The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 29: The Check-Up

King Rays POV

After what happened after dinner the other night, I was surprised when Sarah wanted me to take my shirt off. I was even more surprised that she was running her fingers over my skin. It was torturing me, but in a good way. I wanted to grab her hand and flip her on her back. Then I wanted to rip her clothes off and make love to her. But I resisted it. I know she noticed my erection but i don't think she realized the effect of her touching me like that, was turning me on. She wasn't a virgin. But that was taken against her will. I want her to be comfortable with me, and I'm not going to take advantage of that.

As far as I was concerned, she was as innocent as a virgin. She had no knowledge of what turns a man on. I hope she falls asleep soon. I don't know how much more I can take and not take action. She lifts her head up. I kissed her deep and passionately. She lays her head back down and falls asleep. I was in a deep sleep when I heard her scream. She was having another nightmare. I was reaching for her, and she was still screaming and was scooting away from me. She is still in the fog of the nightmare and must think I am who is ever hurting her. I tried to catch her before she fell off the bed, but I was too late. She fell off the bed and hit the bed frame.

She finally woke up from the nightmare. I was sitting on the floor across from her, and she was crying. I didn't go to her as much as I wanted to. I wanted her to come to me. She finally crawled into my lap. She started sobbing like a baby for a long time. I held her and rocked her for a long time, reassuring her that she was OK and that she was never going to be hurt again. She finally calms down. I picked her up and sat her on the bed.

" I'll be right back," I stated.

She had a look of confusion on her face.I then went to the fireplace and light it. I then remade the bed that I had made on the floor. I then went back to bed. I then picked her up and carried her over to where the fireplace is. I sat her gently on the floor. I then sat down. After I sat down, I pulled Sarah on top of me and positioned her on my lap.

" You are soaked princess." I stated.

I then go into the bathroom and start running a bath. I then went to find a couple of trash bags, so I could wrap Sarah's legs in them. I then find a couple of candles and light them. I then went and got Sarah off the floor and carried her into the bathroom. I took her clothes off and sat her on the shower chair. I take my clothes off, and I leave my boxers on. I then climb into the bathtub and pick her up and sit her on my lap. I position her legs so they are on top of mine. I bathe her slowly and gently so that way she can relax.

We sat in the bath for a very long time. So long that the water has gotten cold.

" Time to get out, princess. The water has gotten cold. I didn't have the heart to wake you. You looked so comfortable and beautiful sleeping," I stated."

I then picked her up out of the water and carried her back into the bedroom. I go to the bed and get a couple of blankets and wrap both of us up in them. She goes back to sleep.

"I love you." I told her. I wake up when I hear the sound of fighting going on outside. I went to the window and looked out the window. It's just warrior training. I then carried Sarah back to bed. I will send Stacey in. Sarah is going to the doctor today. I hope she gets her casts off. I go to my room and get dressed.

I heard Stacey talking to Sarah. She is helping her get ready. I do some paperwork. Stacey is going to get her some breakfast. I am going to look for Sarah. I found her in the library. She looks like she is enjoying herself.

" Hey sweetheart what are you doing," I asked.

She pointed to the books.

" Do you like to read?" I asked.

She shook her head, yes.

"OK darling, when we get back from the doctor I'll bring you in here and let you pick out some books." I stated.

She shook her head, yes.

"Alright, we need to get to the doctor." I stated.

She had me stop by Brittany. She told her she wanted to talk to her. I wondered what she wanted to talk with her about. Did I do something wrong? She tells me I did nothing wrong. It must be a girl's things that she wants to talk to her about.

"If you need girl advice, then talk to my sister all you want," he said.

I was pleased after the doctor examined her and came back with good news. He cut her casts off. She tried to walk a little, but her leg muscles were weak, and she needed to relearn how to walk. The doctor gave us some exercises and stretches to do to rebuild her legs. He suggested starting with swimming as an exercise. That way we didn't hurt her legs again. We were in the car, and she wanted to sit on the seat. But I didn't let her. She belongs on my lap. We pulled up to the palace and everyone was waiting to greet us. I mind-linked Caleb before we left and told them the good news.
