Werewolf
Rejected Their Broken Luna Chapter 116: Chap-116*Maybe I Am Doomed Now.*
Cynthia Dion:
"You rejected her?" I asked, and he nodded.
"I did. I rejected her a few days ago. In fact, I was never with her, as I said," he explained with a smile. Now that Rosalie was out of the way, I realized we were good until I recalled another issue.
This issue was a bit significant for me because it could make him question my faithfulness towards him. But before it's too late and he finds out about it any other way, I have to tell him the truth. So, I was now calming myself down to have a talk with him.
"Okay!" Since I was already married to his brother-in-law, I made the decision not to worry him about Rosalie either.
"There is something I wish to tell you about," I said. But as I started talking to him, he appeared disinterested.
"Atticus? Are you hearing me?" I asked again. He seemed to be shaking his head a lot, constantly trying to hear something.
"Do you hear the mumbling?" He shook his head once more while scowling and closing one eye.
"What mumbles?" I turned to look around, making sure there were no other sounds but us conversing.
"I don’t hear anything," I said.
"Anyway, let’s talk tomorrow," he said abruptly, seemingly losing interest in marking me.
"Oh!" I mumbled, still trying to figure out what had suddenly happened to him. We waited there in awkward silence until his phone rang again, neither of us wanting to move.
When responding to this call, he appeared to be quite loud. "Yes? Okay! I will come over to pick you up," He informed the caller while displaying the name of his sister on the screen. I'm sure he wanted me to know he wasn't talking to anyone else.
"That’s odd," he said as he hung up the phone, his brow furrowing.
"What happened?" I was a little confused about why his sister would ask him to pick her up at midnight and contact him.
"Mr. Holt left her all alone at a motel, and it's been hours since he hasn’t come back," Atticus explained everything in a single breath before changing into his clothing and deciding to go after his sister.
"He's so strange. Why would he leave his pregnant wife alone in a motel?" I asked, shaking my head in disbelief. Mr. Holt was a troublesome man. If only Maleeka agreed, we would have already dealt with him. The only reason he managed to avoid scrutiny was because Atticus would fall for his sister’s tears.
And now that she was pregnant, I wondered if she would ever want him gone.
"That’s him, the devil himself," Atticus commented.
"So, are you going now?" I asked, and he nodded while quickly putting on his shoes.
"She had requested that I fetch her since she's terrified of being there alone," he added.
"What about the weather? It's extremely bad too," Although I worried about him due to the weather, I knew he wouldn’t be concerned. He would do whatever it took to make sure Maleeka was okay if she needed him.
"A simple storm can’t stop me from taking care of my sister, Cynthia," he said, and I decided not to argue with him.
He wasn’t wrong, though. His sister was by herself. She must be so worried and scared. I just wished Mr. Holt hadn’t left her to come here and torture me. I wondered where he might be if he hadn’t come here.
Atticus slowed his pacing and said, "I’ll come back, and then we can deal with that Zeon Hold," and he hurried back to kiss my lips farewell and cup my face in his hands.
The knowledge that he would return for me was consoling. My life will change for the better once I’m free of Mr. Holt, which will happen soon.
While Atticus took his sister back home, I remained in my room. By the time she came, I was so exhausted from the sex that I was unable to even say greet her. So I fell asleep. I don’t know for how long, but it has to be some good hours because I woke up to an anxious beast.
A really loud hammering on my room door startled me. I realized right away that Mr. Holt was home and not in a good mood.
I stumbled to my feet and rushed to the door. I didn’t know what had made him so angry, but I knew he was going to bring me trouble.
"Good morning!" I called out, flung open the door, and greeted him. With red eyes and messy hair, he seemed intoxicated.
"Why did you lock the door?" He immediately asked after parting his lips.
I carefully moved aside to let him enter the room and replied, "I didn’t know you had left your key behind."
"Listen! Don’t try to be too clever around me," He marched in and grabbed my hair from the back of my head, twisting it painfully. "I can destroy you in an instant," he warned.
"I understand," I replied softly, trying to avoid a confrontation with him at this point when I was so close to getting rid of him.
"You understand?" He raised an eyebrow while pinching my cheek to cause discomfort. Just a few more days, and then I'll see how you lay a finger on me.
"I do," I nodded obediently.
Every time I was around him, I felt uneasy.
"Hm! The destination of our honeymoon has been chosen by me. I am certain you will love it there. I will fuck you there," he said in an oblivious manner, but the way he moaned and grinned made my heart flutter.
He was not going to spare me at this time; Atticus needs to act quickly or I will perish. My breath got stuck in my throat as I heard him talk about our honeymoon. Being alone with him will be a death of me.
I felt myself gasping for air as he said, "My beautiful virgin, young wife," and walked into the restroom.
Virgin!
Oh God!
