This bitch has got to be fucking with us right? There's no way she has a daughter that Ashley doesn't know about, I mean how would that even work? I may not have a clue about what's going on right now but I do know that I've had a twat full of her fucking with my mate.

"Bullshit!" I shout out "This is the last time you pull this shit with my mate!" I'm furious, so fucking furious.

"It's not bullshit thank you very much." She crosses her arms over her chest talking with sass acting like a teenager, not a goddam adult.

It's been a few minutes since she dropped the bombshell and Ashley hasn't said a word, he's been standing rooted to the spot staring at Rachel this whole time. "Ash," I call his name and he looks from Rachel to me but doesn't say a word, he turns his head to look at Hailey before settling his eyes back on Rachel once more.

“How old are you?”

“9.”

He looks from her back to a Cocky-looking Hailey and it’s clear to see that he’s trying to work out the math. “Kelly's 9… this doesn’t… it doesn’t make sense, none of this makes sense.”

I’m with him on this because if this Rachel girl really is 9 and Hailey's daughter then that would make her and Kelly the same age and besides the obvious things that dont allow this to make sense, this Rachel girl looks nothing like Kelly. Also, there’s the fact that no one knows about this Rachel either so how is any of this possible?

“Why should I believe you?”

“Do you remember when I told you that I was pregnant with Kelly?” He nods yes but doesn’t say a word to her. “And do you remember just after I told you about Kelly that I had to go away?”

“Yeah sure, you had to go stay with grams to help look after her after granddad died.”

“How long was I gone Ash, can you remember?”

“About 6 months… you came back when Kelly was 2 weeks old... wait you weren’t there to help grams were you? You were hiding something, weren't you? Are they twins?"

"Nope." She pops the p like this is just any normal conversation and she has a right to act cocky.

"I dont understand... holy fuck!" I can see his mind working overtime but I can't figure out what he's thinking right now "Kelly isn't my real sister is she... Rachel is?"

“See not so stupid after all… maybe.” Oh, fuck!

"How?... Why?... Did dad know about whatever the fuck is going on here?.”

“Just when I thought you weren't so stupid you go and prove me wrong. Of course, he didn't know you, idiot, the guy was a complete doormat and although he properly wouldn't have cared after what I'd already told him, this I kept to myself.

"What had you already told him?" I want to snap her neck for her bad-mouthing Matthew and I know Ashley is thinking the same but I'm proud of him for keeping it together long enough to get the answers he needs and that we all want.

"He may not have known about Hailey but I did tell him I was pregnant with someone else’s baby and it wasn’t the first time that I had cheated on him either, he knew every time but did nothing about it, not even when I got pregnant by a witch. “

“You really are a bitch ain’t you!” Cal growls out.

“You treated him like that… but why? When all he did was love you!” Ashley’s voice rises more and more and I don’t miss the way his body slightly shakes and I get it, quite frankly I’m fucking furious at hearing how she treated Matthew myself.

I may not have got the privilege of knowing him for long but in the time that I did get to know him I quickly came to care for him a lot and got to know how much of a wonderful man he truly was and he defiantly didn’t deserve this cretin as his mate.

Gamma Ashley

Cal catches my attention as he walks toward me. "Ash, Coby is asking if he can speak with you," he whispers the words like he's trying to prevent anyone else from hearing him, of course, he lets Jack and Liam listen but no one else.

"What, now?"

"Yep."

"Shitty timing." Liam grunts

Cal nods his head agreeing "I know but he said that it's important, he said it's to do with Rachel and Kelly." At the mention of Kelly's name, my senses instantly spike.

"Why dont we bring Coby out here first, see Hailey's reaction to him, see how he acts." Jack's idea isn't a bad one and Cal quickly agrees as he sends Liam and two other warriors to assist Larry with Coby. I may want to believe that he was trying to do the right thing here but I can't trust him right now not to try and run.

Seconds later Liam and the warriors appear back at my side with Coby only they have placed a brown paper back over his head. He hasn't struggled with them at all on his walk to us nor has he tried to run away which is a good sign... for now anyway.

Cal stands to the side of me but faces my mother. "Hailey, do you know who this is?" She studies him for a moment, well what she can see of him anyway before shaking her head silently saying no.

"You should," I grunt out.

"Should I?" She asks with that sly smile back on her face. Looking at this woman now I'm starting to think that she may be telling the truth about Rachel because I've known her my whole life and yet I clearly never knew the real version of her. If she could keep her true self hidden this well then what's to say she couldn't cover up a pregnancy, labor, and another daughter?

"I would think so." Coby's words come out clearly despite the bag over his head. I watch her closely and see the reaction in her eyes when he talks before she quickly tries to cover it up.

"I dont know who that is." She shrugs her shoulders with a dont care attitude but it doesn't wash with me. I look to Cal with a silent question and as soon as he nods giving me permission I take the bag off Coby's head and I dont miss the hatred covering his face as he looks at my mom.

"Coby!" Rachel calls his name with an excited tone as she tries to get up off the floor but our warriors stop her.

"Considering he was a member of your pack, I find it hard to believe that you dont know him, Hailey," Cal shouts out clearly getting tired of all her bullshit just like the rest of us, again she shrugs her shoulders but doesn't say a word "And if you dont know him then how the hell does Rachel know him?"

"Are you really going to act like you don't know me, Hailey?" Coby asks her but she still doesn't speak. He looks at Cal with a determined look on his face and I'm hopeful that we will get some answers from him. "I will tell you everything I know Alpha, Calvin. You to Gamma Ashley." He looks at me as he finishes speaking giving me even more hope.

My twat of a mother however doesn't like the idea and lets out the mother of all screeches and before I know it every one of our pack and Coby are down on our knees with the worst pain I've ever known flowing through our bodies.

I manage to look up enough to see the herd of witches closing in on us with their hands raised at waist level as they rant some mumbo jumbo. I look over to where my mother was standing and there she is with her hands at her waist also chanting the same words... Holy fuck she's a witch.

But I've also seen her wolf which can only mean one thing... she's a fucking hybrid... Well, fuck a duck! My eyes move to the figure next to her and standing there is my so-called sister helping them cause us pain. I look back to my mom, who gives me a wink before raising her hands even higher and the forest is instantly filled with the sounds of growls as our pain increases.
