Sarahs POV

I was arguing with Ray about going and seeing the girl that had stabbed me. I started to storm out of the hospital when Ray picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. I was kicking and screaming for him to put me down. He stormed out of the hospital and carried me like that all the way back to the palace and straight to the room we were staying in.

Then he dropped me on the bed and turned around and walked out of the room. I was fuming mad. I ran to the door and threw it open, and the guards stepped in front of me. How dare he. He wasn't going to let me out of here. That's OK, I'll figure out a way to get out of here.

I was standing at the door screaming at him and he was ignoring me. He was walking away from me. I then went to the window and watched him transform into Nash and start running. I went and sat on the bed. I sat on the bed for a little bit. I then went and looked out the window. He was nowhere in sight.

I then went to the door and cracked it open. The guards were still there. He was serious about keeping me there. That didn't matter. I still wanted to talk to the girl. I went to the bathroom and looked around. I was hoping there was a door that led to another room I could go through. But no there wasn't. I then tried the window. To my surprise, it opened.

I quietly opened it. The drop wasn't too bad. We were on the second floor. I could jump.

" What are you doing?" Karina asked.

"I'm going to talk to that girl." I stated.

" We are going to jump," she asked.

" Yes we are," I stated.

" Ray is going to be pissed." she stated.

I then shut down communication with her. I didn't want her advice at that moment in time. I wanted to know why she stabbed me. A little girl her age doesn't do anything like that unless there is a reason. She was crying when I approached her. That told me she wasn't evil or was doing it to be mean.

She even apologized before she stabbed me.

"I'll cushion the fall." Karina stated.

"Thank you," I stated.

" I want to know why as well," she stated.

She wanted to know too. I jumped from the window. She emerges just enough to cushion my legs. I got up and walked to the back of the palace. I was looking for the back door into the palace. But to my surprise, there were two guards in front of the door. I walked straight up to them as if I already knew what was behind the door.

" Open the door to the dungeon," I demanded.

" Yes your majesty," they responded to me.

I didn't even know that was the door to the dungeon. I just guessed. They opened the door and followed me inside.

" Where did they take the girl that stabbed me?" I asked.

"She's in the cell at the end of the hall," they stated.

" Alright, please follow me and stand outside the cell." I told them.

" Yes your majesty responded" they responded to me.

I walked to the cell and the little girl was curled up in a ball. She was crying. I have one of them open the cell.

" Will you please get me a chair," I asked them.

" Yes your majesty," they responded.

They bring me the chair and I place it just on the door.

" Please don't hurt me," the girl stated.

"I'm not here to hurt you." I responded to her.

" You know the law if you attack royalty," I stated.

" Yes, I know your majesty," she stated.

" Then why would you stab me?" I asked.

"Because the queen threw my parents into the dungeon because they refused to do it," she stated.

" I did it to get them released," she stated.

Ray came up behind me and she quickly coward down and backed into a corner. Well, there goes my answers. I turned to look at him. The look in his eyes told me he was upset.

" Sarah, can I speak to you?" he asked me.

"Yes," I stated.

We went around the corner away from everyone else.

" What are you doing here?" he asked.

" I told you I was going to talk to her," I stated.

" You jumped out of the window to talk to her." he stated.

" What is wrong with you? You could have gotten hurt, and you could have put our babies in danger," he stated.

He was starting to raise his voice, which was starting to scare me. I was starting to back up and the look in his eyes told me he was sorry for raising his voice at me.

" What did you find out?" he asked.

" Her parents are somewhere in this dungeon," I stated.

" The former queen told her she would let her parents go." I stated.

" I will get to the bottom of that, but will you please get out of here," he asked.

I agreed with him. One of the guards that brought me down here escorted me back up and out of the dungeon. I walked into the palace through the front door and people were shocked to see me. They probably thought I was still in our room. I went to the kitchen to get something to eat. I was hungry. Mike was cooking something that smelled wonderful.

"What's for dinner?" I asked.

"I'm making some baked chicken and potatoes," he stated.

" It smells delicious," I replied.

" Here have some soup." he stated.

I gladly accepted the bowl of soup. I was starving. I haven't eaten since last night. I was in the hospital all night and part of the day. I inhaled the soup and asked for another bowl.

" You need to eat more," he stated.

" I haven't eaten since last night," I replied.

" I know your majesty," he responded.

" You and those pups need alot of calories," he stated.

He was right. I did need to eat alot for myself and the pups in my belly. I ate three bowls of soup, I then declined a fourth bowl as I wanted to save room for dinner. The chicken smelled divine.
