The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 13: A Beautiful Room

Sarahs POV

I must have fallen asleep on our way here from the hospital. I could tell it was late in the afternoon as the sun was going down. I woke up on the softest bed i have ever felt. It was like sleeping on feathers. I didn't wake up screaming or afraid. The blanket that was covering me was soft on both sides. I wrapped it around me and enjoyed the feeling of it. I finally scooted down the bed to the edge. I was looking for my wheelchair. I couldn't find it. Oddly enough, I didn't start to panic. I figured maybe Ray had forgotten to get it out of the trunk of the car. I lay back on the bed. When there was a soft knock on the door,

"Your Majesty" a young girl said.

I didn't know what to do. I'm still not able to talk. But she comes in and turns on the bedside light.

"Hi Your Majesty, I'm Stacey," she states. I grab my dry-erase board.

Hi Im Sarah I wrote.

"Is there anything I can help you with" she asked.

I need to go to the bathroom, I write.

"Oh, I'll go get your wheelchair and help you" she states.

She leaves the room and comes back with my wheelchair.

"Hear scoot to the side. Once you are near the edge, I will help you scoot from the bed to the chair." She states.

I do as she instructs. I use my arms to lift myself up and scoot into the chair. She pointed to a door in the corner of the room.

"There are the facilities, Your Majesty" she stated.

I nod my head and wheel myself into the restroom. Whoever designed this bathroom must have been designed for someone with disabilities. It didn't take long for me to find the light. Once I turned it on, my jaw dropped. The bathroom is huge. The bathtub is in one and is made out of porcelain. There's a walk-in shower that's in the other corner. That is huge. It has glass sliding doors. The toilet is in the middle and so is the sink. The toilet has grab bars where I can pull myself up. There's a huge full-length mirror. The walls are the color of sky blue and the light switch has dimming abilities. I'm in awe of how big the bathroom is. I do my business and wash my hands. I turned around and turned out there was a wire shelf that had a basket on it with a note.

Sarah, I bought you a few things. I didn't know what you like to use. Love Ray.

I opened the basket and there was more shampoo conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste and more razors. As well as shaving cream for women. They all smell the same.

Some of the things that are in the basket I don't know how to use. Like there is a round thing that says bath bomb on it, bath salts and such. I don't know how to use these things. It's not like I'm going to be taking a bath anytime soon. I know I want a shower so badly. But I don't know how I'm going to get that accomplished. I was deep in thought when there was a knock at the door.

"Your Majesty is everything alright, I hear Stacey" she asked?

I opened the door and nodded.

While I was in the bathroom, she had turned on the lights in the bedroom. Again, I'm in shock. The bedroom is huge. It's just as big as the house that I was in at the White River Clan. You could probably fit another 20 beds in this room. There's a desk on the wall in the bedroom. It is made out of some type of wood. There is a couch in the center of the room. It's navy blue. Then there is a love seat that matches it. Then on the wall there is a TV. I'd never watched TV before. I didn't know how to use it. The bed looks to be a king-sized bed. It has a canopy that is navy blue and everything matches. Then in the corner there is a walk-in closet. I have nothing to put in it except the bag that Brittany gave me.

I was busy admiring the room when there was a knock at the door. Stacey answers the door. It's Ray.

"Good evening ladies" he says as he bows.

"How are you doing?" He asked me.

I pointed to the bed for my dry-erase board. He walks over to the bed and retrieves it for me.

I'm OK and I hurt as I wrote.

"Oh, I forgot to leave your pain pills" he states.

He takes them out of his pocket and hands them to me. I read the bottle and take one every six hours for pain. It says, so I take one out of the bottle. And use the hand motion for drinking. Ray understands and walks over to a little frig and gets water and hands it to me. I take a drink. I was so busy admiring everything else in the room that I hadn't noticed the frig.

Is this all I write?

"Yes Sarah, this is your room with as many luxuries as you want." He responds.

This is too much. I don't need this. All I need is a bed and a blanket, I write.

"No Sarah, you will have everything you need, want and desire." He responds.

OK is all I write. I didn't want to argue with him, and he got mad and hurt me, so I just let it go.

"Sarah, you will have all the basic human rights. The way you were treated before will never happen again. I treat my servants better than you were ever treated. Here there is no punishment unless you break the law, or you are attacking my kingdom," he states.

It was like he could read my mind.

"Now that everything is settled what do you say about some dinner", he asks.

I would love some, since I'm starving I write.

"Alright, how about we go to the kitchen?" He responds.

He comes behind me and pushes my wheelchair out the door and down the hall. There is a kitchen on this floor. I'm just blown away about this place already. I knew palaces were huge from the pictures I saw in magazines, but I didn't know about the inside. This place doesn't remind me of a palace, as everything is modern and its cozy. We went to the kitchen and the cook had already made dinner. The smell makes my mouth water. Ray serves me a plate. On the plate there is half an orange, a couple of small pieces of steak, a small carrot and half a piece of toast.

"The doctor said that you need to start out small, rather than work up to eating full portions of food." He says.

I picked up the orange and took a bite. The flavor of the orange is delicious. I'm chewing slowly and savoring every bite. I eat the orange and then take a bite of the steak. It's so delicious and tender, I decided that I'm going to leave the rest of the steak until I finish everything else. I take a couple of bites of carrot. I'm not a big fan of carrots. Then i eat the piece of toast and then finish the steak. Granted, what was on my plate wasn't very much. I'm stuffed like I just ate Christmas dinner. He then brings me a cup of water and I sip on it. I let out a yawn because I was feeling sleepy.
