The Inescapable Celibate Heir Chapter 105: Distinguishing Treatment

Lyndon glanced at Leon. The female lead had been cast with Hestia Sharp, a popular actress in recent years, strongly recommended by the investors.

Leon wasn't entirely satisfied, but since he wasn't the one in charge of the project, he had to consider various factors.

Besides, Hestia's acting was decent, just not his top choice. This information couldn't be revealed yet; it had to align with the marketing strategy for the female lead.

However, the male lead was chosen from Nexus College, so he smiled mysteriously and said, "The male lead is from your school. You can take a guess."

Just then, Dennis arrived, and Ella sat up straight, excitedly saying, "It must be Dennis! Dennis, am I right?"

In her previous life, Dennis had starred in "The Lonely Hero," quickly gaining attention and becoming a popular actor.

He played a young man from an ordinary family who, after a sudden tragedy where his entire family was killed, was the sole survivor. He then collected clues to find the culprits.

During this journey, he unexpectedly gained superpowers and eventually became a hero, protecting the people.

Recently, Ella had been doubting her memories from her past life. Victoria had changed a lot compared to before, even changing her name and becoming more assertive.

Every time Ella tried to sabotage her, Victoria managed to avoid it, which shouldn't have been possible.

But with Jasmine transferring schools and the crew coming to cast roles, things were aligning with her past life.

If Dennis was still the male lead, it would confirm her memories were accurate. Victoria's changes might be related to Ella arriving at the Scott family earlier in this life.

Dennis smiled and nodded, "It's me."

Indeed, she still had a grasp on important developments. Choosing Dennis was the right move; he would become the best male lead in the future, and she would be the leading man's beloved wife.

Ella was thrilled until she saw Dennis introducing Victoria, "Mr. Myles, Mr. Schmidt, this is my friend Victoria."

Leon stood up with a big smile, "No need for introductions. Victoria, why didn't you say hi when you saw me?"

Ella was first angry that Dennis was helping Victoria, despite her efforts to ruin their relationship.

Then she was shocked that Leon knew Victoria! And he was smiling at her more warmly than he did at Jasmine.

Leon had always been somewhat aloof, and they thought it was because of his high status and pride.

Even with Jasmine's mother, Jessica, Leon wasn't particularly polite. Why Victoria?

Victoria greeted them politely and then smiled, "We're not in the park now. I didn't want to interrupt your work."

Leon replied, "I haven't seen Flora in a while. When are you taking it to the park again?"

Victoria said, "This weekend, maybe." She had been busy lately and hadn't taken Flora out for a few days.

Lyndon curiously glanced at Victoria. It was the first time he had seen Leon so enthusiastic about a young girl. Leon usually had a bad temper on set.

Victoria's appearance and demeanor were indeed exceptional, with a unique, cool aura that made her stand out. Her bone structure was perfect for the camera.

So, he asked, "Who is this?" He wanted to know Victoria's background and how she knew Leon.

Leon chuckled, "We met at the park. She's got a lot of potential. I'm just waiting for her to grow up a bit so we can work together."

Jasmine clenched her fists. When she had expressed her admiration for Leon and her desire to work with him, he had remained silent.

Now he was proactively saying he wanted to work with Victoria. This blatant favoritism was humiliating.

She believed her looks were no worse than Victoria's. What did Leon see in Victoria?

Lyndon's opinion of Victoria rose again. It was the first time Leon had shown such favor to a newcomer.

His discerning eye meant Victoria's future was likely very bright. So, he greeted Victoria with a smile and asked, "Have you eaten? Want to join us?"

"I've already eaten. Mr. Schmidt, Mr. Myles, this is my friend Mira." She didn't forget to introduce Mira.

Mira, excited, shook hands with Leon, her voice trembling slightly. But Leon, for Victoria's sake, was relatively kind to her. After a brief chat, the two left.

Watching Victoria's back, Leon remarked, "I've recently had some inspiration. The script for 'Radiant Rebel' should be finished this year."

Lyndon was stunned, "Really? That's a well-known masterpiece. The entertainment industry will go crazy."

"Radiant Rebel" was one of Leon's most famous novels. Many had wanted to adapt it over the years, but he had always refused, feeling there wasn't a suitable actor for the lead role, Alyssa Rayne.

Now he was saying he had started the adaptation. Could it be he had found the right person? Who could be that lucky?

Leon nodded, "It's my good fortune. She just needs to grow a bit more."

'It seems like Leon has his eyes on a newcomer. Could it be that girl from earlier?' Lyndon wondered.

"Radiant Rebel" was one of the most popular novels on the market, with a huge fan base.

Leon had left many mysteries in the book, and fans were eager to see if they would be resolved in the adaptation. The announcement would surely draw significant attention.

However, a fantasy series with a female lead would require a lot of action scenes. Lyndon doubted if Victoria could handle that part well.

Many actresses nowadays preferred to focus on their looks and relied heavily on special effects and stunt doubles for action scenes.

Regardless, a fantasy series written by Leon would undoubtedly attract a lot of attention.

With him personally selecting the cast, the lead would likely be a perfect fit. Based on past experience, the viewership would be high.

If a newcomer played the lead, it would be a fast track to fame and awards.

The teachers from Nexus College also had a higher opinion of Victoria. Excelling academically and being appreciated by Leon were on different levels.

Jasmine had thought she would be the star today, but Victoria had gained more of Leon's favor, making her incredibly jealous.

After leaving the cafeteria, Mira finally relaxed. She had been so nervous in front of Leon, afraid of saying the wrong thing.

Now she could finally ask, "Victoria, you're so low-key! You actually know Leon! How did you meet him?"

And Victoria, even knowing him, didn't brag about it like Jasmine. No wonder Leon preferred her.

Victoria replied, "We met while walking Flora. He really likes Flora."
