The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 192: Freeing Myself

Sarahs POV

After Ray had busted into my room and started to fight the witch, who was dressed all in black, somehow, Donald had managed to move behind me and pull me off the bed. I had been quiet, and he had his hand over my mouth. I was trying to struggle against him. He then put a knife to my throat. I immediately stopped struggling. Ray had the witch against the wall by the neck and asked him what was happening and who had sent him when he said the king did. Ray then immediately dropped the man onto the floor and turned around. The look on his face was that of horror and shock. Donald then threatened him not to fight and not follow him while he had the knife to my throat.

The tone of Ray's voice was the saddest thing that I heard coming from Ray. It was him pleading for Donald not to kill me. That broke my heart almost completely into two. Then, what happened next surprised me. Donald snapped his fingers, and we finished. All I remember at that moment was a lot of smoke, and then the smoke finally cleared. We were magically at the base of a mountain. How did he do that? What was the spell that you could instantly teleport to somewhere else? I will have to learn this, but not from him. Then he still had the knife to my throat, and I had butted him in the nose. His nose was bleeding, but I did not care. I immediately turned around and punched him in the head so hard that it knocked him out. I recognize this mountain. It was three miles from the White River Clan.

I ran as fast as I could back to where Ray was when I walked into the house. He was not there, but people were setting up tents everywhere. What was going on? I was only gone in a few minutes. At least that's what I thought, and then I saw the lights in the jail on. There were only a handful of prisoners, and from what I understand, they put the prisoners to bed at ten, and it was way past ten o'clock. I ran to the jail opening. The door was still open. I ran into the jail and down the hall. I could see Eric and Caleb what they were doing, and then it dawned on me that they were interrogating the prisoner. I ran faster down the hall.

I then ran into the jail cell and stopped at the door. I saw the look of disbelief on his face. Ray was so surprised to see me. At first, he did not believe it was me, which is understandable. It broke my heart that he did not think it was me. But the witches are good at illusions and disguising themselves as other people. Then Ray dropped the prisoner and went over to me. He still had a look of disbelief on his face. Then he pulled a silver knife out of his pocket. Why would he be carrying the silver knife around? But I did not question what kind of weapons he had because that did not bother me, and it did not concern me either what he chose to carry as a weapon.

" How did you escape?" he asked.

" I headbutted him, and then I struck him in the head with my fist, and he was knocked out," I stated.

" If you are my mate, then you would not mind taking a little test," he stated.

He handed me the silver knife. I knew this was going to hurt, and I was going to bleed a lot, but I did not care. I wanted him to see that it was me and nobody else. I cut myself. I think a little too deep, but I did not care. It did hurt, and the wound was not healing as the knife was made of silver, which prevented me from healing. I was so distraught over having to cut myself that it had started raining outside. The fact I was not healing fast then proved to him that it was me. He then wrapped his arms around me and immediately apologized for not believing me.

I was in his arms and started to cry. I then fainted the next time I woke up. I was back in the guest bedroom, and Dr. Bernard was willing to remove the portable X-ray machine. I was also topless, which I had not done before, which told me that either Ray removed my garment or the doctor did it either way. It did not matter to me. Doctor Bernard had several vials of blood. He then covered me up.

"It's so good that you're back," he stated.

I looked at him with surprise. I was not gone that long. I was only gone for thirty to forty minutes tops. I don't know how long I was gone. But in that short amount of time that I had been gone, I could tell that Ray was ready to go to war. He had called all the Alpha's from all the other clans. They were there, and so was Darren, the king of dragons, but that did not make sense. I thought, as I hadn't been gone that long, I didn't believe it. Did it take me a couple of hours to run here? That is possible. My legs aren't as strong as everyone else's. So, for it to take me a couple of hours made sense. I have not been running or working out. Which I now regret. I've been doing a lot of walking and other exercises.

Doctor Bernard left and took the machine with him. Next, Eric came in. I reached out to him to hug him. The blanket dropped off the front of me. I did not care. I wanted to hug my brother. He stopped where he was and turned around. He cleared his thrust, and I then pulled the blanket up and held it as tight as I could against my chest.

" I'm decent. You can turn around now," I stated.

He then finished coming to me. He hugged me.

" I'm so glad you are safe," he stated.

Next, Dr. Bernard and Ray came in.

" Well, good news. She is Sarah, and the better news is that she is pregnant," he stated.

I then fell back against the pillows in the bed. How could I be pregnant again and in such a short amount of time? I thought to myself. My reproductive system must be in overdrive. Ray's look told me that he was happy but as surprised as I was. "Also, she is as healthy as a horse, " the doctor stated.

That was good to hear. I looked at Ray, and his face lit up even more. I knew he was concerned about my health and all the stress I'd been under. He did not want me to get sick again and be unable to take care of the pups or myself.

" I will leave you too to talk," the doctor stated.

After the doctor left, Ray came and sat on the bed.

" Princess, I don't know what I would've done. If you had been killed," he stated.

" Well, I wasn't. I responded.

He then just reached out to me and pulled me close.

" I am so glad that you are safe, " he whispered in my ear.

" I'm glad you are my Sarah, " he stated.

I didn't understand what he meant by that, but I'm pretty sure he had his doubts when I ran into the jail cell, especially after being kidnapped by Donald. I am getting stronger, and I could defend myself to a point when I hit Donald. I was afraid for my life, and I put all my energy and muscles behind that hit.
