Charlotte and the crew were totally swamped; Sweet Haven Corner had never seen so many customers before!

Charlotte quickly called up Victoria and filled her in on the chaos.

Victoria was already on her way. She told Charlotte that she and her friends would be there soon to help out and reminded her to keep things under control and not mess up in the rush.

Charlotte was thrilled and agreed repeatedly.

By the time Victoria arrived, Mira had already gone to change clothes.

Victoria had designed a super cute uniform with lace trim. The girls wore it while taking orders and serving cakes, making the place look like something out of a fairytale.

Lots of customers snapped photos and posted them on social media, drawing even more people in.

Victoria quickly greeted everyone and changed into her uniform too.

She had worked part-time in her previous life, and she had designed most of today's dessert menu, so she was great at recommending orders.

Seeing more and more people, Charlotte worriedly said, "I'm afraid the desserts we prepared won't be enough; we'll sell out before noon."

Victoria, busy with her hands, suggested, "Leave the ordering and serving to us, Charlotte. You can go to the kitchen and whip up more desserts."

"Okay!"

Charlotte dashed into the kitchen, starting with the time-consuming cake bases. She then moved on to making a variety of beautifully shaped desserts, her hands moving so fast they were a blur.

Victoria, with her elegant demeanor and delicate features, immediately caught the eye of many customers as soon as she appeared.

Many customers looked around for cameras but couldn't find any. Victoria was so good at taking orders that they finally believed she was just a waitress.

Some Nexus College students recognized Victoria.

Two girls compared her with a photo on their phone, and one of them asked, "Miss, are you Victoria, a freshman in the Nexus College Performing Arts Department?"

Victoria smiled and nodded, keeping a polite smile as a professional should when dealing with customers.

They exclaimed, "It's really her! She ranked sixth in the Campus Queen contest. I didn't vote because the ID photo was a bit blurry, but she's so beautiful in person! Oh my God, Victoria, please change your photo! Even a random shot I take would be better than that ID photo!"

The Campus Queen contest was something Elise had signed her up for, and Victoria hadn't paid much attention to it lately. She didn't expect to be recognized so easily.

Victoria gave them a polite smile but didn't respond.

In these Campus Queen contests, others usually used highly edited or professionally taken artistic photos, which looked better than the person. 

Many suspected that Victoria's photo was intentionally made to look blurry and plain, but seeing her in person, they realized she was even more beautiful, prompting Nexus College students to change their votes.

A true beauty in person had a much greater impact than photos or videos!

The exquisite decor and perfect sunlight only enhanced her undeniable charm, making her look stunning even in candid shots. 

Many young people who saw the posts were interested. Some came for the discounted desserts, some came specifically to see Victoria, and others were attracted by the decor.

Victoria and the others were exhausted, but seeing the increasing revenue was a joyful kind of tired.

Seeing the crowd growing, Victoria announced, "Hey everyone, because of the crazy turnout, today's wages are doubled!"

Before the new store opened, Victoria had already bumped up their pay by thirty percent, so they were ready for the busy days ahead.

But Victoria, being the awesome boss she is, would increase their pay whenever, making Charlotte and Wren cheer.

"Mira, you've been working hard too. I'll treat you to a big meal after we're done."

Mira waved her hand and smiled, "No need, you've already given me such expensive gifts. I'm happy to help out today."

They exchanged smiles, both feeling happy.

Victoria could have hired more people, but she figured new hires would need training and wouldn't be able to keep up right away. 

Plus, the customer flow would probably drop after the discounts ended. Charlotte and Wren would be enough, so she didn't bring in more staff.

The hustle and bustle energized her, making her joy feel all the more real.

Victoria was so busy she didn't have time to check her phone, so she missed Nick's message that they were coming over.

They had agreed to come support her today.

Since all the seats were taken, many people chose to take their orders to go. The store wasn't too crowded, but the line extended outside.

When Ethan and the others arrived, they saw the bustling scene.

They made their way through the crowd to greet Victoria.

Four handsome guys attracted a lot of attention from the girls; whether they were in line or seated, all eyes were on them.

Victoria's long hair was tied up, with some loose strands falling around her face, making her look effortlessly captivating.

Ethan was instantly captivated by her new look. He thought, 'This Victoria, she looks beautiful no matter what she wears.'

"Victoria, your business is booming," Nick leaned against the counter to greet her.

"Yeah, we don't even need to bring in more customers." Eric stood with his arms crossed, winking at the girls pointing at him, making them squeal with delight.

Victoria took a moment to talk to them, "I forgot to mention that you don't need to come. There's no place to sit, and you can't cut in line."

Ethan smiled, "We came to see you."

Roy said, "With business this good, the counter will be empty soon, right?"

Nick echoed, "Yeah, let's have dinner together after you're done."

Victoria shook her head, "No, Charlotte is already making more. It'll be restocked soon."

Nick was shocked, "No way, Victoria, it's like David didn't give you any allowance."

If David knew that his beloved Victoria was working so hard for a store that made tens of thousands of dollars a day, he would definitely reflect on what he did wrong!

Victoria smiled at him, "It's different."

They had never been poor in their lives, and none of them cared about tens of thousands of dollars.
