The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 21: A Good Day

Sarahs POV

I woke up alone in my bed. A light was in the corner of the room, and I could see it was a female. I guess Ray had something to do. He must have left Stacey there to make sure I was alright. It was the only reason I could think why she was in my room. I stretched my arms, and it didn't hurt to stretch this time. Could that mean that I was healing? My legs smarted, though it takes a long time for broken bones to heal. I'm hoping that they heal soon.

Stacey must have sensed I was awake. She went over to the bedside table and flipped on the bright light that hurt my eyes.

"Good morning, Your Majesty." She said.

I gave her a weak smile. I would have rather seen Ray first thing. It was OK, though I know he has a lot of stuff to do today. Also, today is the day I'm supposed to meet my brother for the first time. I was excited about meeting him. I didn't know much about him. Ray just told me that I had a brother and that he had been looking for me. I know I will never meet my mother or father because they are dead. But it's nice to know I have a family member left. All Alpha Mark told me was that my parents were dead.

I wasn't told anything about my family while in captivity. I didn't even have a name at that time. I was called a girl. I wanted to take a sponge bath before I met him.

" Can you help me bathe?" I wrote.

"Yes, your majesty," Stacey responded.

She goes and runs a bath and helps me undress. She wheels me into the bathroom and helps me get on the shower chair in the bathtub. She lets me do the majority of the work. Which I'm grateful for. She then washed my hair and then handed me a towel. I wrapped my hair up. She brings me a couple of choices to choose from. There is the red dress and the blue dress with spaghetti straps. I decided on that one. She hands me the matching undergarments. I'm finally able to wear a bra. She helps me with my underwear. I then put the dress on. She helps me put on a little make-up to hide the bruises on my face.

She then gets the blow dryer and dries my hair. She puts it up in a bun. I heard the phone ring in my room. Stacey answers it. It was Ray asking her to take me down. We left my room and headed to the elevators. She took me to the first floor, and we turned the corner. I saw a bunch of men standing in a row. All of them bowed to me. I don't know how to feel about that. All of this will take some time to get used to. Stacey knocks on the door. Ray answers.

We were ushered in, and I met my brother for the first time. We sit and visit. He tells me about our kingdom and the mountains that surround the kingdom. He also explained the birthmark to me. He then explained that he would be there often to visit me, which is nice. Ray then states he has business to discuss with him. Stacey wheels me out. She was about to take me back to the floor my room was on. When I then asked her to take me to the garden. I love being in the garden. I loved being outside.

The fresh air was always welcome. She took me to a beautiful flower garden. In the middle is a fountain. The fountain was made of cement with a hummingbird shape for the base. The water is clear, and the basin has little frog statues around it. There are tulips, roses, and various other flowers around it. I especially like daisies. There's a whole patch of them. I have Stacey wheel me over there so I can smell them. I never got to be assigned to the garden when I was at the White River Clan.

"It's a beautiful day," Stacey stated.

I nodded my head yes in agreement with her. It was a beautiful day. It was not hot outside as the weather had started to change for fall. It was the end of August. I love this time of year when the flowers and leaves begin to change color. Not too hot or too cold. The temperature is just right. I start to yawn, and my stomach growls. In all the excitement, I didn't eat my breakfast. It was lunchtime now. Stacey must have heard my stomach growl.

"I think it's time to take you and get something to eat," she stated.

I nodded my head in agreement with her.

"Let's go in and head upstairs to the kitchen," she said.

She rolled me into the elevator. We headed upstairs to the kitchen on my floor, where we met Mike, the cook.

"What would Your Majesty like for lunch?" he asks.

I shrug my shoulders.

"I'll get you some watermelon, a piece of ham, and some potatoes," he says.

I shook my head, yes.

He enters the kitchen, and you hear him banging pots and pans around. He first brings me my watermelon. I taste it. It's sweet and watery. It's so good. I eat it slowly. Enjoying every bite of it. Then he brings me a small piece of ham and a small portion of mashed potatoes. I eat everything on my plate. Everything was so good. I'm so full now and sleepy. I then had Stacey take me to my room. I want to take a nap before dinner. I was lying there comfortable when Ray came in.

"Hey, beautiful." He says.

"You looked so beautiful out in the garden," he stated.

I smile. He lies down next to me and pulls me close. He then kisses me and runs his hands up and down my arms. Which is a new sensation for me and it feels safe.
