?"

Alvin waved his hand dismissively and said, "If we let them out, they'll be dead for sure. Just let them stay in the detention room."

Hearing that Alvin wasn't going to kill the two kids, Old Parker sighed in relief but then felt angry at the kids' lack of sense. He turned angrily towards the detention room, seemingly intending to teach those kids a lesson.

...

Misty was furious. She felt her authority had been disrespected.

It was Chief George who informed her about the incident at the school, not her subordinate Michael. Hundreds of students, teachers, and parents, and not one called the police. It was as if the Hell's Kitchen police station didn't exist.

Misty arrived at the school with her team, only to be stopped by a group of security guards at the gate.

Running into the furious JJ leaving the school, Misty stepped forward to stop him, demanding an explanation.

Already seething with anger, JJ responded with a string of expletives, "Get lost, you bitch cop. We don't need you useless pieces of shit here. Your Chief George has already left. Maybe you should call him and then get back to your damn street and patrol, you fucking whore."

Misty, already hot-tempered, couldn't tolerate such an insult. She swung her iron fist, aiming for JJ's jaw.

JJ, whose eyes were already red with rage, took Misty's punch, which could knock out an elephant, without flinching. He grabbed Misty by the neck with his right hand and lifted her up.

Misty grabbed JJ's arm with both hands, struggling desperately. Her right mechanical arm was already at full power, but JJ's arm felt like it was made of steel, not budging an inch.

As she felt her brain starting to lack oxygen, she finally experienced the fear of death. The kindness of the people at the Peace Hotel had been her own illusion; they were actually man-eating beasts.

Officer Michael rushed over, grabbing JJ's arm and pleading, "JJ, she's a cop. You're going to kill her. Misty isn't the enemy. Alvin is already very angry. Don't cause him more trouble!"

Hearing Michael's plea and thinking of his boss's current state, JJ's rage-clouded mind cleared a bit. He threw Misty to the ground and said softly, "Get lost!"

He then got into a car with several school security guards and left.

The atmosphere in Hell's Kitchen was strange. People returning from the school's graduation ceremony brought shocking news: someone had fired a gun at the ceremony.

Principal Alvin was very angry!

All the gang leaders in Hell's Kitchen were trembling, hands clasped in prayer, hoping this had nothing to do with them.

Everyone knew Principal Alvin wouldn't cause trouble for no reason. He rarely left his neighborhood, but with such a big incident, who knew if he would go crazy.

All the bosses sent their men out, hoping to quickly find the culprit and calm Alvin's anger.

This wasn't about fearing Alvin; it was about worrying that Alvin, in his rage, would turn Hell's Kitchen upside down!

As New York's underground boss, Kingpin was much calmer. Sitting in his Rolls-Royce, he made a call:

"If I were you, I'd leave New York immediately, preferably the United States. This is my last piece of advice as a collaborator. You're in big trouble!"
