The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 170: I Need To Find Her

King Rays POV

After Sarah froze up while sitting on my lap, she told me the voice she had just heard belonged to someone who had hurt her. I got up and accidentally dumped her on the floor. I then went to look for the voice. But I did not find anyone. I then went back to the room where I had left Sarah. She was picking herself up off the floor. I quickly ran over to her and helped her off the floor. I apologized to her. She just laughed. I then carried her to the pup's room.

I then walked out of the room and started talking to the guards.

" No one goes into this room," I stated.

" Yes, Your Majesty." They all responded.

" Myself, Donald, Eric, Mike, Christopher, and Brittany are the only ones allowed to enter this room," I stated.

" Yes, Your Majesty." They all responded.

I then shut the door and locked it behind me. I knew that Sarah would understand what was going on. She did not need to ask any questions. I then went to try and find that voice again. I went to the dungeon and interrogated a couple of the prisoners. I then went to the first cell. It was one of the Lycans that their mate had rejected. He was torn up emotionally. He would be the easiest to interrogate first.

He was going to die either way. How he answered my questions would determine how he died.

" You are going to die," I stated.

" What is your name?" I asked.

" Manny," he responded.

" Who is the man in charge of the "slaves" now that Roland is gone," I asked.

" I won't tell," he stated.

I did not have time to argue with him. I wanted to get to the bottom of this. I tried to find the beast that Sarah was afraid of. I sent him back to his cell. Then I got the other one that their mate had rejected. Maybe he can help me with whom this person was. The guards came back and told me he had died in his cell. When I went to see what happened, he somehow found a silver spike and jammed it through his heart. That would kill any lycan.

At this point, I was exhausted and hungry. So I went to the kitchen to get something to eat.

" I took the queen and the pups something to eat earlier," Mike stated.

" Very Good," I responded.

I then went to the bedroom where Sarah and the pups were and unlocked the door. Sarah was bending over the playpen, covering up Isabella. I walked up behind her, wrapped my arms around her, and pulled her close. I needed to feel her body next to mine. I would do anything to protect my family. I said good night to the nannies and the pups and then went to our bedroom. We took a shower.

I held Sarah while we showered. Just skin-on-skin contact was helpful. Seeing her naked and touching her nude body was enough to get me hard. But I was not going to make love to her tonight. I want to hold her. I grabbed the loofa and put some of her body wash on it. I then washed her back. I then washed her hair for her. I then have her turn around so I can wash her front. We finish our shower. I get out of the shower first, dry myself off, and put on a pair of shorts.

I then helped her get out of the shower. I dry her off and get her pajamas. I helped her to get dressed. I loved taking care of her and spoiling her. After today, she needed it. This place was not a safe place for her. I had her come with me so she could see the difference it made that she was queen. But it was not working out like I had hoped. Instead, there was a man out there who had hurt her, and I could not find him.

After she was dressed, we went and laid down. I pulled her close to me and ran my hand up and down her arm when I heard noises outside our bedroom door. I went to investigate. I opened the door, and Eric was outside.

" What's wrong?" I asked.

" The orphanage is on fire," he responded.

" Was there anyone in there?" I asked.

" No, I don't think so," he responded.

I then shut the door and turned to Sarah. I explained that the orphanage was on fire and I needed to help. She understood, and I escorted her to the pup's room. I did not have to tell her to stay there. She already knew. I then ran outside to help. I was assisting the fire brigade when the weather changed. It was raining. I knew it was Sarah, but this wasn't out of control. It was focused on the orphanage, and she was trying to help. I was happy that she had learned to control her powers.

I had the hose in my hands, and Sarah came running out of the pack house straight towards me. She had the pups. I knew it was not good that she was out there. The nannies had shifted to their lycans. That was not a good thing. Something terrible had happened. When Sarah finally reached me, she explained that Ezekiel was in the bedroom, knocked out, and that he had attacked her. My eyes turned black as rage built up in me.

I would find him and kill him for touching her. I handed the hose to another person and took off running. I shifted into Nash, and Sarah was not far behind me when she shifted into Karina. I reached the door of the pack house and cautiously entered the house. When I got to the pup's room, Ezekiel was gone. That meant that he had woken up and left the room. I waited for Sarah, but she never showed up.

I then backtracked my footsteps, and I smelled her blood. No, it can not be that she has been hurt, and she is now missing. Where would he take her? What does he want with her? I knew it wasn't good. I need to find them quickly. I then mind-linked Caleb to gather Donald, Brittany, Eric, and Christopher. We meet at the front of the house. I asked Caleb about any abandoned building in the village that he could take her to. He stated that there are a few. We search for the first one, and they are not there.

We searched the other buildings, and there was no trace of them. I was starting to go insane. I was pacing back and forth, trying to think of anything I could do to find Sarah faster. Caleb knows there are abandoned buildings outside the village, but they are made of bricks, making it hard for anyone to access them. Then I could feel burning around my neck. It was the familiar burn of silver. Someone had silver around her neck. We then take off to search the buildings that are outside the village.

I could sense someone trying to mind-link me. I had to be Sarah trying to use it for the first time. We never had the need to communicate that way before, but she is trying to use it. Then, it dawned on me that we needed to look for where the trees were moving violently. I knew that would be where we found her and Ezekiel. I followed the direction the wind was coming from.
