Jasmine and Tony were often teased and ostracized by their classmates for not having a father. From a young age, Jasmine hated being alone. 

Plus, Victoria always had a cold, unwelcoming expression that Jasmine instantly disliked.

Jasmine caught Ella's bright, smiling eyes. Ella was surrounded by friends, sitting in the center, and she enthusiastically waved Jasmine over. 

Without hesitation, Jasmine walked towards Ella.

The two exchanged smiles, and Ella warmly said, "Hey, I'm Ella. I don't know why, but I feel like we've known each other forever." 

They hit it off immediately and were inseparable, even going to the bathroom together between classes.

Jasmine and Ella shared a common trait: they both liked to win people over with small gifts. 

On her first day, Jasmine had brought imported chocolates for everyone. 

Although she didn't flaunt her parents like Ella did, it was clear from her luxurious belongings that she came from a wealthy family. 

Both girls loved to show off their status with branded items, making them kindred spirits.

Soon, Ella found out that Jasmine could dance, and she pulled her into the dance club. 

The two became like sisters, always holding hands and attending dance classes together. 

Jasmine and Tony were both strikingly attractive, and within three days of transferring, someone had anonymously confessed their love for Jasmine on the school forum. 

Jasmine merely smiled haughtily, thinking that anyone who couldn't confess in person must be from an ordinary background and not worth her time. 

Her boyfriend had to be the heir of a family on par with the Murphys.

Tony, on the other hand, kept a low profile. So far, Roy hadn't caused him any trouble. 

However, Eric's attitude at Moonshadow Hall suggested that their group wouldn't let Tony off easily. 

They might show some gentlemanly restraint with Jasmine, but Tony wouldn't be so lucky. 

Victoria was actually looking forward to seeing Jasmine's reaction when Tony got bullied.

Despite transferring mid-year, Jasmine and Tony quickly caught up with their classes, thanks to Jessica's strict expectations. This earned them some respect.

One day, the results of the second round of the Campus Queen competition were announced, and unsurprisingly, Victoria was in first place. 

Notably, after the invalid votes were cleared, Ella ranked tenth but still made it to the finals. Unfortunately, without the chance to cheat, she had no hope of winning first place.

Victoria had become famous after her Thanksgiving performance. Someone had uploaded a video of her dancing to the Nexus College website, and it quickly went viral, garnering over a million likes and three hundred thousand shares in just three days. 

People were clamoring to know who the beautiful dancer was and which school she attended. 

Victoria was already gaining a small following, and it was clear she would win the Campus Queen title. Ella's efforts to sabotage her were futile.

Victoria was in etiquette class when Mira excitedly whispered, "Victoria, look! The voting results are out, and you're in first place for Campus Queen!"

Victoria smiled at her. She wasn't particularly thrilled; the title didn't mean much to her. But seeing Ella disappointed was a nice bonus.

Ella, sitting nearby, overheard and frowned. 

Jasmine, who had been chatting with her, noticed and asked, "Ella, did I say something wrong? Why the frown?"

Lila quickly explained, "No, it's just the Campus Queen competition that's bothering her."

Natalia added, "Yeah, it's a shame you transferred late, Jasmine. You're so beautiful; you could have competed and knocked someone off their high horse."

Jasmine was intrigued. "Campus Queen competition? That sounds interesting. Ella, you must have entered, right? You're so pretty and sweet; you must have ranked well."

Ella bit her lip, looking upset. "I could have, but something happened, and now I'm at the bottom."

Lila, annoyed, said, "It's because someone sabotaged her. Otherwise, Ella would have been first. They just take advantage of Ella's kindness. Ella's too nice to fight back." 

She glanced towards Victoria, making it clear who she meant without naming names.

Jasmine, concerned, asked, "Ella, do you have a grudge against her?"

Natalia and Lila took turns explaining how Victoria had stolen Ella's life for eighteen years and was now ungrateful and constantly opposing her. 

Jasmine was furious. "How can she be so unreasonable? Ella, why are you afraid of her? She has no power."

Ella grabbed Jasmine's hand and shook her head. "Keep it down, Jasmine. She has Eric and Ethan from the Snooker Club backing her. We shouldn't cross her."

Hearing Eric and Ethan's names, Jasmine thought for a moment. Weren't they friends with Roy? 

Jessica had investigated Roy to help Tony compete for the Murphy family inheritance. She asked, "Eric? The president of the Snooker Club? Are they all close with Victoria? And what about Roy?"

Natalia eagerly replied, "You know them too? They often hang out with Victoria. Roy and Victoria aren't particularly close, but they talk. Jasmine, are you related to Roy since you share the same last name?"

Jasmine's smile froze. She didn't want to reveal her identity too soon. It was enough for people to know she was wealthy. 

Sensing her discomfort, Ella quickly glared at Natalia. "Don't jump to conclusions. It's not surprising Jasmine knows their names; they're famous."

Jasmine appreciated Ella's tact and smiled. "I get it. This Victoria isn't simple. Don't worry, Ella. I'll help you. I won't let her bully you anymore."

The girls changed into high heels for their class on walking gracefully. 

Lila noticed Jasmine's shoes. "Jasmine, your heels are so high, like four inches! Are they crystal? And there's a bow on the back, so pretty!"
