Chapter 47: I Run The City

Callan

“I wasn't bluffing when I said if you saw my face again that it would be the last thing you see. I am going to kill you, Ezekiel and I am going to get rid of your body. Whatever scum you left behind in Ibadan won't have a clue what happened to you after I am done with you.” I threatened.

Bryce and I ended up kicking and beating him with the wench a little bit but not enough to kill him. We broke some of his bones, he was screaming and crying out for help. He won't be getting that here. When a figure appeared in the doorway, it was the old man who owns the garage. He saw it was Bryce and I who he recognized well since he was involved in this lifestyle as well. He nodded to us and glanced at the bloodied man on the floor and then he turned around and shut the door behind him. He didn't see a thing.

“What the hell! Hey, come back! Please help!’ Ezekiel screamed through his bloody mouth and broken teeth.

“I run the city, you aren't getting help here. You are done.” I reminded him.

“Let me go you crazy bastards. Let me go!” He cried out.

“Bryce, stand him up at the workbench and flatten his hands. I ordered.

He grabbed Ezekiel's and shoved him against the table to keep him up. He forced his wrists down so his hands were flat on the table.

“What are you doing? No!” He screamed like the little bitch he is.

“Now I am going to break your hands for touching, Brianna. Firstly, for ever touching her sexually, you old fuck and secondly, for hurting her which I know you did in tbe past. Thirdly, for how you held a gun to her today. I am going to make you cry like you made her cry.” I said calmly.

His eyes were wide with fear, a look I knew well and he started begging but I didn't waste time. I used the wrench to smash his fingers and his hands. I crushed them with each new harsh blow, Bryce was flinching and held him still while he bucked and twisted. He spit everywhere in a frantic panic of massive excruciating pain. He was delirious, his fingers were disfigured and bones broke through skin.

“Do you want to kill him or I should do it, Bryce?” I asked, I felt a lot better now that I have broken every bone in his hands. I got to slam that wrench down so many times that it blew all my steam right out.

“I want to do it.”Bryce said as he dropped Ezekiel to the ground because he was too weak to stand on his own. I nodded to him and looked down at Ezekiel.

“Remember this face, I will see you in hell.” I smiled.

Bryce took the wrench and with all his force, he cracked him over the skull until his head split and his body slumped to the ground in a puddle of blood.

“I will the boys to clean this up, have one of our men drive this idiot to some state other than ours. I don't want this trail leaning him back here. I don't know who is back home waiting for him but I don't want to deal with it.” I told and he nodded while taking a grease rag to clean his name off the blood. I took that same rag and cleaned my hands too.

“Gosh, we really destroy this one.” He muttered.

Ezekiel's face was split and bloody, his mouth was missing teeth. His hands were smashed into mash potatoes and now his skull is caved in from the life ending blow.

“I will handle this, go to your sister.” I tapped him on the shoulder.

Brianna POV

When I got home, I couldn't hold back. I bursted out in tears and hugged myself for comfort. David was ordered to come with me so he was witness to the whole thing.

“Everything is fine now, Miss. Fletcher. You are safe.” He said.

“What are they doing to him, David? Why does everyone have guns and how did they find us? Callan looks like he really wanted to kill him.” I sniffed and continued hugging myself.

We were in the living room and he didn't know what to do with himself as he watched me cry.

“My boss has anger issues, he will solve this for you once and for all. That man won't bother you ever again.” He assured me.

I believe him, Ezekiel was a bloody mess the last I got a look at him and I don't think he will come back. David ended up explaining to me how they knew where we were. He managed to grab his phone and called Callan while Ezekiel was distracted by touching me. I thanked him several times for doing that and for being brave and keeping calm during the whole situation.

“I am just glad you are okay, Miss. Fletcher.” He said formally.

“Brianna, call me that.” I reminded him.

“Don't cry anymore, my boss will be upset to find you so distraught.” He said, although I don't know if he was talking about Callan or Bryce.

I laid on the couch until Bryce got home, accompanied by Callan. I gaped at the sight of them both, disheveled clothing and bruised and bloody knuckles.

“What the hell!” I jumped to my feet and quickly made my way to them.

My brother tried removing his hand from my view but I grabbed him more strongly at the wrist and glared in warning.

“You need ice, the both of you.” I looked at his best friend who was alr looking at me. They were going to fight it but I was at my wits end tonight.

“Don't argue with me, I have had the worst night of my life. You are taking the ice, sit down.” I said to both of them and walked to the kitchen island.

Bryce shrugged and tipped his head for Callan to follow him over. David came too, though he stayed quietly in tbe background. When I brought some ice over, I made them place their hands on the counter and rested the ziplock full of ice on top. Our kitchen counters are all marble tops so it was nice and cool to the touch.

“What did you guys do to him?” I finally had the courage to do so. They looked at each other and then to me.

“We gave him a beating he will never forget. I promise, Brianna you won't have to worry about him ever again. He won't bother you anymore.” Bryce muttered.

“Did you send him back home? Did he say anything?”

That pit I carried with me all night was deep and brutal. I wasn't sure when Ezekiel would say to them given the chance. My brother cleared his throat and ran a hand through his hair.

“He only talks a little bit is shit but we shut him up. Brianna, I think it is time we finally have a talk about the past. He spoke the words I feared he would.
