The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 157: Karina And Nash Have Time

Sarahs POV

I walked into the nursery, and Ray smiled at me. He was holding Isabella. She was cooing and smiling. Ray had that fatherly pride smile on his face. Raymond was starting to cry. I went and picked him up. He needed to be changed. I changed him, sat in the rocking chair, and fed him. After he was done eating, I burped him and rocked him for a while. He was cooing and smiling. We sat in the nursery with the pups for a while. They finally fell back to sleep.

" Let's shower and get ready for the day," Ray stated.

When we take a shower, I undress, and Ray again stops me from jumping in right away. He turns me towards the mirror.

" Do you see how beautiful you are?" he states.

I blush as always. I do not see what he sees. I see those scars and the pain I went through. I see a scared little girl and not a woman.

" I know you will see it in time, "he states.

We then get in the shower. He stands behind me like always, and he starts washing my back. I put my hands against the wall for support and relaxed enough to enjoy feeling his hands on my body. He then washes my buttocks and my neck. He then grabs the shampoo and cleanses my hair. I enjoy what he is doing. I have my eyes closed, and I appreciate him massaging the shampoo into my hair while he is doing that, massaging my scalp.

He then rinses my hair, grabs the conditioner, and massages it into my hair. Again, he rinses my hair. He then grabs the body wash and washes the front half of me. I enjoy it when he pampers me. It feels amazing. I think it feels so amazing because it's my mate and his hands doing it. He rinses me off, and he turns around, and I wash his back. I then try to wash his front for him, and he stops me.

" No baby, I don't want you to do that," he states.

" I enjoy pampering you," he states.

He washes his front and hair. We finish our shower and get out. I chose to wear some lounging pants and a tank top. We would be traveling this evening, and I wanted to be comfortable before I had to change. I was going to wear a pantsuit for girls while traveling, but I just wanted to be comfortable before we left. Ray put on a pair of shorts and a tank top.

"Care to let Karina and Nash run for a little while," he asked.

" Yes," I stated.

I took off my clothes and shifted to Karina. He shifted into Nash. They went over and looked at their pups. Karina licked and nuzzled them, and Nash did the same. After they were satisfied that the pups were fine, they went to the door. The nannies opened the door for them to exit. We went out the back door and went running. They enjoyed running and keeping each other company. They lay down in the sun and cuddled with each other.

They chased each other through the trees and around the waterfall, splashing in the pond that the waterfall ran into. We were in Lycan form for a while, just letting them enjoy time together. Karina wanted to learn how to fight and hunt. I will bring it up to Ray later. I'm sure while we are at the White River Clan, we will have time to do both. Nash got a mind-link from Brittany that Donald, the king of witches, was there.

We slowly made our way back to the house. When we arrived, Nash shifted back into Ray. He told me to go to the bedroom and shift back into my human form, which I did. On my way through the living room, I saw Donald. He looked at me and nodded his head. Karina nodded her head back. We went into the bedroom and shifted back into human form. I then went and took another shower.

I then got dressed again and went to check on the pups. They were awake. The nannies had them on the floor, and they were playing on the floor. I sat on the floor and watched them play, talking to them and rubbing their backs while they were on their tummies. They started to roll over, push up on all fours, and try to crawl. They were growing, and I was enjoying them. I then went to get something to eat.

Mike had lunch, and it was set out on the bar. I made myself a plate and sat down at the table. Ray came in a few minutes later and got some lunch as well. He had put on a jogging suit. He did not look happy. I wonder what had happened between him and Donald.

" What is wrong?" I asked.

" I will tell you later," he stated.

That was not like him. He usually told me everything. So, for him to keep something a secret for the time being was odd. It could mean only one thing: I or the pups were in danger. I did not like that idea. But that is part of being a queen. I have been in more danger than if I had been a slave. At least then, I knew I was in danger all the time. But whenever I get comfortable, something else pops up.

I knew Ray would do his best to ensure the pups and I were safe. Karina was purring in her little corner. She really enjoyed today, and I'm glad she did. There will be more opportunities for Nash and her to spend time together. They need to be with each other. We finished our lunch, and then I walked in the garden. I have been so busy with everything that I have not had time to do anything.

I wanted to enjoy some time in the garden. I was sitting on a bench with the sun on my face when I heard a noise behind me. It was Eric. I ran up to him and threw my arms around his neck. I have not seen him in a while. He hugged me so tightly that I thought he would crush me.

" Baby sister," he stated.

" Eric, I have missed you," I replied.

" What are you doing here?" I asked.

If he was there, there could only be two reasons: either he came to see me, or Rays had asked him to come to help with something. Either way, I was happy to see him. We have not had time to get to know each other really well. I was going to enjoy having him around, regardless of the reason.

"I'm here because Ray asked me to come," he stated.

"I'm sure it has everything to do with the threats happening," I replied.

"I'm sure, but I'm grateful for the invitation because I get to see you," he said.

He had a smile on his face. That told me he was as happy as I was.
