Off Limits, Brother's Best Friend Chapter 100
Chapter 100: Ignore And Block Him
Callan
“I don't know how the hell this man surfaced after this long time. You shouldn't have that page with your face all over it, Brianna.” Bryce scolded his sister. This is not the time for that shit.
“Am I supposed to hide all my life? I have sacrificed so many things, so many people and I am sick of it.” She started crying again.
“Brianna, I know you are scared, but he isn't going to come to London, alright? He found access to you through the internet and took advantage of the privacy, pretending to be someone else. That is as far as this goes, it will be handled, okay?”
Of course, it is going to be handled and I will handle it myself.
“What are you going to do?” Her voice got low.
“Block his page and screen your followers a little more closely, alright? I am going to block his number and that is it. He won't have access to us beyond that.” He said but that wasn't good enough.
“Father told me I have to come back home, he said mother is sick, Bryce.” She spoke again after a moment of silence sniffing.
“He is lying, Brianna. You know how he is.” He shut that down right away.
“But what if he isn't lying?”
I could almost hear the little girl in her for a second, the little Brianna who got tricked by this narcissist piece of shit with his manipulation tactics because that is what this is.
“Brianna, what did mother do for you when he threw you down the stairs?” She asked her outright and he was looking at the screen.
I wonder how she looks right now and what is going through her mind. Angelo quickly glanced down at me when he heard the things about her being thrown down the stairs by her father. He really doesn't know about any of this, so he was surprised.
“Nothing,” she sniffed.
“And wasn't it her fault in the first place? That is what you told me, that you tried to get mother to leave father when you offered to run away and what did she do to you? She snitch on you, Brianna and she giy you hurt.” He reminded her of everything.
“I know,” she whined in frustration.
“You know father makes shit up to get his way, he manipulates you to be a compassionate person. He is pretending mother is sick because he thinks it will get you to come back home, I won't let that happen.” He let her know.
“I know, I know you are right. I am just really upset right now and I was so thrown off guard when he revealed himself. He sent me like fifteen messages and they are long paragraphs. I can't even read them, I haven't opened it.”
“Ignore him and block him.” He said to her sternly.
“I know you are upset and nervous. Is Jane there with you?” He asked.
“Yes, I am here.” Jane said from somewhere in the room.
“She knows everything, I have told a while ago.” She let him know that my sister is privy to this information and that must mean, they are really close because that is something Brianna doesn't tell anyone.
“Jane, will you take good care of my sister for me?”
“She is safe with me and if that bastard ever showed his face, he would get these karate hands.”
My idiot sister said out from wherever she is on screen. At least I heard Brianna snort a short laugh.
“Very scary, Jane. Thank you.” Bryce said sarcastically.
“If anything else happens, you call me, alright?”
“You too, Bryce. Don't keep shit from me. I want to know if anything happens, promise?” She said and he was forced to promise her. They hung up after that and he looked up at us.
“Thanks for listening in on a private conversation.” He looked at us deadpan
“Hey, I already know everything and like I told you, that we needed to handle this, Bryce. He has already found her, you need to do something.” I reminded him.
“I don't know what the fuck you expect me to do, I am not killing my father, Callan.” He looked at him pointedly, knowing it is what I wanted to do.
“Gosh, Callan. Did you tell Bryce to kill his father?” My cousin scoffed at me.
“Keep out of this.” I waved him out of my face.
Bryce isn't thinking straight when it comes to his father, if this was anyone else and this threat lingered, he would have handled it. If their father knows she is in London, he could eventually show up. What is stopping him? He is already setting up lies to lure her, so what is next? I am not the type of person who will just wait and see. I don't have shit up for chance, I handle it before anyone ever tries for a second chance.

I told Angelo and Bryce that I had to handle some things in Buguma. They offered to come with me but I told them they needed to stay and run point on my important shipments. When they asked what I needed to handle, I made some bullshit story up. Where I really am in Ibadan, I am in some middle class neighborhood in front of a seemingly random house. I had some people I know do a little bit of digging for me and got the address I needed to come looking for him. I bought a burner phone and used it this morning to text Vicky Fletcher. I am pretending to be his naive daughter coming home to see her sick mother. Since he likes to play pretend with fake accounts, I can play it his way. He told me he would be home around dinner time and Brianna told him she would be coming shortly after that. He didn't even offer to pick her up at the airport, he just expects her here. He doesn't give a shit how she does it.
I already cashed-out this neighborhood for anything that might stand out to me as an issue. A house with cameras, or nosey neighbors, or police that linger around. It is a pretty quiet street, I would have broken into the house but I don't really feel like getting the wife involved. She is utterly useless, there is no sense mixing her into this. Instead, I am going to catch him in his own driveway. I started getting antsy the longer I waited for this, I am amped up and I have debated whether I wanted him to see who I was or if I just should stay anonymous with him. I have flip flopped a few things, so I hope we will just see how it goes. When a beamer I know he can't afford pulled into the short driveway, I put my hand on my car door and a man about six feet stepped out of the car. He has maintained himself in his age, because he is a narcissist and full of himself, I am sure of. I stepped out of my car when he did, and all I did was lean on my own car door. This got his attention and he glanced my way. I was parked in front of his house, so it is not like he would miss seeing me.
“Can I help you?” He asked but then his eyes dropped to my car. His brows raised and he took a few steps in my direction.
“Wow, isn't she a beauty?” He complimented my very expensive, very sleek car. It is like baiting a hook, I know his type and I know what a narcissist can't resist. I was in a fine suit, I myself looked impressive.
“You think so?” I asked him, and he took another step in my direction.
“How much does a thing like her go for?” He asked and when I told him the price, he whistled and then his eyes took me in. Tailored expensive suits and a pricey car.
“Where do you work to afford all that?” He asked and I chuckled.
“You are welcome to come have a look.” I waved him over. He walked across his lawn and he is now standing right in front of me. I slid my hands into my pants pocket to hide the fists I had clenched. But I remained calm, smug even.
He has the same hair as his children but he doesn't have their eyes. His are different and I can see a bit of Bryce's facial structure in this man's face but that is all. I watched him run a few fingers over the hood and rounded to the passenger side door, he leaned down to peek in.
“I was thinking of getting a new car myself, that is just my wife's car.” He lied about his lesser car.
“With a well tailored suit like that, I am guessing you can afford something like this.” I tapped the roof of my car.
“I can,” he lied and puffed his chest out.
“I was just about to pull off, but never mind.” I waved him off.
“What?” he blurted right away and I chuckled to myself.
