The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 169: Danger, Danger

Sarahs POV

After being taken to the pup's bedroom as a safety precaution and hearing the door being locked outside, I was no longer scared. I was not locked in because I was a prisoner but for protection. I knew Ray would make sure everything was taken care of. He was going to find the voice. The voice belonged to Ezekiel. He was pure evil. He would beat me and then rape me repeatedly over days. What Roland did could never compare to what he had done to me.

He would send the "disobedient" girls to him. But a lot of the time, it was because he was just being mean and vindictive. Then sometimes, they gang rape me and the other girls. So it must have been happier than ever since Roland was gone. He did not have to ask for permission or share. But I knew Caleb would not allow him to continue his activities. If Caleb caught him continuing his activities, he would have him executed right there.

It was starting to get late, and I was getting hungry. I went and knocked on the door. Christopher, my brother's beta, answered.

" Yes, Your Majesty," he responded.

" Will you please have some dinner delivered to us," I asked.

" Yes, Your Majesty," he responded.

He would have said yes just because I am the queen, which is alright. The only one who tells me no is Ray, but that is alright. It wasn't even twenty minutes before there was a knock on the door. A tray of food was wheeled into the room, along with a couple of cans of formula and some bottles of water. But we would be OK until Ray came and got me. The nannies were standing at the door.

I knew nobody was getting through the door, and if they did, they would fight.

Then there was me, and nobody would get to my pups. After they wheeled the food in, they exited the room and locked the door. There was some baby cereal, and the nannies made it up for the pups. I fed it to them and then changed them and made them a bottle. I held them and rocked them. Truthfully, I could get used to this—just being with the pups and not doing other things. I enjoy it so much.

But I knew it wasn't going to last. I knew I would have to tend to my royal duties. We finished eating dinner and then bathed the pups. I tried the door to see if it was unlocked, but it was not. That means the danger had not been handled. I put the pups in bed and was ready to return to my room, get a shower, and get ready for bed.

I was covering up Isabella when the bedroom door opened. It was Ray. He informed me that he had not found the guy with the voice that caused me to freeze. I told him his name was Ezekiel. He said that it would help in finding him. But until they captured him, I could not go anywhere alone, which I expected. I did not intend to go anywhere alone. I knew this place was terrifying.

We went to our bedroom, showered, and got ready for bed. We were lying in bed when there was a noise outside our bedroom door. Ray immediately jumped up and ran to the door. He carefully opened it and looked out into the hall. He immediately shut the door and locked it.

" Sarah, we need to get you to the pups' room," he stated.

" Why, what's going on?" I asked.

" Someone has set fire to the old orphanage," he stated.

That was not good. He took me to the pup's bedroom and locked the door. I then had the nannies move the pup's playpen by the window just in case we needed to go out the window. Then, a thought occurred to me. I opened the window and looked at the sky. I started to think about rain, and it began to rain. I had my hands up in the air, making it rain, but I was in control. I was channeling my fear into the clouds and making it.

It was helping to put out the fire at the old orphanage. I was so occupied with it that I did not hear the bedroom door being kicked. I felt a pair of heads over my mouth, eyes, and then that evil voice.

" Your majesty better keep your mouth shut if you want to live."

It was Ezekiel. When we turned around, the nannies were knocked out, and the pups were still in their playpen. They were crying, and objects were floating around the room. The pups' crying was making it a storm in the nursery. I purposely tripped over the leg of a chair. We both fell to the floor. He tried to pull me up by my hair. In the past, I would have started to cry and beg him to leave me alone. When he got me to my feet, I stomped on his toes, and he slapped me.

It stunned me for a moment. I did as Brittany had taught me by grabbing, putting my back to him, and throwing him over my shoulder. I then grabbed both of the pups and ran out of the room. The nannies were right behind me, but they had transformed into their lycans. We were running down the hall when I ran into Christopher Eric's beta. It was still raining outside, and it was still helping put out the fire. I ran to find Ray.

I found Ray at the front of the fire brigade. He was holding a hose, trying to put the fire out. He had a shocked expression, and he saw me running towards him with the pups. He knew something had happened.

"Baby, what's wrong? Why are you out here?" he asked.

" I was attacked in the pups' room," I responded.

His eyes went completely black. He let out the loudest growl I have ever heard. He then handed the hose to someone else. He ran past me, jumped into the air, and shifted to Nash. I gave the pups to the nannies. I then shifted to Karina. I was right behind him, running towards the pack house. I then felt something sharp go into my neck. Then everything went black. When I woke up, I was chained by the neck to a wall.

" Now that I have you where I want you," Ezekiel stated.

" What the hell do you want with me?" I responded.

" I want your body," he responded.

I did not even see him leave the pack house. How did he get behind me? I was so worried about chasing after Ray/Nash that I did not pay attention. I was getting angry that the weather outside had changed. The wind had picked up, and it was intense. I was trying to pull against the chain on my neck. It was burning, and the pain was unbearable. But I still fought against the chains. I then tried to mind-link Ray. I have never used it. Usually, he could find me because of the location of the weather center.

But I was in a building that I knew was not in the village, so I had no idea how he was going to find me. I did not get a response from Ray. I don't know if the building could block the mind link.
