The Lost Princess Of The Lycans Chapter 133: Thoughts

King Rays POV

I had a witch pinned on the ground and had my teeth in her throat. I jerked left, then right, and tore her head off. Then I thought I heard Sarah's voice. But I knew that was impossible because she was in the secret room with the pups. I could feel her presence. Was I losing my mind?

The wind, rain, and lighting were all focused on the witches. I knew it wasn't Donald and Izzy who were busy helping the dragon. I just felt her presence. It was calming, but yet it was full of energy. Where the dragons and lycans were, the weather was calm and helpful. Several witches were being burned alive and dying. I could see Zorro, and he was fighting something invisible, like a magical force.

I could see his true appearance. It was ugly and old, but he did have the strength to fight. But he was letting all these witches die and just observing until this force attacked him. It was not long before the force that attacked him knocked him to the ground, and it seemed to be draining him of his power.

Then, this white light started to radiate from out of nowhere. Then I knew it was Sarah. But how would she do it if she was not here? I knew Donald was teaching her and showing her what she could do with her powers. I did not think she knew how to control this kind of power. I then looked over where Donald was, and the expression on his face told me that he was concerned. Sarah was doing this and using the power that had made her hair and things change.

I wondered why it would make her appearance change. That I did not understand. I knew it was a powerful spell. It did knock Zorro out, and he was being held down. He was not going to escape this time. Donald stopped his focus on the door, and then a thick blackness came from him, and it stopped Sarah's spell. I could feel that she was in trouble. I assumed that the spell that Donald had just cast had knocked her out or potentially hurt her.

But the spell she was casting without even knowing it was hurting everything around us, and it needed to be done. I will speak to her about the effects of the spell, but right now, I will go to her and take care of her. The witches were surrendering. I was walking towards the dungeon when the king of vampires approached me.

It was just like them watching a fight and not participating.

" Can I help you?" I snarled at him.

" Yes, you can. I want to thank you for stopping him," he stated.

" You are not welcome. You did not help us with this now if you want to help gather the injured and get them to the hospital." I snarled.

I then walked away from him and went to my family. They were more important than trying to argue with him. Vampires were always a pain in the ass. They wanted to sit on the sidelines and act like they did you a favor. Unless he purposely kept him in their camp so that he would not wreak havoc on other beings, I did not want to hear that.

When I walked into the room, Sarah was in bed and asleep. From what I could see, there were no signs of physical harm. She was tired from using all that energy, and I'm sure the spell Donald cast drained her of her energy, too. The nannies had robes on. I did not think they had to put extra clothes in this room for themselves. I'm sure that they were fine. I will have to remember to have them give me a couple of sets of clothes to stick in there for them.

I quietly walked over to the bed and sat down on the chair. I gently grabbed her hand and started rubbing it gently.

" Hey, princess, I need you to open your eyes." I gently whispered in her ear.

I had tears in my eyes because I did not know how badly she was injured or if she was injured. It was a couple of minutes before she started to wake up. Her eyes opened suddenly, then she jumped out of bed and landed on my lap. I let out a small groan. It did not hurt me when she landed on me. It did knock the wind out of me. I was surprised by her actions. But I was thrilled that she was OK. The fact that she jumped out of bed told me she was OK. I was surprised she had that much energy. I then laid her back in bed.

I then scolded her. She had to stop giving me heart attacks and scaring the hell out of me. I then informed her that we had a lot to talk about. But I said all that with a smile on her face. It was my way of letting her know I was not mad at her. The fact is that I'm proud of her.

I could tell she was looking me up and down for injuries. I only had a few minor cuts and bruises. That was it. The nannies were tending to the pups while I was tending to Sarah. She then tried to get up to tend to the pups, but I would not let her. She looked at me in shock about my tone and the words I was using. But I was trying to get the point across that I was concerned.

She always puts herself in danger, which drives me crazy. But I guess that is what a good queen does. My mother was the same. She would fight alongside my father if there was ever an occasion for it. She then gently touched my shoulder, and I held her hand in place. The reassurance felt good, exactly what I needed.

I then explained that her spell was so potent that Donald had to cast a counter. She was shocked. I know that she does not know what she is doing. That particular spell is very powerful and filled with rage. She has built up so much rage because of what has happened to her.

She had never really talked about what had happened to her before I found her and took her home. She will have to speak to someone about things to control that rage. It would be beneficial for her. I will discuss it with her when I am sure all the danger is passed, and we can return to the palace. I'm missing all the comforts and my bed. Plus, I'm sure things must be unpacked in the nursery there.

I have presented the pups to everyone in the kingdom here, but it's not like home. Everyone I brought with me had families they had not seen in months.
