My heart is pounding in my chest, the adrenaline is racing through my body, and I'm ready to tear these mother fuckers apart. I'm also prepared to end Hailey's ass. I don't hurt women unless I really have to and even then I always feel shit that I had to do it but this bitch deserves it and I doubt I'll feel any sadness over her death.

Not only has she treated my mate with nothing but disgust over his love for the opposite sex but she even went as far as to plan to have him killed and had the front to show her disappointment when she realized that he was alive and going to stay that way.

Add in her comment about him not being good enough for me and I'm more than happy to be the one to personally kill her. That man is a goddam king and every day I wonder how I got so lucky to have him as my mate and no one including his bitch of a mother is going to say different and get away with it.

On top of that, she had the fucking balls to sell her daughter for a bit of money and a Luna title. She is a disgusting piece of flesh and she doesn't deserve to breathe the same air as anyone else. How the fuck can she do that to her children?

Well Kelly is Ashley's sister and that now makes her my sister and over my dead body is Hailey or that prick Alpha Ashton getting their hands on her. And don't get me started on the shit that she's pulled with Mathew.

"Jack get your head out of your ass now!" Taz growls loudly in my head thankfully bringing my head back to the present. Fuck now's not the time for that.

I look around me to see Ashley on my left and Liam on my right while Cal's on Liam's left side and they've got murderous looks on their faces.

Low growls start to fill the air as we all start to pick up the scents of wolves that don't belong in our pack. "Everyone it's time to shift. Stay alert. Stay safe and I'll see you on the other side of this!" Cal shouts out.

Clothes tearing and growls are all the noises that can be heard for the next few minutes as everyone shifts.

"Let's get these pricks filled in and then you can fill me in!" Both Ashley and I spin around when we hear Britney's voice and burst out laughing when we realize that she has said that to Liam. This isn't the time for this kind of talk but still, it's fucking funny.

I didn't even know she had come here with us. She's not in our pack and so this isn't her fight but she's here and stripping ready to shift and it's amazing. She is one incredible fighter and doesn't go down easy.

Liam bursts out laughing but I don't miss him checking her out. "If we both survive this you're on!" He winks at her before jumping in the air and shifting. She throws her head back laughing and we all quickly follow Liam in shifting and heading deeper into the forest.

We only walk a few steps before Cal holds up his hand signaling for us to stop. We all have our focus on the trees ahead of us while several warriors keep checks on the trees to our side and behind us, just in case they try and creep up on us.

Cal has stayed in his human foam but is surrounded by Liam, Ashley, Brittany, Warren, and myself so he knows that no fucker is getting near him, not that he can't take care of himself the man is an absolute demon on his own but we've still got his back regardless.

Suddenly the sound of rustling trees and grass rings out in the air then just seconds later a herd of wolves appears through the trees and it quickly becomes clear that there's an Alpha in the mix.

"Who's in charge here?" Cal shouts out in his Alpha tone. Cal has stayed in his human form as a sign of peace. It's something an Alpha will do if they are happy to try and resolve an issue before it leads to an all-out war.

Sometimes it works and things can be resolved but more often than not it doesn't change anything and if Hailey is here and leading this thing then I already know that there's going to be war.

"Where's Hailey?" He bellows out, his tone making it clear that he's getting pissed off at being ignored.

A soft growl sounds out and a wolf steps forward with its head held high. "That's her." Ashley's link rings out in my head and I'm guessing Cal's too.

"Hailey?" Cal asks and again she lets out a soft growl. So far, the bitch has been cocky every time we have met her, but she seems to be very shy now. I think she honestly believed that we would give Kelly up to her and now that she knows that that's not the case maybe she knows that she isn't going to win here and that it's game over for her.

"I'll ask one more time who is in charge here?" This time Cal growls out loudly causing his words to bounce off the trees and echo across the forest.

Suddenly two wolves start to shift back into their human form and Liam quickly follows suit moving to stand next to Cal as another wolf of ours takes Liam's place in the surrounding Cal.

"Hailey we meet again."

"We do Alpha Calvin." Her smile is fake not that I'm surprised I don't think there's a natural part to her in either her personality or body.

"Do you really want to do this Hailey? Hailey stares at all of us while the giant of a guy next to her does the same. I don't know who he is but he is a fucking giant. Oh well, you know what they say the bigger they are the harder they fall.

"Give me back my daughter and we will end this now Alpha Calvin. No one has to get hurt. you can end it right now and walk away."

"That isn't going to happen Hailey and you know it. She's happy here. She's looked after and she's loved here. Just leave her and Ashley alone and leave."

Her face starts glowing up as her body shakes and it's clear to see that she's bubbling up with anger. "The spoilt bitch doesn't like to be told no," Ashley grunts out through the mind link and I can't help but laugh.

"Who are you?" Cal shouts out to the guy that's standing next to Hailey.

"My name is Alpha Colton Denmark."

"Wait your the Alpha of the Rogues that reside close to Alpha Roland's pack ain't you?" Liam shouts back.

"Yes, yes I am." He puffs out his chest in pride and takes a couple of steps forward.

"Then why are you here? I've heard what they say about you, Alpha Colton. You are not the typical Rogue nor do you allow any bad behavior from any of your members so why would you support her? Why would you want to help her with this?" Cal shouts out.

As he says this I realize that I know who he is and that what Cal has said is right. As rumors told he was part of a pack a long time ago but it was attacked and wiped out. If I'm right 20 wolves survived including Colton but no one knew what happened to them.

About three or four years ago rumors were spreading of a new pack of Rogues traveling through our way but we never saw any of them and the next thing we heard was that they had settled down a few hours away from us and had put out a statement.

They had promised that they were only looking for peace and not war. They promised that they would help keep the area safe and a few other things that I don't remember right now but I know that they were all good intentions.

We also heard that they had come to a deal with their local Alpha and the rest is history. From what I can see now I'm guessing that Alpha was Roland.

"You've stolen her little girl, why the hell wouldn't we help her?" He lowly growls out the words causing Cal to take a step forward and we all follow suit.

"Is that what she told you?"

"Yes."

"What else did she tell you, Alpha Colton, I'm pretty sure it's not going to be the truth."

"She said that you had stolen her daughter and that you were refusing to give her back. She said that her son is a part of your pack and that he was the one who did it but that you all backed him up. She also told us that her son had tried to kill her a little while ago and that she was worried that he would do the same with her daughter."

"Are you fucking kidding me?" My head shoots to the left when I hear my mate's voice to see that he's shifted to his human form and looking seriously pissed.

"Don't you dare speak to me like that!" Alpha Colton bellows out as he steps closer to us again and Cal does the same.

"Alpha Colton I'm afraid you are mistaken and also not fully aware of the truth here." I can see Cal trying to remain calm but I know it's hard for him.

"Yes we took my sister away from her but that was because she had sold her on the black market for money and a Luna title!" Ashley shouts out. He goes to move forward again but I quickly shit into my human form and step up to him and take his hand.

"Baby I know it's hard but please try and calm down, just while we figure out what he knows." He turns his head to look at me. The look in his eyes makes me think that he's not going to back down but thankfully he nods and turns his focus back on the bitch across the forest.

"I'm sorry, what did you just say?" Alpha Colton looks shocked and I'm pretty sure he thinks that he's heard wrong.

"He's just talking rubbish. Ignore him. Let's fight and get my little girl home!" Hailey bellows out at Alpha Colton. He looks at her after her outburst but he doesn't look impressed with how she's just spoken to him, not that I blame him.

"Alpha Colton, would you like to step forward and we can talk about this? Again I fear you don't know the truth."

Alpha Colton seems to take a moment to think before he nods and starts walking toward us. he has five wolves walking with him surrounding him and of course, the bitch is right on his tail.

As soon as we see him step forward both Ashley and I shift back into our wolves and Cal takes off to head his way to meet him with Liam at his side and the same amount of wolfs surrounding him.

As we're just about to reach him I see him pull his attention away from us and start to sniff the air. He looks back at us with blazing eyes as he sniffs the air again. "MATE!" He growls out.

Huh... What the hell?

He steps closer to us then suddenly kneels on the floor and starts to gently stroke the wolf that's at the front. "Mate." He whispers out this time and the wolf that he's petting lets out a small whine.

"Mate shift, I want to see you." I look around at all the wolves that we have with us and I suddenly realize who the wolf is. Holy crap!

"Please shift sweetheart." He continues to stroke her fur as he whispers out the words and within seconds she starts to shift into her human form and everyone's eyes go wide.

"MATE!" She shouts out as soon as she's stood on two legs. He gives her a loving smile as he stands up from the ground.

"What's your name, my queen?"
