The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 86: Strange Events

King Rays POV

Last night we had a little rough sex. I left before Sarah woke up. I was letting her sleep. We have had a lot of busy days. She needed to rest. We were carrying out the executions today. There were burn piles everywhere. Witches were screaming because they were being burned at the stake. That was the best way to break all the spells that they had cast.

The smell of burning bodies was nasty. It was not a pleasant spell. We were burning the corpses of lycans as well as the ones we beheaded. There were several ways to kill us. Silver was one of them and being beheaded was also one of them. I had people cleaning the gallows. We still had several lycans to execute. I was dragging a witch's body to the burn pile when the sky started getting dark.

The trees started swaying. I knew that Izzy and Donald would be starting to train Sarah about her powers. So I wasn't worried. I started to worry when the trees started to be uprooted. I knew it was Sarah practicing her powers but to have this kind of power was beyond dangerous. I finished dragging the witch's body to the burn pile.

I then decided to go and see what was going on. The trees that had been uprooted were then thrown at a pile of rocks. They hit their mark. Just as I was walking over to the courtyard I saw Donald walking over there as well. So it was just Izzy and Sarah for the moment. I was still leery of Izzy. Especially now learning that she cast the spell improperly.

I saw a couple of fireballs hit the rocks. The sky was still pretty dark. Then it started raining, thundering, and lighting. I could see what was happening. When Sarah formed a ball with her hands lighting started to come from her fingers. She aimed it at the rocks and hit the rocks. It was like a bomb going off. The explosion sent everyone running. I was angry because those rocks could have hurt someone. I then came into view.

" What the hell is going on?" I asked.

"I'm practicing harnessing my powers," she stated.

" Ohh," I stated.

I then ushered everyone away. I wanted everyone as far away from the courtyard as possible. I then called Donald to me I wanted to talk to him about Sarah's power.

" Is there any way you can help her to tune down the force of her powers? Just because she is practicing." I asked Donald.

" I will try to get her to tune it down," he stated.

He then went back to where Sarah was.

"Let's try using the lighting again, but this time let's try to tune down the emotions," Donald stated.

" OK I'll try," she stated.

Again it started to rain. There was lighting and storming again. I was very pleased that she was learning to tune down her emotions and powers. Again lighting came from her fingers this time it just left a burn mark. Then lighting bolts came from her hands. Then the sky turned completely black everything was still. There was an angry wind. I turned as I heard Donald yell.

" No Sarah, don't do that." Donald was yelling.

I looked where Sarah is at. She had the look of fear on her face. That is not what is supposed to be happening. She shifted to Karina just standing there. Except Karina was standing on two legs hunched over. Now this is strange. I tried approaching her. She growled at me. Trees were swaying back and forth.

Then out of nowhere, there was a tranquilizer dart. I looked over my shoulder and Donald put down a blow gun. I go to where Sarah is. I picked her up and took her to our room. I lay her on the bed and covered her up. She will be asleep for a while. I go and find Donald. I need to know what happened. Why did she stop shifting and was upright?

If this can be passed to our pups. This could be starting a new race of lycans. It was not ok. I was thinking about the possibilities when I ran into Donald and knocked him down.

"I'm so sorry I did not see you," I stated.

" Your majesty a lot has happened," he stated.

" Tell me what going on with Sarah," I stated.

We went to my office. He explained that the powers could help her stay upright. That will help her during the shift and she could use her powers when she is in lycan form. But it did come with a cost. Over time there was a possibility that she would not shift back. Already her hair had a white strip in it. To me, it made her even more attractive. But what would she think?

" We need to help her control her fear," Donald stated.

" I agree," I stated.

" When she to weal these powers were keeping her alive. Now that she is strong and with pups these powers are in full force." Donald stated.

We finished our conversation. I then went to our room. She was still asleep. I had the mirrors removed until I could tell her what happened to her. I wanted to explain everything to her. I told everyone that she was a little different right now. Her hair had a white streak in it and her eyes were going to stay the emerald green.

I did not want to disturb her so I got a blanket and a pillow and curled up on the couch. I was staring at her and fell asleep. I heard her wrestling around with the blanket. I immediately jump up. I trip over the blanket I was covering up with. Then I fall on the bed. She scouted back. I guess she was expecting me to fall on her.

I try to make it look like it was intentional. The way I fell. But I know it was that I tripped.

" Are you OK," I asked after I fell on the bed.

" Yes, what is wrong?" she asked.

" You were practicing your powers then something strange happened," I stated.

" What happened?" she asked.

I quickly changed the subject.

" We need to get you something to eat," I stated.

" Ok," she stated.

" Here are some pajamas," I stated.

She took the pajamas and went to the bathroom to get dressed. I had called the doctor to come get her out. The doctor arrived while she was changing. He greeted her as she came out of the bathroom.

" Your majesty, I'm here to check you," he stated.

" I'm fine," she stated.

" Let's do a quick check," he stated.

He did his check and informed us everything was fine. While the doctor was checking her out I went and got her some food. She finished eating and then yelled.

" WHAT IS GOING ON?" she yelled.
