I'm still hanging out of my ass. I've got these assholes trying to kill my mate and this bitch's voice is like nails going down a chalkboard and I swear if she keeps screeching like a goddam banshee, I'm going to lose my shit and fucking end her for the sake of my poor head alone.

"I SAID WHY IS HE STILL ALIVE?" She screams out again and I feel my fists ball up at my side as I realize she is talking about my mate. Now I really want to kill the bitch.

I don't hurt women unless I have no choice hence her ass still being alive despite infuriating my hangover but I swear if she tries to get her fake tanned, fake tits, fake face anywhere near my mate I will destroy her and no amount of plastic surgery will help her.

"The pain doesn't even bother you, does it?" My eyes move from her to my mate behind me as he speaks, his defeated tone has long gone and has now been replaced with anger. "What are you talking about dog?" Wait who the fuck does this mother fucking bitch think she's calling a dog?

"YOUR MATE IS DEAD AND YOU DON'T EVEN FUCKING CARE!" He suddenly starts bellowing out at her, his fists tightening up into balls at his side and his whole body is shaking with anger and this just makes me even angrier.

"He was just in the way, always holding me back from being more, it's one less thing for me to worry about if you ask me" She starts laughing causing a growl to leave my mate. He suddenly steps forward and I can see he's about 3 seconds away from launching at her.

"If you don't give a fuck about my dad being dead then why the fuck are you here? Who's looking after Kelly?" Huh, who's Kelly? "I'm here to make sure your pathetic ass meets the same fate as your dad and the last I knew Kelly was at school. I'm sure I'll see her once she's hungry or in need of something." She rolls her eyes and my mate takes another step forward.

"You don't give a fuck about anyone but yourself, give me my sister and we'll leave and you'll never have to see either of us again!" Oh, fuck she's, his sister. I don't know what the fuck is going on here but I've got my mates back either way.

She looks straight at him and starts laughing, full belly aching laughing before suddenly stopping just as quickly as she started. "You really think you're leaving here alive, don't you?" She starts laughing again and this time the growl leaves my chest.

"And even if by some miracle you do leave here alive you won't be getting your fifthly hands on that brat, she's my ticket to a rich and glorious future and I ain't about to let her go anywhere until I get what I need from her!"

Before the words even finish leaving her mouth Ashley lunches at her and at the same time two of Alpha Roland's warriors lunge for Ashley. I don't fucking think so!

I throw myself at one of them and see Liam heading for the other one before either of them can touch my mate I get a grip on this prick's neck and throw him away from Ashley and at the same time, Liam does the same with the other twat. Ashley stops right in front of the bitch, his face just inches from hers but I can see that he's struggling to hold himself back.

"Go on do it you worthless piece of scum, my men will rip you apart before you even have a chance to breathe!" Her men? Who the fuck is this bitch? I've met the Luna of this pack and it ain't her. Ashley takes a step back from her, his face is laced with pain and anger and it's fucking hard to see. "You've never given a fuck about me or Kelly. Dad and I have raised her since the day she was born so why do you give a fuck about keeping her now mommy dearest?"

Oh shit, she's his mom and she's treating him like this? Wow! I look at Ashley and watch as he uses all of his strength to hold himself back. "Why... the... fuck... do... you... suddenly... care... about... Kelly?" The bitch suddenly breaks out into a devious smile and I know that whatever she going to say to my mate is going to be the final straw for him. "Because my little gay lord girls like her... blonde hair, blue eyes... they bring in a lot of money." And there it is...

He lunges at her and grips her by the throat before I've even had time to blink, he's got her in a bruising hold and her face is already turning a bright shade of red.

I don't know the full story here but what I do know is that if he stands any chance of getting his sister then, unfortunately, he needs this bitch alive. Alpha Roland's men start to surround Ashley but thankfully my men are quicker and along with Calvin and Liam we soon have my mate surrounded and his men away from us.

By this point, Ashley has his poor excuse of a mother pinned to the floor, she's struggling to breathe but all I can hear is Alpha Roland bellowing out at my mate. I lean down on the floor on my knees next to my mate and gently place one of my hands on his shoulder.

"Ashley." I gently call his name but he doesn't seem to hear me. "Ashley stop!" I talk a bit louder and luckily; I seem to get his attention this time as he turns to look at me but doesn't loosen his hold. "Let her go darling." He looks at me confused and I get it but I'm not doing this for her I'm doing it for him. I hock my finger under his chin and keep his face firmly facing mine just praying with all I have that I can calm him down. "I don't know what's going on here but from what I can gather you need her alive to get to your sister, if you kill her now it may never happen."

I'm trying to calm him down but I can see it's a fight for him and if I knew the full story, I could help more but right now I'm at a loss. All I know right now is that I've got my mates back in whatever this situation is and that's all that matters.

He nods his head and lets go of her throat throwing her away from him before he stands up, he may be shaking with range but I can see the sadness behind his eyes and it's heartbreaking.

His mother starts shrieking again telling him he's a dead wolf, telling him he'll never see his sister again, and telling him that he's no longer her son but he doesn't seem to be paying any attention to her instead his focus is now on his dad's body as it lays on the floor and his broken and defeated look has reappeared and I fucking hate it.

"Alpha Roland, I suspect you lied to me about the real reason that you wanted these men captured." Calvin's voice booms over everything as his Alpha tone is firm and I know that he is majorly pissed right now.

"How dare you accuse me of lying Alpha, Calvin!" Alpha Roland steps closer to us but Calvin isn't fazed as he takes a step closer to Alpha Roland to show that he isn't backing down. "Then do tell me again exactly why it is we are here?"

"I already told you why!"

"I'm going to ask you a question and if you value your life and the life of your pack members here then I suggest you tell me the truth and now. Are we here because these men have threatened lives, attacked pack members, and are just disgusting wolves, or are we here because this man standing next to me is gay?

Before Alpha, Roland can say a word Troy steps forward with a defeated look on his face and another look that I can't quite work out, "It's because he's gay." Shame, that's the look I couldn't understand, he's ashamed of his dad and maybe himself and so he should be. "Are you fucking kidding me?" Calvin, Liam, and I all bellow out at the same time.

"What did this man do to deserve death then?" Calvin points over to my mate's dad's body and bellows out, his frustration clear for everyone to see. "He protected me." I turn to look at my mate the moment I hear him speak. He's gone from angry to defeated and heartbroken and it's breaking my fucking heart! "The night we left was the night that they planned on killing me, my dad found out and came and got me and we run. He's stayed by my side this entire time, went against everyone and everything to be with me because he was one incredible man and an even better father."

One single tear slides down his face but he roughly wipes it away. He looks up at Alpha Roland before turning around and walking over to his dad's lifeless body on the floor and getting down on his knees while he gently strokes his dad's hair. I'm quick on his tail and Liam and Thomas are quick on mine, I give him the space he needs but I'm still close enough to him, I'm not leaving him anywhere that's out of my reach with these bastards around.

"You do realize I could report you to the council for this don't you?" Calvin shouts out to Alpha Roland and for the first time since we got here, he looks scared. Good so he fucking should. "Now there's no need to bring them into this." Is this guy fucking serious? "Isn't there?"

"No there's not, what do you want? There has to be something I can do for you?"

"You will release Ashley from your pack and leave him well alone. You will leave his dad's body here for him to decide upon what to do with and you will call all the search parties that you have searching for him off and I mean fucking everyone! And you will also make sure that everyone knows that there's been a mistake and that he didn't do the crimes that you have faked up about him.

"I will, I can do that right away!" Alpha Roland is spluttering and sweating and he wants to count his lucky stars that he's leaving here alive right now although I know Calvin very well and I know that he won't let him get away with this kind of behavior, he will pay one way or another. "Oh, and if I ever hear of you doing anything like this again, I will personally make sure you suffer a long and painful death, do I make myself clear?" Calvin bellows out his words and let me tell you he is one scary fucker when he's like this and I honestly couldn't be any prouder of him and the fact that he's, my Alpha.

"KILL HIM! This bitch doesn't know when to quit.

"You've got 5 seconds to get that bitch out of here before I rip her tits off and stuff them up her ass and then I'll go to the council myself!" I scream the words at Alpha Roland but don't take my eyes off the stupid bitch. She starts screaming out again but luckily for her, I don't have to keep my word as he runs over and grabs her by her arm before dragging her away and all his men are quick to follow.
