Oh, he's dead, he’s fucking dead and so is Coby and any other fucker that's in on this with them. I've had many times in my life where I've thought that I was at my most angry but the anger that I feel right now is so bad that I'm even starting to frighten myself.

"Children... he’s got fucking children with him. There are around 10 of them that I can make out all in long nightgowns with some sort of bags placed over their heads. I can't see them clearly enough to guess their ages but they are all incredibly small leading me to believe that they are all younger than Kelly.

He’s holding the hand of the one at the front and while they all hold hands he leads them toward the tunnel.

"There's no excuse for this, they all die!" Liam growls out while everyone around us agrees with their own snarls and growls.

"Abso-fucking-lutley!" Cal snarls causing the ground beneath us to slightly shake. "How much longer do we have to wait?" Jack whines out, he’s getting impainted and I'm right there with him.

"Not much longer, we just need to see if anyone else joins them but don't worry we won't wait too long. We can't and won't risk them hurting any of those children.

Just when I think it couldn't get any worse Coby walks back out from the forest with a fucking smile on his face and follows behind the last of the children as they walk inside the tunnel.

"What the fuck has happened to him? This isn't the Coby that I knew!"

I feel tingles as Jack takes my hand, I turn my head to look at him and get blessed with his caring smile. "Everything’s going to be ok baby." Huh, what is he on about...

"Shit I said that out loud didn't I?" A low chuckle leaves Liam’s lips while he confirms what I thought but a loud vicious growl bounces off the trees around the forest and stops any more words from leaving my mouth.

We all stay still and silent as we look around us for who made that noise and then another vicious roar sounds out and brings everyone to a standstill again.

I turn around at the same time as Jack looking toward the forest across from us to see wolves storming out from the forest and heading right our way and they don't look like they want to have afternoon tea with us. Fuck!

They keep spilling out from behind the trees and it doesn't take long for us to figure out that we are seriously outnumbered here, we need the other group and we need them now.

"Liam phone the others and get them here asap, also find out if Alpha Tito would be willing to send some of his own men here too, things are about to get nasty... fast!”

Our pack has more than its fair share of incredible fighters but the number of wolves coming out of the forest is insane and in all honestly, I don’t see us surviving this on our own.

They start crowding us in and it's not hard to realize that we could potentially be in a full-blown war with goddess knows who at any moment but if we have to fight then so be it because no matter how many of them there are, they ain't stopping me from getting inside that tunnel no fucking chance!

Gamma Jack

This has turned into a major shitstorm very fucking quickly, I've lost count of the number of wolves that have come out of the forest but it's enough to know that we are in trouble and they still haven't finished coming.

Coby and Alpha Ashton get the last of the children inside the tunnel and the wolves that came from the forest start to surround the building.

I look around me seeing looks of despair from my mate, Liam, Cal, and Ryder and I know that it's a reflection of the look that I'm giving them.

“It's gonna be ok guys, we've got this!” Despite the situation, Liam's positive energy is felt among us, that's one thing I love about him no matter the situation he’ll always try and be positive and most of the time he’ll end up saying the one thing to boast all of us.

He was supposed to head to Alpha Titos with the other group when we arrived but he decided at the last minute that he wanted to stay with us and put one of the warriors in charge of the other group and Cal was happy for him to do it and I'm glad.

When shit is hitting the fan he is someone you want around and on your side. “Who the fuck are they?” Cal growls out.

“Fuck if I know. I don't recognize them, not from here anyway.” Ryder answers him with a heavy growl.

“Could be Rogues or they could be Alpha Ashton's men, we only met a few of them when we went to get Kelly.”My mate answers this time.

“Could be, if he's here then it's highly possible that he's brought his men with him or at least some of them with him. They may not even know why they are here, they could have been told that it's just another standard pick visit and that they are coming along for protection.”

Cal says while giving out the look that I know means he's quickly trying to work everything out.“ I don't believe that all of those wolves out there know what's going on.”

My thoughts lay on the edge of my tongue but before I can say a word the noise of a breaking twig has us all looking behind us to find a young boy standing just a few feet away from us. Fuck!

He's standing facing us with his hands in his pockets and his hood up covering his face but still, it's easy to see that he's young maybe even a teenager, and despite the slight shaking that I can see coming from his body he still tries to hold his nerve and I admire him for that.

My pulse picks up its pace at the thought of him blowing our cover especially since the other group hasn't got here yet. “Who are you?” Cal growls out.
